Dali Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent high level views of Erhai. The room interiors are also toddler friendly - the bedside tables have chamfered edges (no sharp corners). They gave a super cute Pullman giraffe plushie too that was very good quality. Kid loved it so so much. More on the room tho. Really beautiful, very relaxing. Really nice seating area in front of the windows, I didn't want to check out. I didn't even want to leave the room during the stay. Breakfast buffet spread was also very delicious. Ate two bowls from the noodle bar and a bit of everything else in one sitting.

The view was truly amazing and the room was clean. Staff was really attentive as well and breakfast spread provided was good. One downside is the soundproofing wasnt that great and you can hear the water pipes/people climbing the stairs. So if you’re a light sleeper, you may wanna wear some ear plugs. They also collaborate with drivers for you to engage and tour around Dali, I think you can skip it as I feel the service provided by the driver wasnt that great. Overall I will still recommend this hotel for the view and the convenience of the location (just less than 10min drive away from the railway station and around 30min to oldtown).

Great location in the old town. Room was clean, had enough amenities but the heater was not working. My room was on the 2nd floor overlooking their cafe but I felt the curtains did not provide enough privacy. Breakfast was a small buffet spread and it gets busy around 8am when many people check-out, so there was a wait for a clean table. Guests bring outside food which is not appropriate, in my opinion, but it might be a local custom.

WOW The room is beautiful and clean. Self-check-in is easy. The room is big and suitable for family or friends. In front of the accommodation, there is a restaurant with complete facilities. The best thing is the view from the room is very beautiful. I highly recommend this accommodation for those who come to Dali and like beautiful views from high floors. The room is beautiful and luxurious.

Thank you, we had a wonderful stay here so close to the Dali Ancient Town (only 1 minute away from the hotel). The hotel also organised a private tour to take my husband and I around Erhai and even helped us took lots of pretty photos when we were at Dali Santorini. The driver was very patient and recommended places to visit. The hotel room was very clean and very comfortable. They also prepared some bath salt and rose petals if I want to soak in a hot bath after a long day (and of course I did 😁🥰). The breakfast was nice, even gave us a bak chang because it was Dragon Boat Festival that day, so sweet of them. Staffs were very helpful, organised to pick us up and took us back to Dali Bullet Train station with no problem at all. I would definitely come back and stay here again if we visit Dali again. 谢谢你们，我们在这里住得非常愉快，酒店距离大理古城非常近（步行只需1分钟）。酒店还为我和丈夫安排了一个洱海私人包车游，带我们环湖一圈，还在“大理圣托里尼”帮我们拍了很多漂亮的照片。司机非常有耐心，还推荐了很多值得一游的景点。酒店房间非常干净舒适，还贴心地准备了浴盐和玫瑰花瓣，让我在一天的行程结束后可以泡个热水澡（当然我泡了😁🥰）。早餐也很不错，那天正好是端午节，他们还特别送了我们一个粽子，真的非常贴心。工作人员非常热情，还帮我们安排接送到大理高铁站，一切都很顺利。如果我们下次再来大理，我一定还会选择住在这里。

Hotel is clean, modern, comfortable. Room is very large & has smart technology; amenities are good. Breakfast is basic. Transport to train station is provided, and you’ll need to inform the hotel in advance. Location is good, just 5mins walk to Dali old town. Hotel also provides good advice & contacts for a reliable driver for travelling to places farther away, eg. Shaxi ancient town, or Xizhou. The hotel room is exactly as shown in the app. Overall, a great stay!

service from the manager Mr Qiu Feng was amazing, very kind. room was very spacious too. but just a little reminder to those staying, the swimming pool is not for hotel customer but only for those that stay in the villa suite. we had ordered the family room but we upgraded to the villa suite to get the private swimming pool.

Exactly as pictured. (I have a Samsung so it will make colors pop a bit more, but the mountain views on a nice day are exactly as pictured! In fact, it looks better irl) Was greeted upon arriving by the homestay dog (his name is Huanxi). His son (the one in the cage) was there as well. Huanxi is a very calm dog but if you go up to pet him, he will accept pats. LOCATION: Other than a brutal 10 minute walk up a little hill, it's quite close to the West Gate side of Dali Ancient Town. ROOM: Very clean and everything looked brand new. My room was on the 2nd floor so the balcony is right outside my window. You can see mountains from the room (the view might not be the clearest from the room so I recommend going on the 2nd floor balcony or the 4th floor where the washing machine is). The 4th floor provides a 360 view of Dali's mountains and you can see Erhai from afar. FOOD: They provided a welcoming bowl of fresh watermelons (very sweet!) And Yunnan's specialty rose pastries. They also have Pu'er tea (Yunnan's specialty) in the room or you can request an afternoon tea. I only had breakfast once, but they provide either rice with side dishes or noodles every morning from 8 AM to 10 AM. You can message them on wechat in advance and they can even send the breakfast up to your room. The homestay employees were all super friendly and there is a painted map on the first floor of main tourist locations. If you speak Chinese, they will give you a thorough introduction of these tourist locations and how to get there. (If you speak English, they'll try their best with a translator app.)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Even before our arrival, the staff—especially 小慧and another kind gentleman whose name we didn’t catch—were incredibly helpful and considerate. They kept checking in and even sent us the location multiple times to ensure we wouldn’t get lost. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with traditional Chinese elements that create a warm, elegant atmosphere—perfect for photos! We were especially impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Although we initially missed the hotel’s tea session, they kindly offered us new tickets so we could still enjoy the experience. Truly excellent service. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this homestay and had a pleasant overall experience. The location might be a challenge for some, as it sits atop a long hill. Combined with Dali's high altitude, walking up frequently can be quite tiring—and may even cause mild altitude sickness for those not used to it. That said, the homestay itself is clean, cozy, and well-kept. The owner was friendly and accommodating and made very delicious breakfast, even better than those sold at the restaurants. If you're comfortable with the climb (or plan to limit trips out), this place offers great hospitality and value.
