The hotel is very special, full of design style, and the service from Xiaofan at the front desk is great. There is also a dressing table at the front desk. It is inevitable that you will forget to bring something when you go out. The hotel does a good job in this regard. It is full of daily use items. It is very considerate and a plus. Favorability. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very high-end. There are also many types of breakfast. The meat and vegetables are very good. It is a very satisfying stay experience. Highly recommended.

Great value for money, not too far from the airport (although there’s not much nearby, but easy to move by taxi in Zhengzhou) and staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is very local but decent. Very clean

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the entrance into the lobby was welcoming, classy design. The room was very comfortable, clean and love the different pillows (I get sore neck from hotel pillows most time but this hotel had the exactly pillow that I needed). I loved the gold and green theme. Services were fantastic and the hotel receptionists were helpful with the queries that I had. Location was perfect, there is a night food market just outside, super convenient and it’s not far from the major tourist attractions. The only small minor detail which the team needs to look into is the maintenance of the shower head nozzles, most of them don’t work so the water didn’t come out properly during shower. Would have been a 10 out of 10 otherwise!

Bringing children to the Science and Technology Museum for a competition, it is still wise to choose PTOSSOM, which is 15 kilometers away. Special thanks to Chen Mengtao at the front desk, whose positive attitude towards problems and quick solutions, as well as the special arrangements of the catering director, made us full of confidence in PTOSSOM. The two-night stay was not enough. Next time I come to Fantawild or Outlet, I will choose PTOSSOM. It is worth mentioning that there are two charging piles at the exit of the basement elevator, the 45 yuan breakfast is quite Holidayinn standard, and the room cleaning has proper and pragmatic feedback on written messages!

Very satisfied. The boss was very friendly and helpful. He carried our luggage as soon as we arrived at the hotel and patiently introduced the room facilities to us after we checked in. The bedding is all new, the mattress is comfortable, there is a projection TV, and the shower is also very comfortable. Parking has its own underground parking garage, which is spacious and has an elevator for convenience. The hotel is right next to the visitor center, making it convenient to buy tickets and take scenic buses. The boss introduced us to the tour route in detail, and even bought tickets with us the next morning. We really felt at home. The breakfast is also clean and filling, with rich varieties. The food court is not far away, which is convenient for having dinner.

Great hotel, conveniently located near the train station, grottoes ans a short drive to the city. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the breakfast was great. I'll be staying here again when I return to luoyang!

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though  we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs.  I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station. I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

Room a bit small as there's limited space to open big luggage suitcase. Room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to tourist attractions in the old town area and easy to go around the other places of interest Vis public transportation. Breakfast is buffet with local and western choices. Friendly staff. Would come back again.

The check-in experience was great. The room facilities were brand new, clean and hygienic. The waiter saw that we brought our children to make milk powder and specially delivered several extra bottles of mineral water. The service was very considerate. The breakfast was also very rich. The hotel campus is like a large park with beautiful scenery, which is very suitable for the whole family to play.

Best hotel that i've ever stayed in term of service. The people work at the front deck are so nice. They helped me & my grandma a lot from booking tickets to sightseeing area to booking taxi. Due to them, our trip went smoothly & my grandma had have a great time there. Thank you very much for your help 🥰.
