Absolutely the best

Stayed at the Double Tree with my husband as a couples get away for his birthday. We really enjoyed stay, everything was perfect. From the front desk agent Khadra was attentive, friendly and made sure we were taken care of before we went to our room. The cookies are our favorite, a really nice touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the relaxing getaway!!

This was not our best visit to the Doubletree Bloomington Minneapolis South location. It was extremely humid and the air conditioner in our first level floor room would not cool down at all. We were not told that this is a common issue on the first floor. When I attempted to ask for some assistance, I was laughed at by your manager, Ha. Khadra could see that I was getting frustrated and stepped in to assist us. She was very knowledgeable about what she could do to help make our visit more enjoyable and offered a floor fan for our room. She went out of her way, as her job should have led her to do, and smiled and was very accommodating. Khadra was so helpful and I highly recommend her.

Exceptional Customer Service & A Wonderful Stay! I had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree Bloomington Minneapolis South! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I especially want to recognize Front Office Manager Nicholas Pullums for his exceptional customer service! I had an issue with changing a reservation that had been booked at an advance, non-refundable rate. Nick went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation. He provided guidance, communicated clearly, followed through, and most importantly, genuinely cared about finding a solution and making things right for me. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out! The hotel’s location is also fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities, making it very convenient. I highly recommend the DoubleTree Bloomington Minneapolis South and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Nick, and the entire team, for making my experience such a positive one!

We were supposed to have conjoined rooms. We even called a few days before to confirm, and they assured us they were. We got there and the rooms were next to eachother, but not conjoined. I went into my room and it was being used. Went to yhe front desk and they gave me a room even farther away. Our shower drain was so plugged with hair that it took 30 minutes after to drain. We went to the hot tub and there were about 20 children in there cannon balling in and splashing around. It didn't take us and a few other adult couples long to leave. Got back to our room. Thermostat was set at 67° and it was still hot in our room. Tv kept blipping out due to weather...it was sprinkling out. When checking out, we decided to check out the $15 per person breakfast buffet, which was nothing more than a continental breakfast that would generally be free somewhere else. We didn't eat there. Overall it was a pretty terrible experience for how expensive the rooms were. Will not be back.

Location is good Atmosphere is chill busy at times but it’s a hotel. Rooms on the one side (closest to the pool) need updating badly seem so dark and gloomy even the hallways on that side feel cold and dark low key scary. Value is good can’t complain Cleanliness I’m the needing updated side has been dirtier then I would like but not terrible. noise level not a problem . Service all staff are awesome I have stayed here long term off and on and they always remember me which is super nice and they usually accommodate me and give me the room I want. I stay here often they know me now and my service pup! I feel super comfortable here they don’t watch and follow you around or bug you. Only negative I can say is no continental breakfast it cost 15.00. Other than that love this hotel I have recommended it several times. Will always come back!

I've never wrote a review like this before, but this place was so bad I feel like I should warn ya'll. Stayed here for a convention. Knew we were in trouble when the airport shuttle picked us up. He was late and what a POS! I thought to myself, "I hope this thing doesn't break down before we get there." Checked in and was originally put in a tower room next to the service elevators at the end of a long, dark hallway. Felt like it was an old utility room. I'm 5'11" and if jumped, might have hit my head on the ceiling. The room had a window but it was 100% occluded by the building/room on the other side of the wall. NO light was able to get in. Went to front desk and asked for new room and the lady said, "Yeah, I figured you wouldn't like that one." They put us in different room that was a dump. Light fixtures were broken, one large section of window so dirty you literally couldn't see out, industrial toilet leaked. It was a huge tower, we were on 15th floor...felt like we were only ones on that floor...creepy. They overcharged my card x 2, had to talk to 3 different people to get it fixed. The last person I talked to said they would have to get a manager to fix it, but he was out of the building...the airport shuttle broke down and he had to go pick everyone up and get them to the airport!! Oh, and there's NO shuttle to MOA. Uber trips to mall run $20-$25 each way. STAY AWAY from this place.

Truly not what I expected, the whole place was filthy. I dont usually do reviews but this was disappointing. Mirrors werent clean, comforter was filthy, the floors left your feet black and the hall our room was in didn't get vacuumed once the whole time we were there. Pool deck was dirty, hot tub was broken, no pool towels. There was a huge drunken unruly party happening in one of the rooms by the pool. Elevators were down. I could go on and on. Also not nearly as close to the mall as I thought but that one is my bad. I should have looked into that more. Overall it felt like a dirty motel not a hilton.
