JJiaoming屋裡的漏水現象太嚴重了，幾乎每個管子都在漏，不論是上水的還是下水的。因為這個原因，一進房間，一股潮濕的黴味會撲面而來。
房間在三層，樓梯既窄也陡，對腿腳不好的人來説，是個小挑戰。
店面的地面似乎也疏於打掃，特別是衞生間裏，積水的地面邊角里總藏有成捋的毛髮，忍不住我自己給打掃掉了。
可以看出，屋裡的空調是新換的，但燒水用的水壺沒有蓋，水燒開了，不能自動斷電。
衞生間是電熱水器，雖然到處漏水，但熱水是很舒服的。老闆人不錯。周邊的環境也比較安靜。
