Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis - Mill District

Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
Radisson Blu Mall of America

This hotel is pretty with its hip colors etc, and the food was good with easy access to airport and the big mall. But the rooms lack function including very few drawers, sink has very little counter space so not much space to place toiletries, strange blue carpet and sparkle tile in rooms on top floor, big silver closet doors (on top floor only possibly) that are about 2 inches above the floor which means when you close one it can slide right over your bare foot (which happened to me both cutting and severely bruising my foot). I reported the injury as soon as it happened. A gentleman came up and told me the doors are suppose to be like that. (Go look at your doors they all are much closer to the floor so this doesn't happen.) I left a note for them when I checked out after hobbling around for 2 days in pain and a week later still no reply or inquiry regarding that situation from anyone in management. I don't like to complain but maybe someone will read this review and care? Hotel shuttle was good at picking us up at the airport but not so good taking us back. We had a reservation for the return shuttle but they let other people on instead telling us airline crew had priority over us. Not sure about those other people who got on. We had to wait for shuttle to return since 2nd shuttle was having maintenance issues. We did like how your room key only allowed you to go to floor your room was on. That seemed safe. If you want maid service you have to request it.
Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis

I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Minneapolis

Hotel and staff were great! They made my business travel feel like it was leisure. Breakfast was delicious. I think the price is perfect for what it is. The front desk staff knows the area very well and pointed me to some great dinner recommendations. I will be back!
DoubleTree by Hilton St. Paul East

We stayed here to attend the Queen concert. Will definitely stay here again. Check in was quick and smooth. Elevators are some what slow. Note also no glasses for drinks. Just coffee cups. They also provide shuttle service to and from the Excel Energy Center. They are approximately 6 miles away from the Excel. Also, close to we’re the St. Paul Saints play. Reasonable pricing. We ate dinner at restaurant on site. A bit spending, but the food was very good. Service was slow so plan that into your schedule. The pool is heated. A big pool area.
DoubleTree by Hilton Bemidji

Super friendly staff. Room is spotless with soft fluffy towels, comfy bed. High end Crabtree amenities in bathroom, Kerrigan coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in room 460 with lake view balcony. Could watch ducks and listen to Loons call. Highly recommend
Graduate by Hilton Minneapolis
4.5/5115 Reviews
You know what you’re getting with The Graduate - very comfortable and characterful rooms with soft pillows and plush carpet - but at this particular hotel we thought it had been given over to students and there was no sense of it being an exclusive space for guests. Students were sprawled around all day on lounges and tables sucking up the wifi. It didn’t feel like we were coming home at the end of the day to a welcoming and special space. We also had a very ordinary experience at check in with a young women who had zero interest in engaging with us. So much so that she didn’t tell us anything about the hotel, including that we needed to alert housekeeping if we wanted our room serviced. So we came back to the hotel at 5pm to an unmade room. It’s not an unreasonable expectation that your room will be made up for you each day in a hotel. But here, no one told us we had to ask. We also had problems with the parking boom gates not working. I’d give this place 5/5 if the front desk staff were more interested in customer service and the students didn’t treat it like their lounge room.
The Saint Paul Hotel

Always the Best place to stay. Rooms and public places are always clean and neat. Location is so much fun with walking attractions and more high-end dining than you could ever sample. Great Place to stay if attending and event at River Center or The X

The Lofton Hotel Minneapolis, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We stayed at this property after the recent rebranding from Loews. It was a great hotel, the rooms were great, the restaurant for breakfast was good. We picked it due to its proximity tonTarget Field, which is amazing. I'm a diamond member with Hilton, and the room was reserved under my name. I also drove my car to the property, yet the valet guy wouldn't speak to me. He instead had to go the the passenger side to speak to my husband, who I had to give the keys to, he had to give my name, and the valet had to park MY car. The misogyny is ridiculous, and I did confront the man. He never apologized, he just nodded and smiled. It really left a bad taste and I'm disappointed in the stay and the staff they employ in valet. I'll definitely self park somewhere or pick another property in the future.
