Even though they didn’t really speak English, they still made a great effort to assist us whenever we needed help. Really appreciate their patience and hospitality! 🙌🏻 For Muslim travellers, halal food is available around the area, but most halal restaurants are not within walking distance. You’ll need to take a DiDi to get to them, so it’s something to keep in mind when choosing this hotel. Other than that, the view from the hotel is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel! 👍🏻"

"I arrived at 2 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. It took over an hour to get it cleaned, and I didn't check in until 4 PM. The room reeked of disinfectant, which was really unpleasant. What angered me was that the housekeeping said they needed to wash the bedding around 11 AM the next day, and I had to check out before 12 PM (many hotels and guesthouses have a 2 PM checkout time). There was no air conditioning in the room either. Sigh, I just had to quickly pack my bags and head to my next destination. This was the worst night of my six-day trip. The only good thing was that the front desk staff were very helpful and even recommended attractions and restaurants."

The resort has many uphill sections, but the hotel offers a shuttle service on demand, making getting around super convenient. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the cliffside restaurant offers stunning views, perfect for photos. Housekeeper Ah Jun was attentive and thoughtful, and they even offer custom outdoor BBQ services. The temperature here is cool in the summer, making it an excellent escape from the heat, and the direct view of Erhai Lake is absolutely breathtaking. Our holiday experience was truly maximized. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Dali!"

The front desk was very helpful and arranged it immediately. However, the cleaning lady kept grumbling because the blankets were wrinkled. The new room was located through a long, dark corridor. It was very quiet, and the twin beds were quite large. It had been renovated, but the cleanliness was worrying. There was a large clump of hair, like from a sewer, in the towel on the floor. I asked the hotel to replace it. The bathroom seemed unrenovated and looked quite old."
