Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

First of all, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and apptoachable but the thing was checking in and out took too long since they dont have their own table or place to properly process the papers. The place were bigger than the usual I bookedl before . The room has I double deck and 1 double bed. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to recommend to upgrade the cooking stove into induction, it was old and rusted which wasted electricity. They provide sleepers for 4 people. You need to bring your own shampoo and toiletries. If need cleaning and help just inform the staff. Few upgrades is irecommended

The room and service is good. But the food, specially the bacon, thats not how “Filipino” cooked their bacons. Ang tigas, may part na sunog pa. I waited for the new batch baka kasi nagkataon lang but same pa din. Almost everyone namimili ng di overcooked kaya ending mga matitigas naiiwan. The refill of food is also slow, like you need to wait like 5mins to refill a specific meal. Need mo ma pagfollow up ng condiments refill kasi maubos na.

The location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel Alabang and it quickly became one of our favorite spots in the south of Metro Manila. Location is fantastic. It’s right in Madrigal Business Park, just a short walk to Molito Lifestyle Center and Alabang Town Center. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, which made everything super convenient. The free area shuttle was also a nice bonus. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The service here consistently feels personal and caring. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent — we slept very well every night. Everything felt well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is modern and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet offered a good mix of Filipino favorites and other options, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. We looked forward to it each morning. It’s also great value for money and pet-friendly (which is a big plus for many guests). Whether you’re here for business, a family trip, a long stay, or just a weekend getaway, B Hotel Alabang delivers a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back. The only disappointing part here is that they have provided a dirty looking blanket and towels. WIFI works only 1 day on did not work for another day.The property contact number which said they will assist you is not that accommodating. Also I have to mention here the additional 400 pesos you need to pay aside from the payment you had on trip.com for extending your stay. I paid already on trip.com why would I need to pay them again. As they said,” so i wont have to check out again because the check out is 11am and check in is 2pm. ??? I don’t get why i need to pay that when I just extend my stay and I do I have to check out if I didn’t pay that 400 pesos? I save them for another cleaning of room if I didn’t check out and I should be the one to pay additional?

I chose the hotel based on the location. Not the typical Manila holiday I would think. That said I was very happy with what I got. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the reception area surprisingly pleasant. Can be a bit noisy at night as the hotel seems to be based on a highway rest stop. So it has a handful of restaurants outside. About 30 minutes walk to a decent mall, and 10 minutes from the bamboo organ museum and surrounding residential area. I didn’t check the pool but I saw it was one. I would have extended my stay for another night but it was booked out due to a convention.

We had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with malls and restaurants nearby. It was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ortigas.

The location is excellent. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's very easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant stay.

We booked a Deluxe Room with a king-size bed at Manila Prince Hotel for our 3rd wedding anniversary celebration (3D2N) for 2 adults and 1 toddler. First of all, I'm grateful that I found a great deal through Trip.com, almost 50% off with breakfast included! As I've mentioned in a previous review for another hotel, I'm generally not a fan of older hotels. However, Manila Prince Hotel pleasantly surprised me. The property is very well maintained and has an excellent location, with popular attractions such as the National Museum, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, and even Chinatown nearby. What stood out to me the most: The Service The staff were amazing! Everyone was attentive, courteous, and pleasant, from the guards and concierge to the receptionists and room service staff. I could tell they are well-trained and professional. Special shoutout to Sir Ivan for taking such good care of us and even taking the time to play a little with our son. You truly made our day! Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they were. I needed a needle and thread to sew a piece of clothing, and they were able to provide it promptly. The Buffet Breakfast There were plenty of options, everything we tried was delicious, and it offered great value for the price. The Room The room is definitely old, but it was clean and came with complete amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary items provided, such as bottled water, coffee, and tea, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing I would suggest to management is to gradually replace some of the older fixtures and items that are already showing signs of wear. For example, the bathroom rubber mat had some mold spots, likely due to moisture, and the toilet paper holder had a bit of rust. Other than those minor issues, we had a really great stay. Highly recommended for families!
