Seriously, if you're coming to Erhai Lake, I highly recommend finding a lakeside hotel like this one. The whole vacation vibe just hits you the moment you step in! The hotel offers a fantastic view of Erhai Lake, and the rooms each have a private balcony – perfect for watching the sunset with a great ambiance in the evening. The room is well-equipped with amenities, snacks, and drinks 🍻. I especially loved the Marshall speaker; it made for a perfect staycation. ✔️ For service, if you book in advance, the concierge will help with your luggage during check-in and check-out. Plus, for those who love taking photos, every room comes with a complimentary travel photoshoot📸. To sum it up, this is a wonderful guesthouse perfect for a relaxing getaway. It boasts beautiful floral arrangements and a great atmosphere, making it ideal for photos. It's nestled in a quiet spot yet close to the hustle and bustle, perfect for enjoying the morning light, gazing at the sea, and unwinding. After booking, the male owner quickly called and added me on WeChat. He arranged to pick us up from our drop-off point and even took us to the pick-up point when we left the next day. Although the distance wasn't far, it made us feel very welcome as out-of-town guests, which was a huge plus 👍 This was my first time in Shuanglang, and it felt completely different from the lively and modern atmosphere of Caicun. The streets of Shuanglang can be crowded, noisy, and even a bit messy, but the few hundred meters leading to the guesthouse were much better. There are many small alleys along the way, the roads are flat, and both sides are lined with beautiful flowers and greenery. You'll also find many well-designed Bai ethnic restaurants, which add to the charm. This means the guesthouse is conveniently located for transport and dining, and it gets progressively quieter as you approach, completely free from the roadside noise and clutter. Upon entering the guesthouse, the courtyard immediately impresses with its various flowers and plants – it's truly beautiful. We chose the 'Bishui Yifang' room, and it was exactly as pictured. The balcony was stunning, filled with flowers and a swing. The room's layout and the large windows spanning two entire walls made it bright, airy, and offered an unbeatable view. It felt very romantic and relaxing. After checking in, the owner even brought us a welcome fruit platter. The Sunshine Rose grapes were large and sweet, the cherry tomatoes 🍅, and the pear were all delicious. A big thank you to the owner, as there was no mention of welcome fruit when booking, so it was a pleasant surprise.

The B&B is about a 15 to 20-minute drive from Shuanglang Ancient Town, which I found to be a quiet and comfortable distance. The mountain and water views from the window were a real treat every morning! Our stay included breakfast, afternoon tea, and a goodnight milk. The service was excellent and the staff were very communicative. They even prepared a thoughtful souvenir for us when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience 👍🏻 Just a small suggestion: when we first checked in, there were some stains on the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone to clean it right away, but it did make us feel a little uncomfortable. After all, most guests prioritize cleanliness, especially in areas like the toilet. So, I hope more attention can be paid to cleaning in the future to ensure guests have a good first impression.

The environment here is great, right by the road facing the sea. As soon as you step out, you feel the sea breeze, which is very comfortable. You can park your car on the roadside. The room is a 270-degree view, spacious, and tidy, with direct sea views from the room. The service attitude is excellent, especially the gentleman in the grey and black uniform who proactively helped guests with their luggage. They deliver late-night snacks to the room every evening, and staff always greet guests with a smile. The complimentary breakfast is also good, and the kitchen auntie is very kind. It's suitable for family stays, and I would definitely come back again.

I absolutely loved this guesthouse! Both the environment and the service were outstanding, completely exceeding my expectations. I really want to give you all a huge, heartfelt shout-out! The room was spacious. Even with two suitcases open on the floor, there was still plenty of room. The extra-large full-length mirror was super convenient, and the small sofa and chair were very comfortable. The bed was huge, soft, and so cozy, and the pillows provided excellent support – an amazing sleeping experience! The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was perfectly done, the whole space was very generous, and the flow was well thought out. The guesthouse is located on a mountain, so the owner provides a golf cart for pick-up and drop-off, which was a lot of fun. They were pretty much on-call. The staff were very patient and attentive; I didn't feel uncomfortable at all during my stay. I almost wanted to cancel the rest of my trip and stay here for two more nights! The breakfast was incredibly rich, with not only freshly cooked rice noodles but also a wide variety of whole grain porridge, fruits, soy milk, and mushroom jerky as a side dish, which was incredibly fragrant! After checking out, we even left our luggage at the front desk and went out to explore for a while. When we returned, the golf cart came to pick us up again. They were truly meticulous and responsible. Every ride on the golf cart was so thrilling and enjoyable! Although it looked steep and bumpy, the driver's skills were excellent, and we always arrived smoothly right at the guesthouse entrance. It was so much fun! If I ever come back to Dali, I absolutely must stay at this guesthouse again. The value for money and the overall experience are simply unbeatable. There's also a little black cat at the guesthouse, so cute and well-behaved, but it doesn't appear often, so petting it is all down to luck. I really wonder how the owner makes money, with such good rooms and service at such an affordable price. Please don't go out of business!)

This hotel in Shuanglang is incredibly convenient, located near Xihai Mu Dui and many other beautiful restaurants! You do need to climb a dozen or so steps to reach the hotel, but the stairs are lined with beautiful flowers. Once you get to the entrance, you'll find that the entire ground floor is an open lobby and lounge area (unlike other guesthouses that cram rooms onto the first floor, making things feel cramped). The front desk even has freshly brewed herbal tea, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious – rich in variety and perfectly balanced. The room was an even bigger surprise; it's very spacious with a fantastic layout that feels so comfortable. You can see the sea right from your bed, and the private balcony is huge. Sitting out there in the evening was the most relaxing part of my trip to Shuanglang. A big thank you to the hotel butler for the warm and thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, and for helping with my luggage. I had a wonderful two-day stay.

Life doesn't need grand philosophies, but you absolutely have to visit Dali 🌊 A spontaneous Erhai Lake trip with my child! ✨ I just booked a random room, purely to catch an Erhai sunset, not expecting much, but it turned out to be incredibly good value for money! I stayed in room 303. As soon as you open the window, you see the entire Erhai Lake. When it's sunny, the light streams in, creating the perfect ambiance. I have to commend the host! She's a cheerful and warm Northeastern girl 🥰. When there was a sudden downpour, she even picked us up in her three-wheeled vehicle – so incredibly thoughtful, truly a fantastic host. First time visiting Dali with my elderly mother. We stayed in Dali Ancient City (Haixi) for the first two nights, experiencing its lively bustle. For the latter two nights, I specifically booked a hotel near Shuanglang Ancient Town (Haidong). After comparing several options, I chose this cliffside seaview guesthouse. Upon arrival, whether in the guesthouse garden or in the room, we had unobstructed views of the blue sky, white clouds, Cangshan Mountains, and Erhai Lake. This trip was absolutely worthwhile! 😊 The guesthouse service was also good, and they even offered complimentary bedtime milk. 🥛🥛

The biggest highlight of my trip to Dali was staying at this frontline sea-view guesthouse in Qingshan Village, Shuanglang Town. We originally booked a side sea-view room, but seeing the absolutely perfect weather in Dali, we changed to a full sea-view room last minute. It was a 10/10 experience, truly highly recommended! The guesthouse's sunny day views are absolutely stunning, an irreplaceable and healing panorama. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms offer unobstructed views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. On clear days, the crystal-clear blue sky merges with the turquoise waters of Erhai, and the sunlight sparkling on the lake creates a gentle, shimmering effect. Waking up to soft light in the morning, with light mists swirling around the distant mountains; in the afternoon, the sun bathes the courtyard and the lake; and in the evening, the sunset paints Erhai in a soft, orange-golden hue. Every frame of scenery needs no filter, and any casual photo becomes a stunning, healing masterpiece, allowing you to immerse yourself in the magnificent scenery of Cangshan and Erhai. This place perfectly embodies the slow pace of life in Dali, completely curing the fatigue of city life. Away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, Qingshan Village is exceptionally quiet and tranquil. There's no need to rush your itinerary; in the morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast by the window, listening to the gentle breeze and the soft lapping of waves. In the afternoon, curl up on the sofa or a lounge chair on the terrace, reading or daydreaming, watching the clouds drift by. The guesthouse's atmosphere is gentle and relaxing, with no hurried pace, allowing you to unconsciously slow down and fully enjoy the leisure and freedom of solitude. The entire guesthouse exudes a strong vacation vibe. The simple, fresh decor is clean and elegant, and every detail in the public areas and rooms shows exquisite care. The viewing angles are superb, allowing you to embrace the mountain and sea scenery at any time. It offers excellent privacy, quiet and comfortable, far from the crowds, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful mountain and sea retreat all to yourself. Here, you can put aside all work and worries, spend your days by the Erhai Lake, and immerse yourself in the gentleness and romance of Dali – a truly relaxing and comfortable vacation experience. After just a few days of stay, I completely fell in love with the Cangshan Mountain, Erhai Lake, and the slow pace of life here. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Dali.
