It was in September 2024. Rested for 2 weeks.
1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place.
2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again.
3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too!
By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems.
4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems.
5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!).
As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.
The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It has been rebuilt from many houses. The room types are different. There are nearly 30 square meters and only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and the small surprise: the local refrigerator sticker was sent when checking out!
1. From the airport Diwat to the hotel, you can take a taxi for 20 euros. There is no shuttle bus. You can only take a taxi. You can get to the old town and you will be there after you walk in. You can ask the hotel to book 15 euros when you leave.
2 The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor. You will first go to the front desk of the hotel every day including meals, you will be given two choices and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner.
3 There is a shopping mall next to the old town
4 Remember that Bank of Montenegro has not cooperated with UnionPay, and all ATMs cannot withdraw money. Also note that the bank that UnionPay cooperated with has closed down. In euros
5 Here Go up the mountain to see Kotor, the ticket is 8 euros, walk up from the old city, about 3 hours. There is also a very good boat to go to bluecave and so on (see Figure 9/11/15 for the third flight). Remember to put on the swimsuit for 2 hours, 30 Euros, the boss gave me a special price of 25 Euros, and I will go on our boat. Blue, and there are a lot of fish in it.
Welcome to like my comments and do not express my feelings, because everyone understands the requirements differently. I only provide useful information and hope to help you.
We booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights.
Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in.
The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area.
The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking.
The pillows and mattresses were comfortable.
A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor.
There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM.
I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all.
) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay.
If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season.
But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!
The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.
The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. The room is all but everything is inside the washing room, the clothes, the box, the jar, the refrigerator, the table, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen, the flat-screen But don't stay in room C20 there is incredible fluidity and humidity. We wanted the room to be changed but we couldn't change
The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The overall stay is fantastic, highly recommended!
The enthusiastic front desk clerk, slowly tell me the news I need. The room was large and clean. The hotel's own parking lot is now November. It is the off-season for travel, so my experience is particularly satisfactory, like living at home. Convenient parking, fast Wi-Fi, located in the north of Kotor,1.5 kilometers from the old city, not far from walking, walking along the coastline,
The hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. Very warm hotel!

Very Good
GGuest UserBecause the price was set two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and in the ancient city of Kotor, you can go shopping at night in the ancient city. Front desk service is very good 👍
GGuest UserBest rooms in center of kotor old town, its inside the wall of kotor, room and services was really good, lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process, just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street, since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

A hidden gem in Dobrota – highly recommended!
We had an amazing stay at Perla del Mare! The location is absolutely perfect – just outside the hustle and bustle of Kotor, yet still within walking distance. The facilities are fantastic, offering plenty of cozy spots to relax, with the highlight being the private little beach right in front of the property. It’s a peaceful bay where you can truly unwind.
The host is very friendly and always ready to help – he even arranged my airport transfer without any hassle. The studio/apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.
If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and still be close to the old town of Kotor, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The owner's hospitality exceeded expectations – not only did he graciously allow us to change rooms to suit our preferences, but he also went above and beyond by personally driving us to the train station. The genuine kindness and flexibility made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
By the way, the facilities and views are also great!
AAnna MarieLocated in Old Town where all the action is. There was a public car park nearby for our rental. We were so excited they had a small lift so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside (or not) is that the club nearby will be playing music until around 1:30am.

AAnonymous UserI don't know why there are so many high and low reviews online. Anyway, I feel it's pretty good. The facilities are also OK. It's a standard three-star small hotel. After all, it's at this price. The front desk is very warm and the service is very good. I booked a mountain view room and was given a sea view room with a balcony. I am satisfied! You can go swimming in the sea at the door of the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. There is also a dock for cruise ships. You can take a boat directly at the door of the hotel without going to the old town. Of course, if you want to go to the old town, you have to take a bus at the door. It's not that close. The breakfast is also good, but the seafood restaurant nearby directly gives English menus. It's more expensive, not quite at the level of Montenegro, maybe because this is Kotor.
