"The view was truly amazing and the room was clean. Staff was really attentive as well and breakfast spread provided was good. One downside is the soundproofing wasnt that great and you can hear the water pipes/people climbing the stairs. So if you’re a light sleeper, you may wanna wear some ear plugs. They also collaborate with drivers for you to engage and tour around Dali, I think you can skip it as I feel the service provided by the driver wasnt that great. Overall I will still recommend this hotel for the view and the convenience of the location (just less than 10min drive away from the railway station and around 30min to oldtown)."

"My favourite accommodation throughout our trip! The view is so amazing and the host was very very helpful. There are rows of food vendors just across our place and a large shopping mall, including walmart just 8mins didi ride away. Train station is conveniently located 10mins away. Btw if you’re taking didi to the station and it’s raining, do cater at least 15 mins for ride hailing."

"The hotel is pretty. its basic & cute. got the best view ever with affordable price. lake is just in front of the room. can walk along the lake to santorini. would love to spend more time here 🤧 the staff is also very kind and accommodating. highly recommend to stay here. so so prettyyyy"

"I recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, Yunnan, and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive — everything was well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The service stood out as one of the highlights. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. But would like to comment on the photoshooting service that this hotel provided, although they stated it’s free, but each room ONLY FREE 5 PIECES NON EDIT photos no matter how many days you stay. So please don’t ask for this service if you don’t want your pocket to have a hole 🤣, would recommend you to have the traditional costume shoot in Lijiang or Shangrila which will cost in cheaper price where they can provide costume rental and full make up. This hotel they charge a very high price for the photoshooting if you want to buy the photos from them. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang, if they like photoshooting. Or else you can stay in other better choices hotels."

"service from the manager Mr Qiu Feng was amazing, very kind. room was very spacious too. but just a little reminder to those staying, the swimming pool is not for hotel customer but only for those that stay in the villa suite. we had ordered the family room but we upgraded to the villa suite to get the private swimming pool."

"Beautifully designed hotel with excellent high level views of Erhai. The room interiors are also toddler friendly - the bedside tables have chamfered edges (no sharp corners). They gave a super cute Pullman giraffe plushie too that was very good quality. Kid loved it so so much. More on the room tho. Really beautiful, very relaxing. Really nice seating area in front of the windows, I didn't want to check out. I didn't even want to leave the room during the stay. Breakfast buffet spread was also very delicious. Ate two bowls from the noodle bar and a bit of everything else in one sitting."

"We have great experience at the hotel. The communications were smooth through wechat and the bed was big and comfortable. The pool has fantastic view of Erhai Lake and overall it is a very instaworthy hotel. There are many cafes and restaurants around the whole complex area. Location-wise it is a bit far from the ancient town and town centre. The hotel is good for relaxing and enjoying the view."

"Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery. Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok. Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby. Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers."

"My husband and I came to Yunnan for our honeymoon. The lady boss was super nice. She patiently explained the details of the room to us and sent me some notes. The most important thing is that the room is very clean and comfortable. I stayed there for three consecutive days. I like Dali very much, and I like Yuntao Xiaowu even more❤️"

"Facilities: The B&B provides a complete range of things, including shampoo and shower gel from Adolf, and even a body lotion dryer, which is a pleasant surprise! Hygiene: I pay a lot of attention to hygiene when I go out, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. I have stayed in a B&B with poor hygiene before, so I am afraid of staying in such a B&B again. However, their B&B is cleaner than hotels. I have not seen any strange insects for three consecutive days. It is really nice to come back to the clean B&B to wash away the fatigue of the day after a day of play. Environment: The B&B is on the 19th floor of the apartment. You can see the beautiful scenery of Erhai Lake as soon as you open the curtains in the morning. It is very quiet as soon as the balcony door is closed at night. The overall stay is very comfortable. They even installed sound insulation cotton in the gap of the room door, which is very considerate. Service: The service is really good, free airport pick-up and drop-off, 24-hour fruit and beverage supply, travel food guide, etc. If you have any problems, you can call the housekeeper directly, and almost all of them can be solved. This stay is the most comfortable and comfortable one in more than a dozen trips, even better than the service of the hotel. I feel very safe. If I have the opportunity to come to Dali next time, I will choose their home!"
