It was a joy to wake up to the gorgeous view of ErHai offered by the bay window in our room, plus breakfast delivered to the door, each day. The room was clean, the hot water and water pressure were steady, and the bed was comfortable. Also really enjoyed using the tub by the window. Above all else, service was impeccable. The front desk was immensely helpful in providing advice for our plans on the day to day and very kindly helped to arrange for transport to our next stop at Lijiang. The only downsides are that it's a distance away from some of the popular tourist sites, but didi worked just fine for where we wanted to go. I believe the hotel will also help to book you a car if you need one. In all, my husband and I were really glad we chose to stay here and would be more than happy to return.

The hotel is located at WenXian Road outside the ancient city of Dali Old City, near the south gate of the ancient city. Vehicles can directly reach the store gate, and walking into the ancient city is very convenient; The hotel is a traditional architecture of the Bai ethnic group, decorated in a pure ancient style, giving visitors a sense of time travel. The Waterside Pavilion in the store regularly provides guests with Chinese style performances, such as guqin, guzheng, pipa, and ethnic costume performances; The hotel's guest rooms are fully equipped with amenities, central air conditioning, elevators, and parking lots. I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already missing my stay at this Dali hotel! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Dali Ancient City. What’s even better is that the hotel isn’t directly inside the ancient city, making it super convenient to order Didi rides, which can pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel’s doorstep. Since we stayed for two nights, the owner generously provided us with a pick-up service, which made our arrival so much smoother. As female travelers, we truly appreciated how attentive, caring, and thoughtful the staff were throughout our stay. The area around the hotel is very convenient. At night, the road fills up with roadside stalls, making it easy to find food. As Muslims, we were delighted to discover halal food options nearby, which added so much ease to our trip. The room itself was warm, spacious, and cozy—with probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in! If you’re visiting Dali, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. With its strategic location, thoughtful hospitality, and cozy atmosphere, it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again!

The B&B is located in the view of [Erhai Sea and Cang Mountain], opposite the district is [Erhai Park], beautiful scenery, so you can enjoy the beauty of nature. Outside the district is the sea-ring road, along the sea-ring road can be reached [Dali ancient city] [Haidong Shuanglang] [Xiaoputuo] [Douce Town].

I like the stay here. Just 5 minute walk to the old town. The closest entrance is the West Gate, where there is a stream of water coming down from the gate to the middle of the city. The room was great and smart. I loved the temperature gauge on the shower knob as well as the toilet seat. They also gave us souvenir when we checked out. Overall I would recommend to stay here if you want to explore Dali Old Town and have a nice place to stay after walking around the town.

”The host was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfy, with smart features -love it! The hotel is just a short walk to Santorini Dali and faces the beautiful Erhai Lake, so the view was amazing. We had to leave early in the morning, and they even packed breakfast for us-so thoughtful! There's also a halal food stall in Santorini Dali, so it's still doable for Muslims. But just in case, bring some ready-to-eat meals too.

Hotel staff is prompt in reaching out to us prior to our arrival to Dali. Hotel transfer (2 ways complimentary) from Dali Station to hotel was under 20 minutes. Room is as is with the photos provided on the trip.com. Room is clean and comes with complimentary fruits/snack plate. There is automated water dispenser (with hot water) in the room. Room comes with a balcony with chairs, table and swing for us to enjoy. View may not be the best but still offers nice sunset view over Cangshan and views of Erhai as seen in the photos attached in the review. Location is convenient as is near to stores selling basic amenities, pharmaceutical products, local and international restaurants. There is even electrical scooter rental just five minutes away from the hotel. Hotel comes with complimentary local style breakfast. The rice noodles prepared on request is nicer than the ones I had in a chain store in Dali Ancient Town (IMHO)
