Excellent choice, fresh & trendy. Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor. - Complimentary water - Welcome non alcoholic drinks - Complimentary 15mins massage for 1 person at the spa (we added it to a 45min massage which was great too) - 8 mins walk to Santafe shopping mall (which has a grocery store underground) - Fully loaded fridge & bar for paid items - Buffet breakfast with variety of fresh fruits & hot soup & tons of options - Attentive staff at breakfast & bar in the evenings Special shout out to Tatiana & Andres & also a chef / staff from the kitchen who asked us if there's anything else we need when I was just looking around.

The room is large with charming views. There is a large mall outside the hotel, and there is also a stall that claims to sell ********* food. The boss's father knows a little Chinese and is very enthusiastic when he sees Chinese people. It's a good experience👍

La chambre est trop petite et le lit trop petit pour deux personnes. L’eau de la douche est pas chaude souvent il faut attendre trop longtemps. Impossible de mettre sa valise quelques part. Pas confortable dutout. Bonne situation géographique car bcp de resto à proximité. Petite piscine sur le toit chaude. Belle vue. Mais ne vaut pas son prix.

Facilities: relatively new, but the gym is a bit small Hygiene: clean Environment: good Service: not too welcoming to foreigners, maybe language problem Breakfast is very rich, the length of the swimming pool is average, it may not be enough for swimmers

Best place to stay as a couple, very romantic and beautiful!

En general estubo bien el hotel, nos hizo falta que tuviera agua caliente y que estuvieran más atentos en el abastecimiento de papel higiénico y toallas. La piscina del hotel es muy agradable y en el restaurante son muy amables y los desayunos estuvieron bien

The NH is very well located to the suburb of Provincia, which is a lively upscale neighbourhood. We were here for business and being able to walk safely about the district at night to the many bars and restaurants to meet with clients was very convenient. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable, but are not to the standard of a 5 star, or certainly what the international standard for that would mean .

Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. The place was not crowded either. Therefore my first impression was poor.

Beautiful view of Medellin. Location is safe and walking distance to Provenza. Facility is modern and very clean. Staff is friendly to tourists and very accommodating.
