The first thing to go to the hotel is to see the room. The sun is very good and clean. Except for some years of decoration, the toilet button is not easy to press, the others are very satisfied. The key is that there is also a mahjong machine for us to carry mahjong for two nights. The proprietress is also good, and she will show us where to go by car. We have three people in one room and sleep very comfortably.

I arrived at night, and from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt incredibly relaxed. The service was impeccable. As for the location, I have to praise it too; it's incredibly convenient, only ten minutes from the high-speed train station and twenty minutes from the airport. Choosing Feng You Yuan was definitely a great decision, you really live amidst beautiful scenery, and what you see is exactly what you get. **Location & Transport:** It's in the Dali Old Town area, just like the Indigo hotel. The sea view from here is identical to the one at Indigo. **Parking:** Very convenient, located in the villa area behind Indigo, you can park right at the entrance. **Room View:** I stayed in the 'Chao Yun' room, and it offered a 270-degree panoramic view – what you see is what you get. Because of the rain, we didn't use the other balcony with a hammock much, otherwise, it would have been perfect for enjoying drinks and the view. **Swimming Pool:** There's an infinity pool directly facing Erhai Lake. It's been raining for the past two days with temperatures just over 20°C, so I didn't get a chance to try it. **Cleanliness:** Even if you stay multiple nights, the room is thoroughly cleaned every day. **Breakfast:** It's a custom set meal. The rice noodles are delicious; my child and I finished every bit daily. There are also coarse grains like corn and sweet potatoes, a boiled egg, porridge, pickles, and soy milk. **Room Facilities:** The entire room is smart-enabled, and you can even cast your screen to watch variety shows and sports matches, making it very convenient and comfortable. **Value for Money:** I came during the peak summer season, and it was 1400 RMB per night. I can't imagine how much more worthwhile it would be if it were cheaper during the off-season. Highly recommended for a stay. Taxis are also very convenient. The MINIBAR offers free drinks and snacks (3 soft drinks, 2 bags of chips, 4 bottles of mineral water). My package included an afternoon tea with fruit slices, cake, and 2 specialty drinks. The guesthouse also provides a complimentary bedtime sweet soup, which is a milk and white fungus soup – very soothing for sleep and also has beauty benefits. Oh, and even though it's a guesthouse, it has an elevator, which sets it apart from most guesthouses. I think it's completely hotel-standard, highly recommended.

Facilities: Well-equipped, the host even provided daily replenished disposable toiletries, a powerful hairdryer, and a wet/dry bathroom setup. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. The cleaning staff cleaned daily, and the room was odor-free. Service: The butler service was attentive and responsive. Public areas were elegant and clean with pleasant diffusers, and there was a self-service area for water and amenities.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. They even asked if I needed anything, and the price was fantastic for such a high-class establishment. Then, with just 10 minutes until my high-speed train departed, I suddenly got a call – I'd forgotten my laptop at the hotel! I was in a complete panic, but the front desk managed to get the laptop from the hotel to the high-speed train station and into my hands in just 6 minutes after I hung up. The speed was absolutely incredible. I literally stepped onto the train right as the doors were closing – not a second to spare! It felt like fate. Even though it was my own mistake forgetting something, this hotel truly went above and beyond by personally delivering my laptop. At that moment, all I could think was, 'It's too late!' But then, hope truly appeared. Oh my gosh, I can't thank this hotel enough. From now on, whenever I'm in Dali, this is the only place I'll stay, seriously. And the laptop is great, by the way!

All I can say about this guesthouse is that, aside from its location on the shore of Erhai Lake, it lacks all the amenities expected of a sea-view room. The bed is cramped, the bathroom door is only on one side, so you have to rely on a draft to shower, the electrical wiring outside can't be closed, the air conditioner unit is as loud as a rice milling machine, and the water heater is electric but the water isn't hot. If one person uses the same room, the second person might encounter cold water while showering, no matter how long they wait. The two rooms have different amenities, yet the price is based on the higher room rate! Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied.
