GGuest UserGreat service! We enjoyed the hot tubs and our room had everything we needed (toaster, coffee, grill, table and chairs, couch, tea pot, etc!).
The location was within a walk of downtown, but out of the way so we could get to the highway quickly.
Definitely would stay here again!

YYANGHotel location is very good, driving to the town supermarket is very close. The facilities are great, very warm, just like the feeling of home, the service staff is usually not at the front desk, will not bother the guests, but on call, I like this feeling! The breakfast at the hotel is also great, exquisite, with fresh orange juice and a blend of healthy fruits and vegetables. Recommended to stay!

Yyi-chuanThe room is small but very comfortable. Although it is a public toilet, shower, kitchen, everyone is very clean and tidy. The guests staying in the store are also very quiet. The Hostel is halfway up the mountain and the scenery is particularly beautiful, which is very suitable for self-driving tours. It is a 5-minute drive from Canmore Town. It is20-30 minutes from Banff.

FfeisonwangHow can the hotel mail not be received, so that it can not be checked in at night, but fortunately Trip.com actively coordinated and resolved. I can understand that the hotel is unattended, but obviously it is over if you can't contact it in the email communication. The room is still ok. The brand can be, it is very good to live in Grizzly Town, but obviously Canmore's hotels are not good at this brand.

EEric N.Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!

PPENGApartment hotel, there is a kitchen to cook, the environment is good, not far from the high speed, there is a supermarket nearby is convenient, there is a safeway not far from the car, a slightly larger supermarket, a few gas stations nearby. The hotel has underground and ground parking. The fly in the ointment is that when you check out, you have already prepaid the room rate, and you have swiped the room rate from the credit card. The communication was confirmed to be delayed for nearly an hour. Everything else is fine.

GGuest UserCabins were clean, Bed OK, Kitchen small but well stocked. Bathroom is very small. Almost have to back in to use the toilet or take a shower. I don't think there is an AC and it got quite hot one night. The towels were on the thin side. But we still enjoyed the cabins.
