Quick overnight stay. Very pleasant staff, fantastic location, reduced parking rate in car park right beside hotel. Comfortable clean room

The room was big and bathroom with a bathtub. Everything was clean and the restaurant near by was really good. For anyone staying in Galway, I definitely recommend

Less than 10 minutes by car from Galway city centre, the hotel has its own parking lot. Buffet breakfast seems to be 12 euros per person, typical Irish breakfast. The twin room is a single bed + a double bed.

Breakfast line up, buffet, line up for a few minutes, some food lined up after entering ~ experience is not good. The location and surroundings are beautiful and not to be said. There is free parking.

This is a wonderful Hotel. We are getting married and had our reception dinner there as well as put family up there for the night. The service, staff, food and facilities were great. Will most certainly recommend this place to anyone.

We chose this hotel for its location halfway between relatives and Galway city. It is a fine hotel; clean and safe, but that is about it. The restaurant was good.

Nice hotel, But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I added hot water to the bathtub, a lot of dust and even a hair came out. I had to wash and rinse the tub several times to get it clean. I understand that hotel service is low in Ireland, but this is a 4-star hotel. The price for rooms is high for Europe. It would be great, at least nice to clean. Breakfast was great, delicious.

It takes about ten minutes to walk from Galway Railway Station. It is not in the center and the location is a bit remote. But the room is big enough and the bed is very big. However, it is not cleaned every day and you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, which is not very convenient. Convenient, overall satisfied!

What a lovely location, a gorgeous hotel and the swimming pool was great with the added bonus of an outside hot tub overlooking the sea. My room was 631 with a large king bed, desks, adequate bathroom with bath and shower, seats with table, desk and TV and all the usual facilities in a hotel room. No sockets by the bed though which is something all hotels need to have now but that was the only criticism of the room. Staff where lovely, helpful and friendly although I give 4 stars as check-in didnt happen for 10 minutes due to no staff being at the reception, no idea why but it got sorted OK. The hotel is clean, the room was clean, well presented and very welcoming. I had breakfast which was the normal cooked breakfast buffet, toasts, pancakes, breads, cereals, tea or coffee, juices with plenty of seating options and a view of the sea. The staff were great, the food was good and the atmosphere relaxed. The view gives you a great start to the day. I used the pool which was great. Some families there with kids, a swimming lane, working steam room, sauna and heated jacuzzi. The outside hottub is amazing. It is a must do at this hotel. It was raiing on my stay so the outside tennis court and kids play area werent being used but its worth a mention that they have these. Location feels remote but its only 5-10 minutes from Salthill and Galway by car. There is a petrol station beside the hotel on the main road and a small village. I guess you access the hotel by car, taxi or bus.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom and dining are good. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the city. The soundproofing of the room is poor, and the sound of people talking at the door feels like the door is open, noisy!

According to Ctrip, the rating of the hotel is less than 4.5 points. In fact, it is still good. The hotel is quite big, with a comfortable lobby, and a bar on the first floor, which leads to the terrace outside. There are tables and chairs on the terrace, where you can drink tea While enjoying the fresh air, the air here is very fresh...

The location is good. At that time, it was set at this time. The breakfast was normal, the room smelled, and there was a smell of tidal and unspeakable. It reacted with the front desk. The front desk said that our room was full, and there was no way, it would be fine.
