Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff.
The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day!
The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must.
The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT!
*Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge
**Maybe add a trip type of ”Pleasure”
Room was updated to some degree. The bathroom was divided into 2 parts where there was a shaving and makeup area and the other area was the shower and toilet behind a door. I never liked entering a room from outside but felt safe doing it from here. The customer service was the best I've ever seen and I've seen a lot.
Located on Highway 62 near the Ozarks this Eureka Springs hotel is near popular attractions such as The Great Passion Play Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and Ozark Mountain Ziplines. Enjoy easy access to downtown Eureka Springs where you will find plenty of shopping and dining options. Take the family over to Beaver Dam State Park to see the impressive dam or spend the day fishing in Beaver Lake. You can also hop on Route 23 and venture to Ozark National Forest for an unforgettable adventure. Start your day off with a free light breakfast item together with your choice of coffee tea and juice and unwind in the indoor pool or onsite spa and salon.
Enjoyed the updated rooms. There was a place to hang your clothes but it was in the common area of the room and not in a closet. There wasn't much space for your hygiene inventory on the bathroom countertop. However, the room was GREAT with the latest updates. If you need to iron, go ahead and order one during your checkin.

We were in town for a wedding and to squeeze in as much site seeing as possible. The accommodations were clean and the staff was friendly. The front desk staff was well informed on must see things, directions on how to get there and where to park. Location was perfect, we were 15 minutes from the Chapel and 5 minutes from downtown. If safety is a concern the location is great.
I didn’t expect Ctrip to have an agreement hotel in a place like Benton. I have to say that it’s still very reliable to find a hotel through Ctrip. Continue to support Ctrip.
LLIHONGThere is a refrigerator in the location, nothing else, no shampoo cups! I wonder if the cleaning staff has forgotten it or not at all? Ask tomorrow. The room is big enough, the sprinkler is small, and there is a parking lot.
GGuest UserCould definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!
PPatricia RoseburrowI got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and drugs going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean
WWEISHUNGreat hotel, I just booked a room for 5 people at the cheapest price, including a large living room, a large bathroom, two large beds, a large set of sofas in the living room, great. I was late to the hotel, I didn’t have the equipment, but it was very comfortable for a night, great.
MMaryPool doesn't work, but staff was polite. And they are pet friendly. Not too many hotels are these days .
Overall, it's not the Ritz but it's better than a lot of the local competition. I would definitely stay again .

GGeorgina DotsonWe had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.
GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with everything I experienced at this hotel except for one thing, which I expressed to a front desk employee: there is an exterior trash can close to the main entrance that became overflowing with trash to the point where it was on the ground, and the ashtray on top of it was never emptied during my 3 night stay either. The response I received was that the owners would not hire a 'houseman' to attend to this and other duties, and no one else is assigned to do so. Unacceptable. Something has to be done to ensure this is rectified immediately.
