Location is near to railway station as well as main market and har ki poudi. Hotel doesnt seem to have family room available, had accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids on one double bed. But overall good experience

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Clean. There is a heater. Delicious breakfasts. Upon arrival there were welcome fruits, chips and water. It was very pleasing, because we arrived late, did not want to go out to eat, but it was important to have a snack.
They helped with a taxi to the train station, at a price lower than what was offered in the city.
Of the minuses, very long registration and filling out a lot of paperwork upon arrival.

A good hotel is not a big hotel, next to the famous bridge, the bridge is true on repair, but there is a passage anyway. A busy street. The room got quiet. There is a restaurant in the hotel so you won't be hungry for sure. In the room was its boiler, on this hot water is provided.

this place was awesome right next to Dehradun railway station.
For the price I paid it was excellent.
nice cozy room good food decent and helpful staff fast service.
definately going to stay again in my next trip to Dehradun.

Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on de***d. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says ”guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries”. Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking.
Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

Location is great, very close to Har ki Puri. All the famous food shops are walking distance from hotel. Hotel staff, hospitality and food is excellent. Overall hotel vibe is great and this is value for money at this location.

The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay.
Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide.
We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

LLouisaGreat hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms.
Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant.
Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons).
Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating.
Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order. 
I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me. 
The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.

It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.

We stayed at Hotel Azul Ganga for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, close to the action yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The highlight for us was the beautiful rooftop view—perfect for soaking in the serene vibes of Rishikesh.
The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay.
Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Rishikesh. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI was very very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks YogVed 🙏🏼
