Relais des Plateaux & Spa– Ivato International Airport
8.4/561 Reviews
Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!
Grand Hotel Urban

Good value-for-money hotel in central location. Pretty decent restaurant. Friendly staff. A couple of minor downsides: the curtains in my bedroom window weren't sun-blocking, which means that, unless you're wearing a sleep mask, you'll wake up pretty early, if you're sensitive to light; the music in the common area is generally made of lame and syrupy love songs - I wish it was mainly music by Madagasy musicians. Other than this, totally recommend!
Radisson Serviced Apartments Antananarivo City Centre

The hotel is located on a ramp in the city center, 35 minutes by car from the airport if there is no traffic jam. The scenery on the mountain side is nice, with scattered houses. The hotel is equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, cutting board, knives, plates, etc., which is suitable for business trips and more convenient than ordinary hotels. The overall hygiene is also very good and really clean. Disadvantages: Tips are left every day, but the purified water in the glass bottle is sometimes missing, and the toilet paper disappears with the box after it is used up. It is estimated that I completely forgot about it when I took it away and replenished it, but it doesn't affect much. It is still worth staying.
Radisson Tamboho Waterfront Antananarivo
8.6/575 Reviews
Not recommended, the reason is that it is far from the tourist attractions, the price/performance ratio is not high, many hotels in Tana are under the name of Radisson 😸, the whole East Africa, Radisson franchise stores are everywhere, but this Radisson is located in the suburbs, I have lived in the Radisson apartment in the old town, it is within walking distance to the tourist attractions, this one is a bit far, you have to take a taxi, and to be honest, I don't think it is special, it is more than 100 yuan expensive for no reason, more importantly: the free airport shuttle is nonsense, nonsense, nonsense 😭😭, just take a taxi yourself, emails are not replied, you have to call to book a pick-up, the price is twice that of the airport taxi, more locals come, the reason is that there is a cinema next to it, suitable for weekends, after all, locals don't go to tourist attractions 😭

The front desk manager is very nice and gave us a lot of useful suggestions. The Chinese food in the restaurant is good and suitable for people with Chinese stomachs. The room service is very good in all aspects.

Le Louvre Hotel & Spa

The staff of the establishment is conscientious and attentive. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the hammam, the sauna and the small fitness room are pluses that are a pleasure after a day in the city of Tana. I recommend.

Le Grand Mellis Hôtel & Spa

The hotel was clean and safe. Rooms on higher floors are recommended. The streets nearby are very busy in the daytime and deserted at night.
