The room is large with charming views. There is a large mall outside the hotel, and there is also a stall that claims to sell ********* food. The boss's father knows a little Chinese and is very enthusiastic when he sees Chinese people. It's a good experience👍

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while in Medellin for four days. We absolutely loved it. The service was incredible. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, the bell boys, the service of the restaurant every morning for breakfast and when we went for dinner, and even at the pool. Every interaction we had with the employees of the hotel was wonderful. The room was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. It is in walking distance of many restaurants, a mall and the Poblado Park. We also walked to and from the Poblado metro station a few different times. When you need a taxi, the employees are happy to quickly call one for you. I highly recommend this hotel. We will most definitely stay again the next time we come back to Medellin.

The Hashtag 98 Hotel is almost perfect except for one thing. It's loud. It's across from a couple of establishments that play loud music and the hotel adjacent/connected to it is loud. So if you need quiet in order to sleep forget this place, you will not enjoy it. On one hand, the location is ideal for exploring the Provenza/Poblado area. There are a ton of restaurants around it. Choices on where to eat are not lacking at all. The rooms are beautifully appointed and thoughtfully furnished. There are gorgeous picture windows and sky high ceilings. The bed is comfortable. Water pressure is great and toiletries smelled nice. All of this becomes inconsequential however as you initiate the automated black out curtain to get a good night's rest only to be able to hear the constant thud and screeching of music from across the street and from the lobby. The only other thing I didn't like about it was there wasn't a fitness center/gym.

They claim to speak English but not a word or it. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm after a All day flight, they gave me a room with NO WINDOWS and a broken air conditioning ( but they don't speak English and I don't speak spanish to explain to them ) People screaming in the hallways non stop until 4:30 am. No respect at ALL for others. Located in a verry verry loud street with a lot or creaps roaming around ( so don't expect to feel safe if you're a sole traveler or travel with kids! Beds feels like you're sleeping on the floor with a blanket under you. Rooms are super clean, and the front desk is guarded but that's the only positive point I found. I don't know how im gonna be able to stay here for the entire 8 nights stay I booked, if I don't get a refund. If you are here to party and plan to get drunk and don't care about bothering poeple when you get to you room at 4am .. .then this is the spot for you!

The hotel itself is well located, fairly standard airport hotel. Rooms came with all the standard aeminities, beds comfy, shower hot etc. Breakfast in the morning was great, with a nice view over the pool area. You wouldn't know you're right next to the airport thanks to all the greenery that surrounds the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel was let down by a shambolic check-in process which meant that no-one picked us up from the airport (you cannot walk) and no-one answered our calls. Once we made our own way to the hotel, we waited almost an hour to be checked in, and then were given the wrong type of room which I had to argue about with the front desk until they eventually relented.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Mini bar/fridge, safe, ironing board, lots of mirrors, large bathroom, 55” tv, very comfortable bed, and good wifi(download speed 16 Mbps). Included buffet breakfast from 6-10:30 is very good. Very close to Metro and Santa Fe mall but a good distance restaurants/bars area (Uber is very cheap however).

Hotel near main road, if you go with children and use stroller it is a bit complicated due to the steep slopes due to the geography of the area, when you arrive they give you a welcome cocktail for adults (not very good) and ice cream for children , in general the breakfast is quite abundant and good, we were only one night for a connection flight, the international airport is about 1 hour

We stayed at the hotel for three days. I specifically was looking for a hotel with a gym and our travel agent said this was the best place. -The check in process was very slow as they don’t have enough people at the front desk. -Our room was nice, but they only provide shampoo and soap. When I asked for body lotion, as most other hotels of this rating provide, I was told no. - Calling to the front desk results in no one answering the phone, thus I had to go downstairs several times to ask questions. -The gym itself is old and disgusting. Overlooking the pool deck is the cardio area. They had 1 of 3 treadmills working, ellipticals with no power, and spin bikes that were extremely rusted and hard to adjust for fit. The weight room floor is also filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned the entire time we were there. The weight and machines are all rusted. For dumbbells there was one set of 10s, 1 twenty and the rest were over 30 lbs. Some of the dumbbells were coming apart creating a dangerous situation of a weight slipping off and dropping on your head or foot. -We had breakfast included and the food and service were good. However, We ordered room service one evening for dinner and the food arrived after an hour and a half. It was cold and tasted horribly. - they have motion sensors in the hallway to conserve energy, which is good. However the don’t often work and several times I got off the elevator and had to navigate a pitch black hallway to my room. I would never recommend this hotel. It claims to be 4 star but it is in disguise with a fancy lobby.

Suites were nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Great views. Could not find anything to fault it (other than there was no kettle to boil water for tea, but this was minor). This hotel is in a valley so you can hear some noise at night - We were on a very high floor but were kept awake by drilling at 3am for a couple of nights. But I think these apparant building or road works were just temporary. Pool was quite nice to swim in and not too crowded when I visited in the morning. Maybe busier late afternoon. Decent size for swimming Restaurant was good. Reasonable choice for breakfast and we ate evening meal there twice. Staff helpful although we did need google translate as the English was limited but they did try very hard and Columbia is not really a country where English is widely spoken so that is not a criticism. This hotel was quite expensive (the most expensive one we stayed in, in Columbia) but I feel it was worth just paying that little extra on this occasion to treat ourselves.

The absolute best experience my wife and I have ever had. From the moment we walked into the front lobby to our room. Everything was perfect. This hotel is an oasis in the middle of Guatape. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The service is fantastic! A huge thank you to Miss, she made our experience even better. She is professional and very helpful. She is the lady to speak to for any reservations, planning, and suggestions for meals. She adds the (+) to this 10/10 review.

Amazing property nice and quiet. Check in was fast and very efficient. Room was great and in great condition . Spacious bathroom an nice view with jacuzzi on tje terrace with nice view . Wife had booked a massage and was very pleased with the attention received. Hotel also offer kayak and padfle board included in the price which the kids enjoyed. They also offer jetski and boat rental which we took and equipment was in good working condition. All in all a great place to stay
