The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable.
The facilities were complete, the room was clean, and it was very comfortable to stay.
The environment was elegant and comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous.
The location was excellent and the transportation was convenient.
The hotel staff had a very good service attitude and were willing to help.
The safety measures were well done, which made people feel at ease.
The design style was unique and full of warm atmosphere
It's a restaurant with a great view. It's a stand-alone building, so it's quiet and nice.
It was convenient as it was within walking distance from Nami Island dock.
Highly recommended for a family trip
I made a reservation and went because of my child's school practical exam. When I checked in, I thought it was very kind of them to ask me if I was there to take the test and give me a chance to pass. The room and bedding were clean, but there was no towel rack, which was a bit inconvenient, and there was some noise from the room next door. The parking lot was a bit narrow. I was trying to control the lights with a remote control, but it was very difficult to turn the lights on and off. In the end, I put my room card in and out.
Only 2 covered parking, all others were open parking. Hotel location is very convenient as it is in the heart of Deville Osan right outside one of the gates to Osan AB with access to many restaurants, stores, and bars.
Hotel is not far from Galmae station. Eventho a little bit far from Seoul center, still manageable to go to the city (ard 50 mins).
The room are clean and spacious, but the hotel don't provide iron (unfortunately). The drinks are replenished everyday 🙂.
The bathtub has jacuzzi mode in it, eventho didn't use but nice to have (I think).
The staff are polite and helpful. For families is highly recommended. and the price is worthy in my opinion.
I was glad to find and stay at the hotel for my whole trip to South Korea Winter 2024. Cheers!!
Location is OK, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the subway station. I don't know why the hotel did not provide cleaning service during the stay, I hope the quality of cleaning service can be improved.
I booked a nearby hotel because I wanted to rest on the weekend, but I am so satisfied :)
The room was upgraded and the staff were friendly.
The room was very clean and comfortable so I slept honey
Overall satisfaction. There are many food vendors around.
However, when I filled the bathtub with water, it leaked somewhere and I ended up taking a half-body bath.
The bathtub needs to be inspected.
It was just an old old hotel and I went to Trip.com rather than a hotel.
I want to pay attention
Hotel D in Osan is also said to be 90,000 won at the same time.
The site sells for 98,650 won.
Once again, I paid for the Royal Suite at the Honors Hotel for 66,860 won with the intention of relaxing a little more comfortably.
When I arrived at the hotel, the Royal Suite was 500,000 won, but the one I booked was just a special room and it was 65,000 won if I paid on-site.
No, where is this scam?
It was absurd that the courtesy to VIP, who continued to trust and trade with me, was in the back of my head.
Don't you need a review that people who use the app at least 30% cheaper than on-site sales through site management have a cheap and comfortable rest?
please be good

SSchaedelEven though many family members had different needs and requirements, the staff accommodated them all.
JJimmyChangThis business trip lasted two days longer than the original itinerary. The originally booked hotel was fully booked, but luckily UrbanStay still had vacancies. The self-service hotel did not have face-to-face counter staff. I received the room number and password at noon on the day of check-in, so I entered the password directly in the afternoon to check in. It was pretty good Convenient. You can communicate with the customer service staff through the website by typing in Chinese. The hotel is in a good location and there are many restaurants nearby. It is basically a self-service hotel with high cost performance.
QQuintanaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the CIMA Hotel in Dongducheon, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.
The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's rest after long days of exploring. The spacious bathrooms, complete with high-quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury to the experience.
The location is another highlight. Situated conveniently near key attractions and transportation, CIMA Hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore Dongducheon and its surroundings. It's also close to Camp Casey, which makes it an excellent option for military personnel and their families.
Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, an on-site café, and a well-equipped business center, cater perfectly to both leisure and business travelers.
I would highly recommend the CIMA Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hospitable stay in Dongducheon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, as it sits in the middle of Pyeongtaek and is right next to the train station. It is also about 15 minutes from Camp Humphreys, which is great for any service members traveling, and there are tons of places to eat in the surrounding areas that are all within walking distance. The service was good, considering the language barrier, but it seemed like there was a lot of confusion regarding the kind of room the customer paid for on the app versus what they had when they got to the hotel. Regarding cleanliness, they left roach spray on the counter in every room, so do what you will with that information. There also was a lot of visible dirt in the bathroom, but the actual room was not that bad. I did not use any of the amenities, but they did offer a gym that is usually 24 hours, but it is limited as of now due to Covid restrictions.
Honestly, the only reason I would go back to this hotel is because of how close it is and how cheap it is; I would take the hit with the cleanliness.
6670TRAVELFor a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.
DDrew LIt’s so hard trying to find a legit hotel and filter out those love motels that are just everywhere in Korea. This place is clean, professional and the service is great. Front desk will help you navigate taxis, airport transfers etc. Actually.. I don’t know if their English is any good… oh and bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They have their own but it’s pretty bad.
The hotel is super close to a massive department store which sits above the subway. AK plaza.
Valet parking available(valet is pretty standard in Korea and not a luxury service). Rooftop has a cage for practicing your golf swing. Fully fitted out gym not those paltry 2 running machines and 1 dumbbell ones you find in smaller hotels and free to use laundromat. Breakfast is okay and great if you need food early in the morning. Breakfast options nearby are limited to convenience store food and those egg toast things on the street for W5000.
Will stay here again.
GGuest UserWe have stayed here before and will probably stay here again. We had booked online and the check-in was very quick and simple. There was another person coming in after us so that is probably why we weren't given our breakfast vouchers - but that was remedied the next morning. One thing to note is that, even though we booked for 2 people - only one free vouchers is given for each room. It did say that in the booking but I had thought it was just a mis-translation. It isn't. So we had to purchase the second breakfast for the second person. 5,000 won is reasonable for the breakfast. There is a soup, rice, 3-4 hot dishes, some salad items, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, ramyeon, toast. A good start to the day. The bed was comfortable and the bath was spacious - really good after a long day of walking and hiking. There are many restaurants nearby.
KKonghyeWe loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways.
We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.
