I recently stayed at this hotel for work reasons, and the experience was perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff received me with a professional and enthusiastic attitude. They not only took the initiative to help with the luggage, but also patiently explained the surrounding facilities. The room is spacious and bright, with a simple yet stylish design, all smart devices are available, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, so you can sleep peacefully every night.
The breakfast is even more surprising, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly made waffles and local specialty pastries are amazing. The gym is fully equipped with professional coaches to guide; the infinity pool on the top floor faces the city night view, so you can relax after a business trip. The location is excellent, close to the business center and subway station, and travel is very convenient. Whether it is business needs or leisure and relaxation, this hotel has done the ultimate, highly recommended! I will choose here next time!
A newly opened hotel. The sanitation is good, the environment is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is quite good, with a wide variety. The service is also very enthusiastic and there are return visits. The location is also good, not far from anywhere in the city center.
The hotel is very new, with good facilities and friendly service. You can check in early if there are rooms available. It is close to the Riyadh Exhibition Center.
Staying at this hotel was a unique experience, blending rich history with modern comforts. The architecture was breathtaking, offering glimpses into the past while providing all the luxury of contemporary amenities. My room was beautifully furnished with a mix of classic and modern elements, offering comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly soft, and the bathroom was spacious with high-quality toiletries. The on-site restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes that were beautifully prepared. One of the standout features of this hotel was the private garden, an oasis of peace in the middle of the city. The location was also perfect for exploring nearby cultural sites. This hotel offers a stay that feels both timeless and luxurious.
The location is at the end of the kingdom
Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)
Nice service at reception, good breakfast. Loved the gym. Only issue was that the internet did not work properly at the beginning but they fixed it asap
I have no words to describe how good this hotel is
Itreally feels like a five star hotel
I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels.
And this one is easily is in the top 10%
The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc.
The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night
i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them
The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years
And the location cannot be beat
I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant.
I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything

Just as I imagined, the hardware facilities are very good, the room is very clean, and the stay is very comfortable. It’s just that I didn’t book a suitable meal package, which is a bit regrettable.

MMOHAMMED ALI IBRAHIMGood and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet.
The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay. I loved the hotel and will continue to visit it whenever I can. I look forward to returning again.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Continent Al Waha Hotel Riyadh for five days (four nights). The food was a highlight, with a diverse and high-quality menu. However, the room service disappointed as cleaning was only done on the first day, leaving the room unclean for the rest of my stay. Despite this, the facilities were generally satisfactory. A mixed experience, hoping for improved consistency in service.

HHaslimahOur recent stay was fantastic. The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely come back again!
DDmitrii Poponkin10 out of 10.
Free coffee drips renewable every day, bottles of water and a fridge in the room. Very friendly staff and high level of service in mini cafe right in the hotel (a little expensive, but still good enough).
Very good location. Not so far from the airport, close to the city center.
Checked the gym also. It is pretty small but for a one time training is good enough.
Thanks a lot to the hotel for hosting! Blessed to be your guest :D

GGuest UserThe service was very warm and the breakfast was full. Good location, ten minutes walk from the King Tower and very close to the subway station. The room is stylishly decorated. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit smelly and needs to pay attention to cleaning details.
RRonnel AzucenaI recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and I must say, the location was spot on—extremely convenient to our office, which made commuting a breeze. The room itself was quite spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax and work.
However, the building is showing its age and could use some updates to enhance the overall experience. Some of the amenities also left a bit to be desired; they were not as user-friendly or modern as I would have hoped.
Overall, while the hotel’s location and room size are definite positives, the outdated facilities and less-than-ideal amenities might prompt me to consider other options in the future.
