Great, great, great. The bed in the hotel is big and comfortable. You can watch Netflix on the TV, and it also has a thoughtful electronic alarm clock and stereo. The breakfast is also delicious. The chef is constantly making eggs. You can order the most classic huevos in Mexico. Rancheros, hot chocolate, pozole, and juice are available

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

The Room 2211 was clean, good smell, and quiet. I booked without breakfast. My family rest well. the view to the city side is nice.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

Service: Hotel service is warm and friendly; breakfast is quite rich; Hygienic: Overall it is quite clean; Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the room structure design is more reasonable, wifi is not very convenient to connect, and the network speed is OK; Environment: The surrounding traffic is also very convenient;

The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, and the environment is elegant. I have always liked and recommended Marriott Hotel. This time, it was a pleasant experience for both body and mind. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, very professional, thumbs up👍
