Nice hotel.... perfectly clean.
Friendly staff.
There were many children's groups on excursions.
Breakfast from 8.00-10.00 more than plentiful)))))
The rooms are renovated.
Thank you, blessings!
We only stay overnight after arriving in Barcelona. But definitely looking at using again staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Excellent location in between Barcelona Sants and city centre
The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group.
The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities.
Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.
The establishment was everything we expected. Location is just a stone's throw from the beach and the small shopping street. The buffets were well stocked and good (a small downside for the desserts, as we have a sweet tooth). The staff was pleasant, friendly, and responsive. We were delighted with our stay.
The hotel was very good, it had a lot of entertainment and even though it wasn't on the beachfront it didn't take long to get there and it was very close to the shops.
The room was smaller than last time, and it didn't come with a coffee maker or mugs. Previously, the welcome gift for members included a small bag of chocolates or cookies in addition to bottled water. This Christmas, when we asked about the member gift, we reluctantly received only two small bottles of water. The service isn't as warm as it used to be.
Breakfast starts being cleared very early every day. If you go at 9 AM, it's very crowded, and many items like milk, coffee from the machine, and fruit are out of stock and not replenished promptly. It just doesn't feel as good as it once was.
The hotel service very friendly
We were half-pension with dinner and we just give you a approved, breakfast well
Three-person room with regard to equipment a little scarce
Location is reasonably close to a train station, few bus stops, there is a big grossery store and a cafe. My wife was sick and they did not provide an early checkin but provided another room for few hours and charged full amount. We had to go for it as we definitely needed that. Break fast was good but still lacked many options. Lady at breakfast area was so kind and worth a mention.

Very Good
GGuest UserOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.
KKam Fat MickyExcellent location with all kinds of public transportation including metro, buses to airport and major points of interest in Barcelona. You may explore some good restaurants nearby.
TtaeliThe room equip everything you need, but it's a bit small. The location is very good, can walk 15 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to the main spots
AAng_ieA Week in Barcelona — Staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port (Early February)
Spending a week in Barcelona in early February felt relaxed and unhurried, and staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port played a big part in that. Overall, it was a comfortable base with a few details that really stood out—both good and not so good.
I was very lucky with my room placement. My room faced the patio, which meant it stayed wonderfully quiet. The window didn’t look out onto the main street or neighboring buildings, and that made a big difference—especially at night. After long days out in the city, coming back to that calm felt like a small luxury.
The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was good and varied, with both cold and warm dishes, pastries, and a fresh orange juice extractor that felt especially fitting for Spain. It was easy to start the day well-fed without needing to think too much about it.
I also really appreciated the coworking space. It was pleasant and functional, and I found myself using it often. Having a comfortable place to sit and work without retreating to the room made the stay feel more balanced and productive.
The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and helpful. Interactions felt natural and unforced, which always makes a hotel feel more welcoming.
Location-wise, the hotel was very convenient. La Rambla was only about a 4–5 minute walk away, close enough to be easily accessible but far enough to avoid the constant noise. The surrounding area was lively in a good way, filled with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making daily life simple and flexible.
That said, there was one downside that was hard to ignore: the walls were thin. I could clearly hear the snoring/ coughing of the gentleman in the neighboring room, which definitely broke the illusion of privacy on some nights.
All in all, Hotel Serhs Del Port offered a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches and friendly service. A quieter room placement made a big difference—but thinner walls are something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.
NNorizoooThis hotel is in a very convenient location. Take the Aerobus from the airport to Plaza Catalunya, and it's right next to the subway station, making it easy to get to major tourist attractions. It's also close to Carrefour and the market, so there's no shortage of restaurants. The breakfast was European-style but satisfying, and the 24-hour buffet was a bonus. I like to drink a lot while traveling, so it was great to have beer and wine available with snacks. The room was standard-plus, which is appropriate for the price, but it was clean and the shower had good water pressure. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thank you.
LLanyingyinggetianI have to commend the front desk staff for patiently helping me switch rooms. I forgot to ask for her name, but she was very patient and moved me to a mixed-gender room. Otherwise, I would have been incredibly embarrassed staying in a room with only women. I know working in the hotel industry isn't easy, and meeting guest demands can be tough. However, the service quality of some individual staff members definitely needs improvement.
GGuest UserFirst off, it's located in an alley. While the alley is cleaned every morning, it still tends to be a bit messy and dirty. One day, right after leaving the hotel, I even heard foreigners getting robbed right outside.
The hotel's hygiene is pretty subpar. The room reminded me of a 200-300 RMB hotel in China, so paying over 2000 for a night felt completely not worth it.
Plus, the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear conversations from the next room.
The room window opens directly onto a residential building, so when you open it, you see people's laundry hanging, and you can practically see into their homes. If someone in the building is cooking, the cooking fumes waft straight into your room, making the whole place stuffy.
The room had a noticeable amount of dust and a musty smell.
I booked it in advance without knowing the situation and stayed for a few days, but every day I just wanted to check out and move somewhere else.
Its only advantage might be its convenient location and good transport links in Barcelona, but that also implies it's not a very safe area.
All in all, for this price, you could easily book a much better 4-star hotel or higher!
GGuest UserHotel near Barcelona Airport.
The advantages include a fitness center and an outdoor pool included in the price, a room with a large desk, and a very friendly reception staff.
The impression is spoiled by the old and dirty carpet in the hallway, as well as the fact that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service, and the nearest bus stop (for night and early morning bus) is 1.4 km away.
If you’re flying during the day, I would definitely recommend this place!
GGuest UserIn general everything was OK.
The Hotel was in a very good location.
The reception personnel was always helpful and kindly.
The rooms were cleaned every day.
Small cons but beneficiary for the hotel to improve:
- The elevator door didn't had the security sensor,
- The corridors had some kind of smell, maybe from some kind of detergent used,
- The bathrooms were very tight. The water from the shower find the way out from the cabin, through the door and on the laminate. The bottom of the door and the laminate is damaged underway.
GGuest UserHotel Alba to bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt. Miła i pomocna obsługa, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, wszystko czyste i zadbane. Lokalizacja świetna – wszędzie blisko, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie i poruszanie się. Zdecydowanie wróciłabym tu drugi raz i polecam ten hotel innym.
