The B&B is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and soft, and the windows offer stunning views of Erhai Lake, perfect for catching the sunrise in the morning! The owner is incredibly welcoming and helped us with our luggage. On the second day, they even upgraded our room – five-star service! There's a small terrace on the third-floor common area for relaxing, and a charming little garden with two adorable cats behind the first floor. It's super convenient as it’s right by Erhai Lake. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend it to everyone!!

I first heard about this place on Instagram and thought it was so beautiful. Its incredible structure is just as gorgeous when you see it in person.
The staff were very accommodating and attentive. It was so cool because they had a machine that translates different languages depending on what you speak. This was the first time I’d ever seen anything like it and found it very helpful as I don’t speak Mandarin.
Breakfast isn’t included but you can purchase their set meals for 37 yuan and have it while looking out at the beautiful courtyard. If you need train station transfer, you can easily ask for it for 80 yuan per way which made my check in and check out process smooth.
They also allow you to try on their cultural costumes for free. If you need hair, makeup and photography services than it’s 499 yuan. As a solo traveler, I decided to try it out. They were very nice, however I definitely struggled with the very white makeup since I myself am very tanned. In their defense they did their best with trying to give me something darker and in the makeup room it seemed fine. But with the different lighting outside and the camera flash, when I got my pictures back I basically had a ghost face 😞 The foundation also wasn’t applied to my neck and arms, so it was very apparent. I’ve asked the photographer to help standardize my skin so hopefully that helps whenever it’s done. You receive a total of 9 retouches photos as part of the package. However, if you prefer to do your own makeup or are traveling with others then they can take pictures for you instead.
The place is very convenient for finding restaurants and if you’re primary goal is the visit the old town. It’s very close by, so I was able to explore easily and then return to the hotel for breaks when needed.
Lastly, you can use their laundry machines and get laundry pellets for free. Ideally this is great. But I will say the drying part is dreadful. The instructions say to do the 2/3 rule. However, even when I followed and put a small batch of clothes in it never dried. I tried once for 1.5 hours, then again for another hour, and still nothing. That was probably the only real part that was frustrating.

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The guesthouse is a peaceful oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful scenery. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the amenities were well-stocked and spotless. The owner was super friendly and helpful, communication was smooth throughout, and they patiently assisted with all our questions, big or small. Definitely worth revisiting!

I'd give this place more than five stars—the service was absolutely outstanding! First off, the location is perfect, right next to Erhai Lake and not far from Longkan Pier or Caicun Village. Secondly, the guesthouse is super clean and cozy, and the little garden with all its blooming flowers is just beautiful. But the absolute best part was the owner's amazing hospitality. I fell off my bike by Erhai Lake and hurt my knee, and she took such thoughtful care of me. Then, when our taxi was delayed by traffic on our way to catch our flight, she personally drove us out to meet it. I'm so grateful! I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I visit Erhai Lake.

A hidden gem guesthouse by Erhai Lake in Caicun! The room was clean and bright, with a cozy natural wood decor. The bedding was super soft, making for a really relaxing stay. Although the bathroom had a squat toilet, it wasn't a big issue, especially given the amazing value for money. You can't be too picky with a room costing just over a hundred yuan right by Erhai Lake. The best surprise was the coffee shop on the first floor – perfect for grabbing a cup first thing in the morning. Erhai Lake is just a few steps away, making it super convenient for walks and watching the sunrise. Staying here in Dali was truly wonderful!

The room was absolutely beautiful, right by Erhai Lake, and the design and decor were superb! I could watch the sunrise and sunset right from my bed. It was a very satisfying stay.
Facilities: The room was very new and spotless, which I really appreciated.
Service: They even pinpointed the parking lot for us, and a staff member helped us with our luggage. It was less than a 5-minute walk to the guesthouse. The service was excellent; they even helped us mail back a piece of clothing we'd forgotten!

A perfect stay! The B&B has an elegant and unique atmosphere with beautiful, peaceful views. The design is simple yet grand, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and everything is spotlessly clean. All the amenities you could need are provided, and the location is incredibly convenient for getting around. Definitely my top choice for accommodation.

I absolutely loved the design style of this inn – it's simple yet unique, and every corner exudes an artistic vibe. Taking photos here is a guaranteed hit on social media! Walking into the room was a pleasant surprise. The decor is incredibly tasteful, and the toiletries are high-quality essential oil products, not the cheap stuff you find in standard hotels. Every detail shows warmth and thoughtfulness. The housekeeper provided warm and attentive service; she helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived and even carried our suitcases upstairs. As two young women staying there, we felt incredibly safe. I'm a light sleeper, but I slept exceptionally well here. The mattress was as soft as a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent – we weren't disturbed by any outside noise. With the blackout curtains drawn, the room was completely dark and quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep until sunrise. From booking to check-in, any questions we had were answered instantly. The housekeeper also recommended many fun places to visit and authentic local dishes, showing great patience. We had such a happy and comfortable stay that we wanted to extend it for another night, but it was already booked. I was sad to leave, but I'll definitely choose Shilanli Inn again next time!

The location is excellent, only about 50-60 meters from Caicun Pier Scenic Area. There's a large platform on the second floor where you can directly see Erhai Lake, making it incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise over the lake. The room is clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with modern facilities and smart curtains and lighting. The bathroom features a fully smart toilet and disposable seat covers. The shower area is completely separate, ensuring a consistent water temperature and even water flow. The owner provides meticulous and thoughtful service. This was an excellent stay, definitely a five-star experience!

AAnonymous UserAfter looking at many B&Bs, I finally chose this one, and it exceeded my expectations once I checked in. It's a newly opened B&B, and you can tell the owner put a lot of effort into the renovation and design. It's full of thoughtful details, especially the wireless charger on the bedside table, which is very practical, and the high-definition projector is super comfortable [let me see]. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserRight by Erhai Lake, our room had a fantastic view of the big lake. My child got a fever, and thankfully, they had fever medicine in their first-aid kit. The breakfast was plentiful, and the noodles were absolutely delicious. The host contacted us in advance and even picked us up from the village primary school. They also recommended some great local restaurants. There's free candy and fruit on the first floor, and even though we were on the first floor, it was very quiet. Overall, a great stay!

GGuest UserThe experience was better than expected. The boss and his family were very enthusiastic in recommending delicious and fun places to us. They also sent us fruits in the evening. The breakfast was also very delicious. The room we stayed in on the third floor had a large terrace with a very beautiful view. In the morning, we could watch the sunrise in the room. At night, the stars in the sky were very bright. It was so good that I will stay here again next time.

CCendyyyTransportation: The location is very easy to find, and you can take a taxi directly. There is a cement road to the door. There is no potholes and stone road. It is very friendly to the suitcase. You can rent a small eDonkey at the landlord’s sister’s house, which is very convenient for travel. It is very close to Longqi Wharf and can be reached quickly on foot.
Service: The landlord sister is a local, very enthusiastic and friendly. She also took the initiative to help me carry the suitcase, and added paper towels and toiletries the next day after asking in time. She also cleaned the room and changed the sheets and quilts.
Equipment: Basic daily necessities are complete, there are long tables and benches, the most important thing is that their home supplies are well-known brands! Completely surpassed 99.9% of peers, hand sanitizer and shower gel are comfortable, shampoo is soft, paper is orange girl, passengers can put a hundred hearts to use. There is also a disposable toilet pad, clean and hygienic.
Environment: Outside the window is the idyllic scenery, pleasing to the eye; living here is quieter, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good.
Price: Relatively speaking, the price is more affordable, more cost-effective, is the best choice for living.

GGuest UserEnvironment: very beautiful! As in the photo, it is very good to take, very close to the Bohai Sea, just two steps out, the nearby restaurants are also delicious!
Hygienic: Very good, the toilet is very smart, the room is clean and tidy, the key bed is very comfortable, and the sleep is very stable!
The boss is warm and thoughtful, the service is particularly good, every day to play back is like home, the grandfather greeted us in the yard 🥺 very kind and kind! ! I also sent us the best local flower cakes and tea, which was a surprise. This location is convenient to go anywhere. It takes more than ten minutes to take a taxi from the ancient city of Dali. It is very quiet near the Bohai Sea at night. It is suitable for people who sleep lightly. I will stay here next time I come to Dali! ! ! Very recommended ❤️
This was our first time in Dali, the hotel looks exactly like the pictures, clean, well maintained, even the toilet was high tech, and the owner was the cutest person we ever met!! Made us feel extremely welcome, he reminded me of my grandpa 🥺❤️ he was helpful and kind. Since the area is close to erhai, it was quite and chill at night, recommended for light sleepers like me! 10/10 experience, we will definitely live here again in the future!

GGuest UserWhen I came to Dali Caicun, I chose a Yunsubo B&B, and the experience was super perfect! The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the Bohai Ecological Corridor, comfortable bedding, disposable towels, bath towels, toilet covers, slippers, very friendly for people with cleanliness, the room window is the panoramic view of Cangshan Mountain, watching the sunrise in the morning, watching the sunset in the evening, every second is cured, take the initiative to give the guide, Recommend food and the best viewing place, as warm as family, come to the big ideal to feel the slow life and beautiful scenery, choose here is correct

MMargaretYueFacilities: Fully equipped, has everything you need, but the water heater is a real hassle; it takes a long time to get hot water, and the water temperature fluctuates while showering. Water also tends to leak out from under the shower curtain. There's also a small gap in the door.
Cleanliness: Pretty good; the sheets and pillowcases were clean.
Environment: The guesthouse is about a 10-meter walk from where you can hail a taxi; it's located at the very back of the village, so you might have to wait a while for a taxi. However, it's close to everywhere you need to go. The room is very quiet.
Service: Okay; the housekeeper was very nice.

GGuest UserBooking this inn still surprised me. I didn’t expect it to be so big, the scenery is so good, the boss is also very good, and I picked the pears in the yard for us to eat. The room is clean and spacious, and the traffic is more convenient. When you are fine, sit in the lobby and watch the unobstructed Cangshan Mountain. The whole person is suddenly cheerful, blame the holiday is too short, otherwise it is really great to live here for a while, give the boss a big praise 👍
