LLixiaobaoI was initially concerned that the Xiaomei King Room, which lacked air conditioning, would be hot and small. However, it was nothing of the sort – it was absolutely stunning, and the service was impeccable! My elderly companion did mention that the noise from duvets being washed at night made it difficult for her to fall asleep. Despite this, overall, we were very pleased. I had planned to visit the wetland park for the sunset, but a staff member advised there was no need, as we could enjoy the view directly from their property! They even provided a complimentary farewell gift upon our departure!

MM257049****This is my seventh time in Dali, and it's the best hotel I've stayed in out of five! First off, the room layout was exactly to my liking. I could lie in bed and watch the sunrise over Erhai Lake, and there was a sofa area, a round dining table, and a large bathtub by the floor-to-ceiling windows – definitely added to the relaxing vacation vibe! The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the walk-in closet and vanity area were very spacious. The curtains were automatic, and the AC and curtain controls were right by the bed, which was very convenient. The breakfast was unbeatable – braised chicken wings, braised beef brisket, honey-glazed ribs, and spiced beef. Being able to enjoy a buffet until noon was seriously impressive; I'd call it the ultimate spread. I also have to commend the daily fruit plate and goodnight dessert. Other places only offer it on the first day, but here, I stayed three days and got it every day – incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's front and back yards were also fantastic. My kids loved the slide and swings in the back, and the succulent boat was thriving. The parking lot was also spacious. The nearby ecological corridor had great photo spots, and there were lots of seagulls. When I checked out, I even received a parting gift, and there was a self-service fridge with drinks and beer. A perfect 100-point review, I'll definitely be back!

__WeChat299858****The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We traveled with our child, and there was plenty of room for activities, which made our baby very happy. We even received a fruit platter upon check-in! The staff, especially the young gentleman, provided excellent service; his coffee-making skills were so impressive my husband drank it for two days straight 😂. The whole environment was perfect for photos! The location is also great – quiet, yet convenient for getting anywhere. The guesthouse/hotel offers electric scooter rentals, and there are many other rental shops nearby, which is very handy. This will be our top choice if we visit again!

MM28630****This has to be one of the most satisfying guesthouses I've ever stayed in during all my travels. It's impeccable, both in terms of soft and hard furnishings!
First, the hotel's design is incredibly tasteful. The white and natural wood aesthetic showcases quality at every turn, and all the items used reflect the owner's thoughtful attention to detail – everything is of excellent quality!
Second, the guesthouse boasts expansive common areas, from the ground-floor cafe directly overlooking Erhai Lake, to the courtyard, the restaurant, and the rooftop terrace. You could genuinely spend your entire stay just relaxing here without needing to go anywhere else!
Third, the location is superb. You step right out into a wetland park, with popular photo spots right at the entrance. If you want to catch the sunrise without venturing far, the rooftop is perfect. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely stroll to Caicun Pier, which is just over 1km away, and enjoy stunning Erhai Lake scenery along the entire path!
Fourth, the owner's service is truly exceptional – incredibly warm and meticulous. From the exquisite breakfast to the unlimited freshly ground coffee and the thoughtful evening goodnight desserts, the care is truly all-encompassing!
Compared to the bustling 'S-bend' area, Wuyun offers beautiful scenery that rivals any popular spot, yet it's much quieter. If you want to enjoy the beauty of Erhai Lake without the crowds, this would be an excellent choice!

__WeChat22856****This hotel is right by the sea, and all the rooms facing Erhai Lake have balconies, perfect for watching the sunset and feeding seagulls without even leaving your room. The room itself is quite spacious; the one we booked even had an extra-large bathtub with a view.
The downstairs restaurant is fantastic for photos.
The hotel's location is near the northern part of Shuanglang Ancient Town's center. It's just a one or two-minute walk from the hotel entrance through an alley to the main street.
What really stood out was the incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, which was especially heartwarming for a winter trip. Not only did they give us a small gift and warm bottled water at check-out, but every evening they also delivered warm drinks like milk or tremella soup to our room.
The breakfast was also excellent. Each person gets a set meal, and the ingredients change daily, plus you can ask for refills if you need more.
My only minor complaints are that there are two ongoing construction projects in the small alley where the hotel is located, which makes the external environment look a bit messy. Also, while the room was spacious enough, the soft furnishings could be laid out more logically. For example, there should be a rack or cabinet near the bathroom door for towels and clothes, and the sink area felt a bit cramped.

MM55355****Cangshan No. 1 is a hotel with advanced concepts. The management model is a team of butlers who create a feeling of home for guests and think of everything in front of them.
The environment is beautiful and beautiful, with swimming pools, white beaches, coconut trees... creating a different paradise.
Every employee has a strong sense of priority and their service attitude is excellent, gentle and comfortable. Not only did he take the initiative to inquire, but he also introduced the characteristics and customs of the Bai people in a very thoughtful way.
The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathing pool, dry and wet are separated, and even the toilet is fully automatic. Very clean!
Breakfast and afternoon tea are richly prepared and have local characteristics. There is also a heart-warming evening sweet soup every night. My family and I felt that choosing Cangshan No. 1 for this trip was a great value!

Didi drivers have no problem locating the address, right infront of the alley.
The reception is very prominent, a good feeling of arrival, the staff are very helpful and informative, they are calm and provide a feel of serenity.
Breakfast feels like home, fast, served, fresh and organic, fruits are provided; bottled water and umbrella are available at the entrance.
The resting area is relaxing.
Room is big and quiet. The sleeping light for night toilet visibility can improve to avoid disturbing for twin occupancy. shower pressure is excellent, but temperature consistency can be better.
A luxury home stay that is next to Gucheng excitement and yet serene for a relaxing stay. Wil return.

MM18005****Excellent! It's extremely close to Dali Station, making transfers incredibly convenient. The overall hygiene, quietness, and room size are all good. The tissues and other paper products provided are of high quality. The toilet and shower are separate (wet and dry areas), and the hooks in the shower room are definitely a highlight. The parking lot behind the hotel also looks very good, and the Ba族 (Bai ethnic group) friend's Baoshan beef hotpot restaurant nearby is delicious.
Has Dali gotten rich lately? The area around the station and the hotel is incredibly well-maintained. Walking along the tree-lined street next to the hotel feels like strolling through a high-end community. I hope Dali and Yunnan continue to flourish.
I arrived quite late and left quite early, so aside from taking a few photos of the beautiful, dreamy night view of Dali Station, I didn't get a chance to photograph the hotel itself. Still, a full five-star rating!

It's about a ten-minute walk to the South Gate city wall, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city and trying local snacks. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and ordering takeout is a breeze. The courtyard is full of vibrant flowers and greenery, with a beautiful pond and tons of koi fish! The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of Cangshan, and you can even catch the sunrise right from your window in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The local tips from the owner were incredibly useful, helping us avoid tourist traps and making our trip stress-free. 👌🏻
