Grand Westside Manila Bay

The room was clean and quiet, the front desk staff were enthusiastic, breakfast was pre-ordered, and it was very close to White Beach. The environment was good.

My stay was incredibly disappointing and definitely not worth the price. The room was tiny, barely enough space to turn around, and the amenities were basic yet overpriced. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear every noise from outside throughout the night, which seriously affected my sleep. The pool, which the hotel advertised, had murky water and looked really dirty, so I didn't even dare to go in. Overall, the value for money was extremely low, and the facilities were poorly maintained and looked nothing like the promotional pictures. I spent money hoping to relax, but the experience was severely compromised. I do not recommend staying here; you can find much better hotels with superior environments and quietness at the same price point. I won't be returning.
