Located right in front of ErHai and its view is simply amazing. It’s located near the main road which means Didi car can pick up with no issue. Coffee and tea are offered at the lobby. Basic amenities are provided in the room. Check in/out is fast and any query can be addressed via WeChat. The toilet glass wall is translucent and though having blinds can kind of see the others’ shadow clearly when in use. The only cons is having to go up down the stairs 4 level every day which is inconvenient for elderly. But overall it’s a recommended stay.

The front desk service was truly five-star! The room was clean and hygienic, and the lovely lady at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful service. She contacted guests in advance to give directions to the parking entrance, and once inside, the signage was very clear, making it easy to find the hotel elevator. The same was true when leaving. Highly recommended and five-star worthy!

The room was clean and bright, with a cozy atmosphere, and the bedding was super comfortable. I really enjoyed the book bar in the common area — it had a great vibe. Coming to Dali to escape the summer heat for a short stay, choosing this place was truly comfortable. The weather here is very pleasant, perfect for a few days of travel and relaxation. What impressed me most about this hotel wasn't the facilities, but the genuine service. Every afternoon, you can try intangible cultural heritage Jia Ma rubbings, and there are many interesting cultural and creative products. The lobby also has a 'wish wall' where you can write down your thoughts, and they even offer afternoon sweet soup daily. These small details are really nice [strong][strong][strong] Their location is also excellent, not far from Erhai Lake, within walking distance. Right next to it are the Daguan Yi and Xiaoguan Yi food areas, with lots of barbecue places and mushroom restaurants, making it super convenient to find food. Overall, my stay here was a great experience.

The hotel is right next to the bridge, but the sign isn't very prominent, so you might have to look for it. However, the hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and it's very quiet. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and you can take a walk along the harbor after dinner, which offers great scenery.

Service: The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They proactively showed us to our room and explained how to use the smart lock. When my plans changed and I needed to modify my booking, the front desk was very helpful in assisting us with the platform. Environment: Only book this hotel if you're comfortable with a minimalist and simple style. The room overall has no excessive decorations; it's plain white, clean, and naturally simple. (If you can't accept this, don't put yourself through it.) Facilities: The facilities definitely need major improvement!! Firstly, the frosted film on the bathroom door is too short and too transparent. It would be very awkward to use the toilet or shower if you weren't with family 😅. Secondly, the light outside the door doesn't turn off at night and kept me awake (picture 5)… Finally, and most importantly, the bathroom floor isn't sloped?! This causes shower water to pool near the door instead of naturally flowing to the drain. By the end of a shower, your feet are standing in dirty water, and the floor was still wet when we woke up the next day (last picture). If there wasn't a small step between the bathroom and the outside, the water would have overflowed. Hygiene: Overall hygiene is just average. There was dust in many corners, and even on the pillows. I was too tired to make a fuss, so I just wiped it myself.

This is the only hotel review I've ever written, and it's definitely not one of those 'scan a QR code for a free gift' type of reviews. I want to share my genuine experience. For our family trip to Yunnan with my parents and children, this was by far the most satisfying hotel we stayed in. It's not necessarily about the top-notch hardware, but the service is absolutely first-class. As soon as we arrived, they were there to pick us up, helping with all five of our suitcases. At the front desk, they immediately gave toys to the kids. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic. Because we were traveling with children, it can be a bit more complicated, but the hotel went above and beyond, installing safety rails and even helping to put duvet covers on. When we left, they even gave us complimentary flower cakes. In short, I believe this is how a hotel should be. While the facilities might not be five-star, the service definitely is five-star quality. I'm not a shill; I've been to Dali several times. For a family with children on vacation, the most important things are quietness, cleanliness, a homely feeling, and mutual understanding. That's enough. Keep up the great work, and by continually refining the details, you'll be even better. I will definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is on the roadside, not far from Dali High-speed Railway Station. The environment is clean and the accommodation is comfortable. There is a breakfast stall downstairs in the morning, and the siu mai is delicious. There is a snack barbecue street at night. I recommend the Yisai barbecue. It tastes good. Turn left and walk not far for 10 minutes to the Aegean Sea Mall. There is also an electric car rental store on the road. Turn right and there is a farmer's market where you can go shopping and buy fruits and go to the market.
