I booked Yunlv Bloom Hotel because it’s very close to the airport, just about a 10-minute drive, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was spacious, with a large king-sized bed that was extremely comfortable to sleep in. The hotel staff were also very thoughtful — as we had to check out early at 5:30am to catch our flight, they prepared a breakfast pack for us containing sausage, milk, and two pieces of bread. The hotel also provides free transport to the airport, which made the entire experience even more convenient. Highly recommended if you need quick and easy access to the airport!

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

Stepping into the Blossom Inn room, I was immediately struck by its impeccable cleanliness. The pristine white bedding was flawlessly smooth, not a speck of dust in sight. The wooden furniture was neatly arranged and polished, and even the light switches in the corners gleamed like new. In the bathroom, the toiletries were lined up perfectly, the fluffy towels felt warm as if sun-dried, and even the drinking glasses were covered with delicate dust protectors. Jiaojiao, one of the staff members, added an extra layer of warmth with her thoughtful service. Not only did she air out the room in advance, but she also left a handwritten card on the desk recommending local snacks. Even the tea bags were sorted by preference. As I was leaving, she quietly placed a sleep-inducing aromatherapy sachet next to my luggage, softly saying, 'May you have sweet dreams.' The room's cleanliness was a testament to its excellent facilities, but Jiaojiao's meticulous attention to detail infused that cleanliness with warmth. Here, tidiness isn't just a visual pleasure; it's a touching experience of being cared for with gentleness.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

This trip really made a great impression on me regarding Holiday Inn Express! The room was very standard, with everything you'd expect, and I especially loved that their desk lamp was a Philips eye-care lamp – major kudos for that! The hotel's location is right outside Zhengzhou East Station, about a six or seven-minute walk. We came from Kaifeng to Zhengzhou East the day before and were heading back to Nanjing the next morning, so staying here was incredibly convenient. The breakfast is also quite good for a hotel of this caliber, with a wide variety of choices; meat, eggs, milk, whole grains, and fruit were all abundant. Plus, their coffee is from Luckin Coffee! If I had to pick a flaw, it would be receiving a text message asking for a good review after checking out, and it even had my name on it. The main reason it felt awkward was that when I checked out, I just handed over my key card and there was no other service. If I were going to give a good review, I'd be more inclined to give it to the gentleman who checked me in, at least he told me that IHG members get two complimentary Cokes. The young lady at checkout literally just took my key card! So to directly receive a text asking for a good review felt a bit awkward!

Come to Pingding Mountain to travel, choose a hotel near Wanda, the experience is far beyond expectations! The front desk service is super warm, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the intelligent guest control control lighting curtains are super convenient, the bathroom with dry and wet separation has no smell, and the toiletries are complete. The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes and cold dishes are available. Just a few minutes walk to Wanda Plaza, eating and shopping are super convenient, the price is affordable, next time you come to Pingdingshan, you will definitely stay here, I have recommended it to my friends!

I chose this hotel at random and stayed for two nights. First off, the location is great – it's close to the high-speed rail, Longmen Grottoes, Luoyang Museum, and other attractions. Secondly, the breakfast was fantastic, with a good variety and delicious taste. Lastly, the room was clean, and the hotel service was excellent. They even gave us a lovely peony fan when we checked out. Highly recommend!

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

The lady at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us from a tatami room to a deluxe king room. The room was spacious and bright, and even had a massage chair! My child was so thrilled, bouncing all over the bed. There's a laundry room and a gym on the first floor; the gym equipment is a bit limited, but the laundry facilities are convenient. There's also a charming little courtyard on the first floor where you can dine.

The service here is top-notch, five stars all the way! Customer service was prompt and efficient. When my flight schedule changed, they quickly and seamlessly rearranged my airport transfer. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the fourth floor. I realized I was out of masks just before leaving and politely asked if the hotel had any. She kindly gave me two, which was incredibly helpful in the moment.
