Dali Hotels with Airport Shuttle

We stayed at the Dali BoMan Sea View Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. While we didn’t expect it to be located in a condominium building, this added a sense of safety and privacy. The hotel is situated on the highest floor, offering breathtaking views from the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room itself was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, even going the extra mile to offer us hot milk every evening—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Although the hotel is about a 30-minute ride from Dali Ancient City by Didi, it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Coming from Singapore, we appreciated that halal food was relatively easy to find in the area, though the best options were closer to the ancient city. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for stunning views, a clean and comfortable stay, and attentive service. Just keep in mind the slightly longer travel time to the ancient city if you’re planning frequent trips there.

Travel with big families and lucky to choose the pullman hotel which has convenient locations, accessible to most of the attractions near the erhai lake. The hotel is very new with fabulous lake view to enjoy the erhai and also xing sheng bridge . We dined in twice for dinner at level 5 grand Chinese restaurant. The food quality is above average and price reasonable with additional 10% off for hotel guests.

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

This guesthouse is located right by Erhai Lake, offering stunning, authentic sea-view rooms. The butler provided exceptional service, reaching out a day in advance to arrange the check-in process and recommending local delicacies. The room views are breathtaking, with Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain stretching as far as the eye can see, while seagulls and wild ducks play on the water’s surface—a scene straight out of a painting. The room is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including disposable items for convenience. The guesthouse also features a lakeside restaurant and picturesque photo spots, perfect for capturing memorable moments. If you’re visiting Dali, I highly recommend staying in Shuanglang for a few nights, and once in Shuanglang, don’t miss the chance to visit Tinghua Island for a different experience.

We recently stayed at a hotel right outside the 南门of the Ancient City, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

When checking in on the first day, the two waitresses at the front desk seemed to have not received their salary for several months. They looked ugly and did not smile or greet each other. The guy who took the luggage was very enthusiastic. I saw a comment that when checking in at night, I turned around and fell into the small landscape lake in front of the front desk. In fact, I almost fell in. This design is very **. The room is on the upper and lower floors, and the stairs are a bit steep. It is not recommended for elderly people to stay. The lighting in the room is a bit dim. The location of the hotel is good, just next to the ancient city, but the hotel is too cost-effective and not worth it.

We loved this hotel! It was so mystical being in this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and big enough to cater to two big luggage. The shower area came with heater so you don’t feel cold after switching off the water supply! They provide good amenities as well! The toothbrushes and shower gel were of excellent quality. The breakfast prepared is excellent! I am still thinking about the 米线 as it was just so delicious. Our hotel package came with free pick-up or drop off service as well as a free costume experience situated within the hotel. We ended up getting a package so we may go and have some photos taken! The make up artist and photographer were very knowledgeable and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a short distance to the ancient town. The hotel itself is situated at a corner which could make it difficult for Didi drivers to know where to alight. However, it’s actually quite easy to walk in from the main road. That said, we had to leave the hotel before staying the last night as they had a power outage that lasted for the entire day. We had thought it’ll be resolved as we’ll be travelling around Dali Ancient Town, but it still wasn’t when we arrived back late at night. This caused some inconvenience as there was no lights nor heater. The outage was only solved the following day after we left! They could’ve provided us with some back up options to head to another hotel or something as that would be good service recovery.

The location is close to Dali Railway Station but quite far from Santorini Dali and Dali Ancient City. I rate the location as excellent because, realistically, you can’t have everything perfect, so we chose the one nearest to the railway station. Overall, everything was good, and the staff, or perhaps the owner, was attentive at first. However, on the day we were leaving, we were supposed to check out at 12 PM. I couldn’t reach the staff to store my luggage (I wasn’t sure where the storage was). So, we went about our day and headed to Longkan Wharf, returning at 12:04 PM. To my surprise, the lock had automatically changed right at 12 PM, which I wasn’t informed about, and our luggage was still inside the hotel. We had a train to catch at 12:56 PM. I tried contacting the hotel via WeChat, but no one responded. We asked the guard for help, but he couldn’t do much except try calling the owner, who didn’t answer. Finally, around 1 PM, the owner responded, saying his phone was broken. Unfortunately, we missed our train. I acknowledge it was my fault for not checking out exactly at 12 PM, but the lack of response from the owner left us without a place to store our luggage. Next time, it would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about the lock system and responded promptly to messages. That was our bad experience. If it hadn’t happened, I would have rated the stay a solid 5/5. But, things happen.

The breakfast is great! You must go! You must be at the hotel for sunset in the afternoon! This stay is great. When you step into the room, the beautiful sunset view outside the window instantly comes into view, and the fatigue of the day is cured. The room facilities are complete and the smart system is super convenient. The housekeeper Ah Hui's service is even more considerate and responsive. The rice noodles for breakfast are very local and start a day full of energy. Highly recommended!
