Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. I accidentally clicked the wrong button when purchasing the ticket and booked it one day earlier, but the hotel refused to refund me.

The location is close to the airport, slightly far from the beach, the hotel has a swimming pool, breakfast is average, there is a supermarket opposite, the rooms are big and clean, the only drawback is to go to the living area or the beach, very cost-effective

This hotel is very good, the whole floor-to-ceiling window can see the scenery of the whole city, the room is very large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower, sink, toilet are all separate, the parking service is also very good, and it is close to restaurants and bars. This price is very good value for money during non-weekend times. The price doubled on weekends. I will go to this house again next time.

Facilities The hotel is well-equipped, with large-screen TVs, coffee machines and hair dryers in the rooms to meet daily needs. The gym and swimming pool equipment are well-maintained and comfortable to use. The conference room is spacious and suitable for business activities. The overall facilities are modern, and you can feel the attention to detail. Service The service staff are enthusiastic and efficient in checking in and out. The room service responds promptly and can solve problems quickly. The restaurant service is thoughtful, and the speed of ordering and serving is satisfactory. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and transportation information, and provides a lot of help. Hygiene The hotel has excellent hygiene conditions, the room is very clean, and the bedding is fresh and odorless. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the towels and toiletries are neatly placed. There is no garbage in the public area, and the elevators and corridors are also very clean. The overall environment makes people feel very comfortable. Environment The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, with a high greening rate, giving people a sense of relaxation. The room has good sound insulation, and almost no outside noise can be heard. Convenient transportation, close to the business district and attractions. The lighting design at night is warm, which enhances the overall living experience.

Ese Hotel precioso con un potencial muy muy alto, pero con algunos defectos valorables. Como parte positiva, muy cómoda, habitación amplia con altos techos y decoración muy singular. La zonas comunes son de revista.  Como parte negativa el agua caliente tardaba más de cinco minutos en salir y el cuarto de baño en general era pequeño. El desayuno algo limitado pero es cierto que ofrecían café y zumo naranja con huevos al gusto, sin servicio de Lunch box. Cabe destacar una terraza en la azotea con vistas para poder tomarte algo también preciosa. 

Un poco problemático con la atención en el front desk ya que no tenían la info de el pago total efectuado por medio de la App.

The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it is better than this one

What an honour to be amongst the newest guests of this recently opened, fully modern Case Salles Hotel Boutique. Each staff member went above and beyond in gracious hosting. The hotel arranged Distillery Tequila tours, including their own El Tequileno (Mexico's best kept secret), which is housed next door. Their court yard's Mango trees shades the grounds, and is the inspiration for the restaurant, named ”Mango” where an impressive menu full of deliciousness awaits. Then there is a sap, pool, sky bar, and roof top- where you can view your authentic Tequila sunrise. I will return ASAP with my children.
