Staying here for the first time and very impressed with the Hotel. Naresh from housekeeping was outstanding , superb hospitality and service !! He went the extra mile and was extremely professional. Wish him the very best and encourage his efforts to delight guests !!

It was good experience with India. Facilities condition was best. Also Restaurant was well organized with categories India & westen style. The coffee station was really excellent, I've never seen it in my life. I think it is traditional coffee style in India. If someone asked me, I will recommend here.

Had an early flight out and was looking for accommodations near Delhi airport, those in Aerocity are really overpriced so I looked a bit further away. Found this hotel which is about 20 mins away, reasonable price, paid USD90 for a night deluxe double room. The room is clean and well maintained, comfortable, with nice modern décor and Alexa. Everything worked as it should. Unfortunately the customer service was such a let down. When I checked-in the staff mentioned breakfast I let him know that I will be checking out early for my flight, he said they can do a takeaway breakfast box, I was quite impressed and let the staff know the time I will check-out. But when I checked-out and asked about it, the staff had no idea, which just made me wonder why tell guests you can provide something if you are unable to arrange it. Another thing is I needed to get a bit of work done and headed to their café, I was there for over an hour and there was only 1 table apart from mine during this whole time. I left my scarf there, but I had signed the bill to my room so if the staff had bothered, he could have brought it back to me or at least leave it at the reception. I only realised it when I was on the way to the airport, so I called them, they told me they have it but unable to post it back to me. The stay itself was comfortable and good value, unfortunately cannot say I was impressed with the staff and customer service provided.

Located in the industrial area of Gurgaon, the hotel environment and service are very good. The surrounding environment shows the Indian characteristics. Very messy. Try not to go out at night.

This hotel service is excellent! They take care all your need.There is lot choice in the breakfast.Room is big and facility is nice.There is the swimming pool in roof and atmosphere is good.Especially the ***ager in front office Mr.Akshay is really nice ***ager take care all and always smile .

The four-star hotel has a five-star standard. The surroundings of the hotel are very good. The breakfast food is good and the surroundings are quiet. The only bad thing is that the sofa on the first floor of the hotel is a bit smelly and overall affordable.

We stayed with my family in Courtyard by Marriott more than 10 days. Service is good. We had included breakfast and dinner. Food are very delicious, ***y options.

The inside room is in excellent condition, but the outside hall is experiencing excessive heat, likely due to poor air circulation. It might be worth checking the ventilation system to improve airflow and temperature

The property is new, but there is a space constraint. Location is in mid of city. Rooms are good, but could have been better. Food quality was really excellent. Service is very good. Overall a satisfying experience.

Stayed at this property for several nights for business. This was the only property in Greater Faridabad area close to my work location. Am really finding it difficult to find any positive in this hotel except that the room was spacious and the a/c was working fine. Now let me get to the the Not so Good: 1. Bed linen was very dirty and run down. Everything was blackish white. Bed sheets, pillow covers, quilt cover and everything was run down and covered with pilling. Let’s not talk about towels am sure you all get the picture!! 2. WiFi speeds were pathetic. One couldn’t browse basic websites. Numerous complaints led to nothing. 3. The bathroom doesn’t have any shower mat so be very careful as the tiled floor gets very slippery when wet. 4. They only give face towels on request but I’d recommend that you get your own for obvious reason!! 5. In room dining rates are very high as if that’s the only way they make money. A pathetic coffee costs Rs 200/-. Food is terrible so it’ll be better to step out and eat. 6. Maintenance and housekeeping don’t have any sense about not making noise when room is occupied. There is regular corridor rug cleaning at 11.00pm and they only stop when you complain. 7. Breakfast is terrible. The restaurant is full of fruit flies and mosquitos. Tables, chairs are filthy. Menu is limited to 4 items plus tea, coffee and 1 juice. 8. TV channels don’t work. As per the hotel the TV is smart TV and you need to use your own account to sign in if you want to watch Netflix, Disney Hotstar, etc. 9. Car parking is not of the hotel. One has to park the car in the open market parking. Come this hotel if you only need a room with a/c to sleep and have no more expectations otherwise save your money and find another. It’s pretty clear that the establishment is not looking at offering any positive experience!!

Right out of nowhere, a very comfortable hotel on the delhi-ambala highway just before panipat. We had to attend a wedding on monday in karnal so we decided to drive out of delhi on sun-day itself and stay the night here. We didn’t really have any major expectations other than the sarovar portico brand. Pleasant and keen staff; spacious modern room and a very good buffet breakfast with freshly cooked stuff on order.
