We arrived at the station at night, the town was dark, and we walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes.
I didn't like it when I first entered, because it's an old hotel and the decoration is made of red wood. It was quite scary when I entered, but I gradually got used to it.
The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was rich. If we arrive during the day, the image should be much better.
Everything else is OK.
There are very few reviews on Ctrip's foreign hotels. Although the speed of updating room availability is very slow, I often receive information after booking that the room is full, but the price seems to be the same.
The hotel is on the mountain, some distance from the attractions, but it's just a walk away. Compared with Rome, the room is very big and the price is cheap.
The rooms are all early, breakfast is quite simple, there is not much to eat.

No kettle, tea, coffee packs in room. But can try asking. Assisi is a worthwhile place to explore - take bus by buying from shop ( tobacconist?) 1.30 euro to go up to the top. Then explore various places as you go downhill.
I stayed for two nights on a rental car trip to Tuscany.
After Rome-Sivita di Bannorezzo-Orbietto, one night,
The next day, I traveled to Assisi for one night,
The next day, it was a schedule to go to Pienza, so it was just good for a base hotel. ... Clean and friendly hotel
The only minus point was that there was a slipper of unknown origin under the bed when I checked in. Other than that, the hotel's hardware facilities are absolutely first-class. We walked all the way from the train station to the hotel, completely underestimated the steep slopes of the mountain city of Perugia. It's best to drive if you want to go there, as walking in and out is too tiring.
Perfect location, close to the center but not too much. We have come here several times over the years under various managements and have always had a good time. Large, clean rooms with all comforts. Now there is also a refurbished swimming pool. Small, but enough to cool off in this heat wave.
I love to stay as always .
Excellent welcome, excellent breakfast very careful and varied with many good home products and suitable for lactose intolerants.

AAlexandraA decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in.
The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect.
Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.
HHobbyjalan2The hotel is located a stone throw away from the city center, in a short, beautiful residential street.
It must have been a mansion before it is converted into a hotel. It sure feels homey. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The 24-hour receptionists are warm and helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised as we were not expecting much. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here should we visit Umbria again.
GGuest UserThe apartment in block 5 was clean and functional. Large bed in the bedroom, lounge area with small fridge; air conditioned. Perfectly adequate for one night but a little remote from the main hotel facilities (0.6km). It did have a restaurant nearby with superb panoramic views of Assisi and that had a fantastic buffet with wine tasting on the day we were there. I would recommend this place.
GGuest UserThe hotel's accommodation and the front desk are two places. More than two kilometers apart. The road is dilapidated. The staff is not good at English and there is a problem with communication. Fortunately, the people are very welcoming and the facilities are clean and tidy.
CClaudiaNice structure. nice staff. There are adequate services. However, full outdoor parking Saturday night due to the restaurant's customers so much that they can't park. In addition, when we arrived the room was cold: I think if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also takes into account the hotel level and the costs). The spa with heated swimming pool, sauna and very nice Turkish bathroom (pay).

GGuest UserGreat place to relax and explore nearby towns. Views of Assisi and the country side.
Local inspired dishes elevated to bring a more dinner experience.
An awesome breakfast with eggs made fresh.

LLeonardoExcellent structure. Location in the heart of the Centre Italy, very easy to reach. Inexpectible services, price-quality ratio unprecedented. Most advisable!
