Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

This is also rare in Xinxiang. The shower gel and moisturizer inside also have a herbal scent, which I'm pretty happy with. Sir, he doesn’t care about anything anyway. There are writing brushes and Tao Te Ching Disciple Book of Songs provided in the room. Anyway, I wrote for about an hour. This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

Wraith! I stayed at Atour on a business trip in Shijiazhuang, and also booked Atour when I came to Zhengzhou. From the front desk guy to the waiters and restaurant staff, they were very warm and friendly, and the service was very good. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was perfect!

Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

The location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!
