It's on the 6th floor of Hotel Granvia Wakayama, next to the train station. Very clean and well maintained. The room is bigger than traditional capsule. The bath room had a big bath tub. The public area has a microwave oven.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and approachable. They patiently guided us on all our queries and were always helpful whenever we needed assistance.
Our stay was lovely and pleasant, making the experience very comfortable overall.
The location is also very strategic — JF Katsuura Seafood is just a 2–3 minute walk away, which was very convenient for meals and exploring the area.
Overall, a great stay and we would happily recommend this hotel.
This is a super Japanese-style hotel, the boss is very patient to explain the details of the stay. If you like Japanese culture very much, it is definitely a good choice to live here. Experience authentic tatami.
Great location which very close to train station, convenient for those who need an early morning train or ferry catching. we had a big tatami with shared bath room which is clean .
Second stay, as I moved to a non smoking room. The mattress in this room was spring and not as good as my other room but it was ok.
As I said in my other review, good products, good stay, it's not modern but it's comfortable. Very close to the station and food options within 5-10 minutes walk. Very helpful staff.
This hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from the Wakayama train station. It has very good value for money. We stayed in a japanese style room. It had everything we needed and it was also pretty clean. Overall, I would happily stay here once more, if I ever were to go to Wakayama again
It is a room with outstanding cospa for one night in the Japanese room on the third floor.
Because of the railroad crossing next door, you can hear the sound of the train passing even if you close the window.
Kumano Ancient Road hiking, chose the Tianbian Comfortable Hotel close to the station, self-check-in, the hotel has just opened the environment is very close, there is a small road about 10 minutes walk, there are many restaurants, barbecue sushi set food is optional, but at 7 pm, the barbecue restaurant with a high score has been booked. It tastes good to choose a nearby one!
This hotel offers self-check-in. The hotel will send you a check-in code via Ctrip Messages. Simply follow the on-screen instructions. It's about 150 meters from the bus stop, making it a beautiful and quiet area. The bakery downstairs is delicious. The room isn't large, but the balcony is nice. Shirahama's coastal attractions are easily accessible by bus or on foot. The Sandanbeki and Thousand Layer Terraces are both within a 1km walk, and bus access to attractions like White Beach is also available. The public kitchen downstairs offers purified drinking water and a microwave.
The hotel is very close to the train station and the bus to Kansai Airport. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk. The room is not big, but clean and quiet. The boss is very enthusiastic and will patiently help you find the route back. I used My legs were sick, so my boss provided me with a free bicycle, took me to the station in a private car when I left, and helped me buy the tickets. A cost-effective hotel, I will definitely stay here next time

Great
GGuest UserWe stayed in this lovely family hotel for a night, we opted for room stay with dinner and breakfast. There's no shops or restaurant near by, so highly suggest to choose the stay with meals option, otherwise there's cooking facility within the room also, so I think it's possible to cook your own meal if necessary.
Location - the hotel is just round the corner of the famous Shirasaki Ocean Park, we even had a good view of the park from our room. There's parking space right in front of the hotel building, so it's very handy. We cycled to the Shirasaki Ocean Park then to the hotel, so it worked out perfect. There's a very steep slop going up to the hotel though, but it wasn't an issue for us as we pushed out bikes up.
Facilities - this is a family run hotel which believes was built a while ago, so can't compare it to all those new built hotels. The ”room” we stayed is more like a mini flat, it has a big kitchen, good sized bathroom with changing area, a separate toilet, a living room, bedroom and an extra ”sitting” area. The entire flat is in traditional Japanese style which we loved, and it has all facilities that made our stay comfortable. It also has coined washing machine and driers. We could even access to rooftop on the 4th floor to view the sunset. If you're looking for a quiet place to have quality time, then this is a good place to do so. There's also ”public bath” within the hotel, it's small but wasn't an issue for us. There's also shower and bath in the room also if you want some privacy.
Food - all food was cooked and prepared by the hotel owner, and she's a talented chef! Dinner was impressive, breakfast was standard.
The hotel owner is very friendly and lovely, it's definitely ”the place” to stay if you're visiting the area. We highly recommend it.
BberhoThe location is good. The outdoor onsen is great, but the the sraff could be nicer, especially at the reception. The platform for the futon are short. If you're 1.8m, you'll likely end up with your feet out of the platform, and the blankets are short too.

GGuest UserIt was clean and comfortable to use. Also, the staff (manager) were friendly and kind. I couldn't eat dinner because the amount was too large. I apologize to those who prepared the dishes.
GGuest UserGreat experience in a temple in the heart of Koyasan. The rules of life within the temple are to be taken into consideration for the traveler tempted by this type of accommodation. In particular, access closes at 9.00 in the evening and no shower possible in the morning or after 21.00.

GGuest UserI was getting a bit tired of the high prices of guesthouses in Kyoto, so I was thrilled to find such a comfortable bed in this tiny room, complete with a TV.
It's close to the station, making it easy to catch an early morning flight from Kansai Airport!
