The counter is complicated and the waiting line is long. I'm the only one who handles it.
I was assigned to the 5th floor because there was construction noise on the upper floors, but I felt like I was stuck in the semi-basement.
The room floor wasn't cleaned, so I asked them to vacuum it, but they didn't. It's so dirty.
It seems like they only make the bed sheets.
The breakfast was okay.
I was so disappointed during my stay this time.

Great stay at Grand Westside Manila! I love the rooms and amenities! Love the polite and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The food choices at the restaurant are great. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back for longer stays! I love this hotel so much!

All glitz no glamour !
New big hotel. Receptionists boring and clueless. 2 to check in then 3rd to look at a screen for 5 minutes. Stayed 7 nights. Wish was 1. Construction noise all night in rear condo development owned by them. Music blaring pool at 7am.. seem happy to screw their guests over. Breakfast good and workers there are hard working. Pool area good size. Rooms are shoeboxes. Terrible design. No where to store clothes. Reviews say rooms “spacious”. ! These reviews by guests paid with incentives to post good review as informed by a worker. Condo sales people constantly annoying guests with leaflets to buy condos as soon as you walk out the lifts. Even on way to breakfast and out doorways. So annoying. They’re rude and answer back. Informed management but they weren’t too concerned. Won’t see me back here.
