E-Outfitting Golden Country Hotel

The hotel is tired. But from here to any attraction is 4-7 thousand. kyat na tuk tuk (via hornbeam). The pool is small. In the evening, the restaurant has a barbecue. There is a lot of food for breakfast, but it is Asian. There's not even black tea. If the light went out, it was for no more than 5-10 minutes and rarely. Internet is good. Overall a normal hotel

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel but it’s absolutely wonderful. Unlike most hotels in SE Asia the beds here are so comfortable and not rock hard. The shower was great, the water is hot and the pressure is perfect. Breakfast is 5/5 because there’s such a wonderful variety. They had fresh pastries and an actual omelette station. Another highlight of this hotel is the rooftop. There’s an infinity pool and a bar. It was nice to NOT have to scream across the table to chat with my fiancé because the atmosphere/ambiance is perfect. Nice light music and a very chill place to be. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a deluxe room. The room environment is also good. There are three elevators, which is convenient. The hotel is safe as there is always a security guard on the first floor.

Popa Mountain Resort
4.1/54 Reviews
The hotel is halfway up the mountain and the environment is beautiful. If the weather is good, you can see the temples on the opposite side of Mount Boba and the top of the mountain. It was raining on the day we went, the fog was very big, the mountain wind was also very big, and there was a terrible atmosphere. I suggest that you must choose the room type above the suite, because I personally experienced it, the ordinary room can not live, the area is small, wet, and the waiter brought the heater in early September! The bathroom is also cramped, in short, the experience is not good. The suites with mountain views are the best, and you can see the opposite of Mount Boba on your balcony.
