Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff. The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day! The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must. The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT! *Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge **Maybe add a trip type of ”Pleasure”

My sister and mom had a great time; when they were at the hotel but the breakfast was a C & D plus. They did not have to much of a choice. It was still good though. The casino was close by to. So A+ for that.

This hotel is very nice, I like this brand and the room is clean.

La recepción muy atenta. Esta limpio, las cama muy cómoda, tranquilo, excepto por el piso ya que creo no lo limpiaron habían manchas en el piso y un insecto muerto. El baño era nuevo o recién remodelado, solo la puerta tenía un desperfecto pero nada que afecte mi estadía. Las toallas son muy pequeñas, no había papel sanitario, llegué noche ya no quise ir a recepción a pedir uno. Por lo general yo siempre llevo el mío. En cuanto a las instalaciones el área de estacionamiento es muy pequeña apenas cabe un coche pequeño , por lo mismo los otros huéspedes invaden el espacio del otro. Apenas podía abrir mi puerta. De mi camioneta suv que era pequeña.

It was great very clean and the people was so nice

Clean room and very comfy bed. Rooms are large. Couple small inconveniences. No plug for bath or sink and the hairdryer didn’t work but overall for one night stop over was fine.

Bathroom lighting very poor. Toilet seat not secure. Unknown substance trailing down the side of the toilet. Hair in the bathtub.
