The room facilities were decent, I quite liked them. It's very close to the airport and the outlets, which is convenient. However, there's not much to browse at the outlets. The service was terrible!!! I stayed here for the convenience of catching a flight. I was supposed to be able to check-in and check my luggage directly at the hotel. I even specifically asked about this when I checked in, but the staff couldn't give me clear information. They didn't tell me that you have to check in from the hotel three hours in advance!!!!! As a result, I couldn't check in at the hotel and still had to go to the airport. And the staff had absolutely no attitude about it, it was truly frustrating.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and high-speed rail station, with elegant surroundings. The hotel's decor has a very cultural ambiance, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful with all my inquiries. It's a great choice for those on a layover or transferring between high-speed trains. A big shout-out to the customer service team who promptly contacted me about an item I left behind and mailed it back to me.

The location is super convenient, right near Qilou Old Street. You can easily walk there and explore. Evening strolls are really pleasant too. The room facilities are all there and work well. The front desk staff were very attentive. Plus, there are lots of great photo opportunities on the seventh floor, and the Dad Tea is quite famous.

While the facilities are a bit older, they are well-maintained, offering incredible value. It's the top choice for families with kids and budget-conscious travelers.

They even did a birthday setup in the room, which was a very thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were also warm and friendly. The breakfast selection was rich and could satisfy various tastes, including Zhaopo vinegar noodles. There was also a wide variety of breakfast beverages, with both iced and hot drinks available. The view from the window was quite good, offering a wide panorama.

The rooms aren't ostentatiously luxurious, yet they reveal thoughtful touches everywhere: plush memory foam pillows, 'barely-there' bathrobes, and a separate wet/dry bathroom stocked with lavender toiletries. Every detail feels like a special ritual. Breakfast is anything but assembly-line; the freshly baked croissants are so flaky they practically crumble, perfectly paired with organic rose jam for that full French elegance. The service is attentive without being intrusive—a sweet note with turn-down service, and a scented sachet as a souvenir. It’s understated and comforting. No rigid corporate vibe here, just relaxed ease. For a hundred-something yuan, you get a light French luxury experience. A must-try for those who love something a little different!

I have to give Mehood Lestie a huge thumbs up! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything from check-in to check-out. Everything was spotless, the towels were clean and soft, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The phone and internet setup was great, and the hotel's location is excellent. This is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.

Returning guest, plus one! The hotel's location is superb, with breathtaking sea views directly from the lobby. The room decor is stylish and perfectly clean. While the hallways felt a bit damp from the sea air, the air in the room was fresh and perfectly fine. I personally feel that Tianya Town is ideal for a slow-paced stay, where you can pick a hotel and just relax by the sea. That's exactly what we did for a whole day, and we didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back next time! 👋
