The hotel is fantastic overall, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful. It's wonderfully quiet, with absolutely no noise or disturbances. They were also very accommodating, allowing us a generous late check-out on our departure day. We truly appreciate all the services provided.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to almost all amenities, entertainment, markets, and the train station (a 5-minute walk). Ms. Nasreen was also very quick and helpful with the booking and sent the confirmation promptly. Many thanks to Ms. Taghreed for her warm welcome, efficient check-in and check-out procedures, and excellent guest service.

I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

Really great hotel when it comes to location and cleanliness, very close to shopping malls and supermarket.

Decent for the price and location

The location is quite convenient, but the navigation is not easy to locate. I couldn't find the location for the first time with Uber and went to the wrong place. Remember to confirm the navigation. The facilities are relatively old, but they are complete. The breakfast is not very delicious

Dear All, About my experience in this hotel, We arrived before the check-in time the employee was helpful and understanding and allowed us for early check-in with a clean room, good smell and excellent temperature that allowed us to rest. Moreover, the room can be dark no lights in.. to help us sleep and rest also. Exactly what we needed the hotel was quite also. Finally we liked it and we will come again.
