Amazing
BBowen97I had a great stay in Canmore. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Rockies.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel I stayed at during Christmas had a very festive atmosphere, and they even gave the children small Christmas gifts. The hotel lobby, with its natural wood trim, created a warm and inviting feeling. Complimentary refreshments were provided, making it a very pleasant place to relax. The rooms were fully equipped, each with a balcony offering fantastic mountain views. Definitely worth staying here again.
AAlice Chan 886The location is a bit remote, not in the city center, but it is quiet. Away from the light and the city, the air is super good, and the stars are full at night. There is also a jacuzzi in the room, breakfast is room service , get physical and mental relaxation 😌
GGuest UserLOVE the antique vibe and all the decorations were attention to details xo
Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub.
Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk.
I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there.
YYANGHotel location is very good, driving to the town supermarket is very close. The facilities are great, very warm, just like the feeling of home, the service staff is usually not at the front desk, will not bother the guests, but on call, I like this feeling! The breakfast at the hotel is also great, exquisite, with fresh orange juice and a blend of healthy fruits and vegetables. Recommended to stay!
Yyi-chuanThe room is small but very comfortable. Although it is a public toilet, shower, kitchen, everyone is very clean and tidy. The guests staying in the store are also very quiet. The Hostel is halfway up the mountain and the scenery is particularly beautiful, which is very suitable for self-driving tours. It is a 5-minute drive from Canmore Town. It is20-30 minutes from Banff.
GGingerNutzMy wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was serviced half way through our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the kitchen lights wasn't working. It was fixed as soon as I reported it to reception. The hotel is close to the trans-Canada highway and most guests will have a car. We didn't have a car so it was a decent hike into town. I would certainly choose the hotel for my next stay in Canmore.
FfeisonwangHow can the hotel mail not be received, so that it can not be checked in at night, but fortunately Trip.com actively coordinated and resolved. I can understand that the hotel is unattended, but obviously it is over if you can't contact it in the email communication. The room is still ok. The brand can be, it is very good to live in Grizzly Town, but obviously Canmore's hotels are not good at this brand.
GGuest UserOur room was a little dated, but for the most part, it was very good. The fireplace made it that much better. If you wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator, it was a little tricky. The staff were very nice.
The only thing I was displeased with, was not being able to get any refund. We had to leave after our 2nd night of a 5 night stay. I understand that the hotel had every right not to grant the request, but even a refund for one of the three remaining nights would have been appreciated.
