The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group. The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities. Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.

The reception staff were very kind to me, and I really liked how they always checked whether my room was clean or if I wanted it cleaned. It made me feel even more comfortable.

This hotel is right in the centre of town and close to everything with many restaurants and coffee bars. The parking lot is across the square. The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, coffee and juice is available 24 hours a day. When checking out they provided a bag of pastries and water. We would definitely return.

Our room was 205 corner dual aspect full sea view. Fantastic location. Bathroom was a little tired. Shower nozzle needs replacing. Safe in room was free. Beds were big and comfy. Breakfast was available. But didn’t eat there. You could store luggage but no shower facilities. We would stay again if we could have sea views.

Although the hotel is located far from Barcelona, the hotel itself is nice. There's a large supermarket nearby, and a small bar that's open late. I had a great stay at half the price of downtown Barcelona. However, the trains to the city center were always full, making the commute back and forth a bit tedious.

GGuest UserOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

GGuest UserPleasant Surprise in the Heart of Barcelona Rating:4/5 Stars Date of Stay:August 2024 --- Summary: We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and that’s exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed. Room: Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. Service: The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Location: The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient. Facilities: The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city. Food and Drink: We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out. Value for Money: The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities. Tips/Recommendations: This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer. We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona.

墾丁的海,大灣The room was spotless and featured a balcony that could be opened. The self-service breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious! Its location is superb: it's very close to the cruise shuttle bus stop, Columbus Square, and La Rambla. Public transportation (bus and metro) to all major attractions is also easily accessible, making it extremely convenient. The hotel staff, from the front desk to dining and housekeeping, were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This hotel is highly recommended!

GGuest UserWhat I liked: Location, staff (cheerful and friendly), cleanliness of the room. What I didn't like: When going to each floor, I had to wait a few seconds for the classical door to open (a bit of a hassle). Soundproofing (I couldn't sleep because I could hear loud conversations from the next room or in the hallway. This is unavoidable given the building's age.) What I didn't like: Free food and drinks 24 hours a day (there were some tasty breakfast items, but they were pricey). For all the above, those looking for a four-star or higher hotel may be disappointed, but those looking for value for money or just a good night's sleep will likely be very satisfied.

LLanyingyinggetianI have to commend the front desk staff for patiently helping me switch rooms. I forgot to ask for her name, but she was very patient and moved me to a mixed-gender room. Otherwise, I would have been incredibly embarrassed staying in a room with only women. I know working in the hotel industry isn't easy, and meeting guest demands can be tough. However, the service quality of some individual staff members definitely needs improvement.

GGuest UserThis stay is super duper convenient as it is located right in the middle of the city centre, its walkable to most of the famous spot and the hotel staff is always smile and super friendly to help. Hotel breakfast is a standard buffet but would like to see more food options as most food are bread and we assume at least some noodle or rice, but overall is a good one. hotel room is pretty decent as well!

GGuest UserHotel near Barcelona Airport. The advantages include a fitness center and an outdoor pool included in the price, a room with a large desk, and a very friendly reception staff. The impression is spoiled by the old and dirty carpet in the hallway, as well as the fact that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service, and the nearest bus stop (for night and early morning bus) is 1.4 km away. If you’re flying during the day, I would definitely recommend this place!

GGuest UserIn general everything was OK. The Hotel was in a very good location. The reception personnel was always helpful and kindly. The rooms were cleaned every day. Small cons but beneficiary for the hotel to improve: - The elevator door didn't had the security sensor, - The corridors had some kind of smell, maybe from some kind of detergent used, - The bathrooms were very tight. The water from the shower find the way out from the cabin, through the door and on the laminate. The bottom of the door and the laminate is damaged underway.
