4-Star Hotels in Henan, China

A relatively brand new hotel very near to the Luoyang Longmen train station. We arrived early and thankfully they allowed check in. The reception staffs was nice esp the male staff(sorry we didnt get his name). He helped us with getting a cab and other matters. There s a good coffee machine at the lobby(free drinks) . The room(family room) was good and comfortable. The laundry room was good too. We managed to do our laundry there. Get the option with buffet breakfast as the choices of food very good. There s also a night supper provided)porridge). While the hotel on its own is very good, the surroundings are a bit quiet. You can mostly get some food at the train station. Not many food shops or restaurants nearby. The metro is within the train station, so that s convenient to go to other parts of town. Its also very close to Longmen grottos and the didi fare was around 12 rmb only. Overall a very good choice for a short stay.

The hotel picked up the airport quickly. The car arrived in less than 10 minutes after I called. The driver also took the initiative to help load the luggage. The front desk helped upgrade to a business king room, thank you. The room was cleaned very thoroughly. The shower was a 3-piece set of shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner. The bathroom was a smart toilet. Breakfast included milk, soy milk, and watermelon, which was worth the price of 18 yuan.

We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

This hotel is very close to Lijingmen metro station. It's very easy to go to Lijingmen and Yingjingmen. The room of hotel is quiet clean. The room is considered as small but okay. When I checked out the hotel, I was given a local souvenir.

They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. The hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness, good location and friendly staff and what surprised me was the artificial intelligence in the room. The terrace was awesome as well.

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to Erqi square where you can find all the fashion mall, eateries places, etc...Its just next to Zhengzhou Railway station (100m away). Hotel buffet breakfast was good. There is a small minimart next door. Just walk 100m to main road to call Didie/taxi to go where you wanted. I call Didie to Yellow River scenic place which took 40min and cost RMB52.

This hotel is so beautiful, decoration is very nice, facility are very modern. and service is the best. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The tea rooms with tea and cakes are free to use😛， we even tried the traditional Chinese Hanfu, they are very clean and beautiful. We checked out at 2pm, and stayed in the tea rooms are free for another hour. We forgot our charger after check out. The staff managed to post it to us. Definitely recommend !!!

We had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. This hotel is next the the subway station that you need to walk around around 100m (via a gated street) and we found this is good enough for our free & easy vacation that we depend a lot on public transport especially subway train which is very convenient here. Our first night was at 3rd floor room with Tower view that next to the road side whereof it is not quite good in its sound proof and can hear people talking. However, the reception was very helpful and arrange us for the higher floor quit room the next day. The room was very clean but found the room cleaning service (after first night) still got got room for improvement.

Stay here for 5 nights. The location was great, it's just beside a main road and a food street/night market just opposite it. My room was clean and big, everything is in order. Room was on higher floor (8018) and facing rear view with a magnificent view of “Luoyang Broadcast Tower” which will lit up at night. There are room for improvement for the restaurant's facilities and service. Breakfast is typical China meals, but not much variety for selection, as well as the afternoon tea. Overall, it was a great hotel.
