Great airport Hotel! Room was spacious, clean, with big bathroom and teapot good selection of tea. Bed was big and comfortable. From the room window I could see airplanes landing but I didn't hear any noise! There is a passage on the second floor straight to the mall with numerous restaurants. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, especially when they noticed that I can communicate in Mandarin. Hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to terminal 2.

An absolutely amazing stay and the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed at. The check in experience was top notch and fine quickly without any fuss. The room is luxurious for the price with both a shower as well as a bath and the room is cleaned to a very high standard every day. In addition you are allowed to use the beautiful swimming pool in the hotel opposite. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and is very close to great restaurants and bars in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s our first time to Sanya,so we want to book a hotel for the first 2 days near the airport for convenience purposes especially with kid. To our surprise,the service rendered by the check-in counter hosts is amazing and beyond our expectations.Don’t get me wrong,we have never doubted their service,however we didn’t expect the service rendered by them is superb and beyond excellent. I would like to thank and compliment 3 particular hosts by the name of 陈太月(Chen Tai Yue),李婷 or 小婷(Li Ting) and Wang Xun Le (Pardon me if I remember the name wrongly).Their services and attitudes are fantastic,they never fail to assist or answer all our enquiries. Really appreciate and very thankful to Wang Xun Le,he even helped to pull 2 luggage and brought us to the airport departure hall.By then,he was perspiring… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I hope that their management will also compliment and reward these 3 particular hosts,they are definitely an asset to the company. If anyone ever travels to Sanya,please try this hotel despite it’s not the best location,it’s easy to get taxi or grab anyway. Still,it’s worth spending a few nights in this hotel. Overall the food,room cleanliness and service are excellent.

This was a short ride from airport. The “free” ride from airport to hotel was a joke. It took forever to figure out how to contact the driver (you definitely need a Chinese SIM card or ability to make calls) . Also nobody (driver, front desk etc) speak English. The drive to hotel isn’t far. We were behind one family in line so it took about 20 mins wait to check in. We arrived at 2am but had to catch a 7.30am flight so had little rest. Still glad we checked in. Shower and bed good. Unfortunately, the 5am shuttle was “fully booked”by the time we check in so we had to pay for our own ride back to the airport, even though the ride was supposed to be included for free. The next shuttle was one hour later (only one shuttle per hour!!) so too late for us. No big deal as it cost only a few usd but it was a hassle getting a didi and our driver’s car was stuck because the gantry wouldn’t open to let us leave the parking lot. The corridor were not temperature controlled so we were sweating like mad pushing our luggage’s through the long hallways to get to our room. If you aren’t in a hurry like us this is ok…

The hotel staff, from the front desk reception to the room cleaners to the restaurant waiters, greeted the guests with a smile and sincerity. When eating in the restaurant, the chopsticks accidentally fell to the ground, and the chef who was not far away immediately brought new chopsticks to replace them. In addition to upgrading the room, the front desk guy Xiao He also patiently helped us improve the Huazhu membership system and provide guests with discounts as much as possible. When washing clothes in the laundry room, the equipment is high-quality, the machines are very convenient to use, clean and hygienic, simple to operate, fast and safe. Such a hotel will definitely be welcomed and recognized. Although I deliberately praised it, it is not false.

And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

Our family have a pleasant stay at this sparkling new hotel (18Sep to 20Sep). We booked the triple beds & double beds room type, the room is spacious with bed that is very comfortable. Good amenities like cable-less handphone charging, availability of the laundry machines (washer & dryer) at the 1st floor (free of charge) really a great help for family travel with elderly & kids👍🏻. The hotel have good spread of breakfast with choices for western or chinese. We have a good times here. Tq🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Haikou Wanguo Metropolitan Qilou Old Street. Would like to commend both 万星 (manager) & 天顺 (assistant manager) for making us feel welcomed and going beyond to recommend and make reservations for our visit to the Museum. Kudos to the management staff for ensuring all the staff are well trained, they carry out their duties with enthusiasm & dedication. Even the aunty that cleans my room is so polite and cheerful and does her job with pride. I am amazed when I left my clothes in the washing machine and 2 hours later found it dried and neatly folded & packed in the laundry bag👍. We can feel the genuineness of the service that rivals most 5 star hotels. The amenities in the hotel is excellent and the hotel is new and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located next to a mall selling big brands internationally. Food wise, there are lots of restaurant surrounding the hotel that serves good food. Free afternoon tea provided by the hotel from 1400-1700. Staff are friendly. Rooms include basic kits like toothbrush, combs, one time use sandals etc. overall a very decent hotel in general

I arrived late at night the reception ladies wern't that helpful and seems like when i ask i bother them . Not sure why . ( did not want to help me put the hotel adress on meituan to order something to eat . A guest checking out ended up helping me ) The room was clean simple and ok for the price . Breakfast was chinese breakfast buffet and was ok as well . I would Like to thank the lady that was in charge of the breakfast area ” very very helful . Smiling and so warm ” the morning shirt receptionist was very friendly and smiling too . Except from the night shift recepcionist it was all good .

The facade and the hotel structure were less pleasing and I was worried when I arrived. There was no proper drop-off area. The moment you step in, you don't feel the typical hotel because it's a museum kind. The reception was at the back and the whole place looked put off. I entered the room and the aircon conditioning was very poor and the room was hot (I stayed from 29 Apr to 1 May and the outdoor weather was hot!). Honestly, I felt uncomfortable but after the initial impression set in, I began to feel the charm of the hotel. The hotel painstakingly put up ornaments and the history's of Nanyang. It wasn't like a typical commercial hotel. The room was spacious with no lack of amenities. Bed and pillows were good for sleep. They provided laundry detergent and free laundry and drying service. Breakfast was bad (please skip). The location was superb!!! In the heart of Qilou Old Street, walking distance to Clock Tower (less than 10 mins) and Century Bridge (45mins by walk and 10mins by car). Excellent foot massage (郑远元） within walking distance (less than 8mins).

Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English which made check in and check out difficult. The hotel’s website was deceiving and a lot nicer than the hotel itself. It’s cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay. The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures, it was filthy, and there were no pool pillows for the sun beds or chairs, which made sitting by the pool uncomfortable. Unfortunately the private beach opposite the hotel was closed due to building work, the next beach is a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself is in a quiet location with no restaurants around. We drove all the way to Dolphin bar (1 hour 10 minutes away from the hotel). The hotel room was lovely and clean but it was noisy, there were cracks above the door so we could hear everything in the corridors and the rooms with children next door. The hotel did not give us ‘garden view room’, we had a room with view of the car park which was a waste of money. Upon asking for nicer rooms (having paid for it) they said they had none left. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, we wouldn’t recommend paying for it - drive an hour away instead. Due to Sanya being a long beach and the hotel being far away from a lot of things, we’d definitely stay at a more bustling hotel resort next time.

This is so worth it! We arrived at 11 o'clock in the morning, because the room had not been cleaned yet, so we left our luggage and went out to eat. About one o'clock, the store informed us that we could check in. When we returned to the front desk, we were told that we had upgraded! Super beautiful B&B! Thanks to the store for upgrading to a king bed room with a 270-degree sea view. It’s so beautiful! The service is extremely attentive! The young lady also helped carry the luggage to the room. It is worthy of a famous hotel. The room is super beautiful! Very clean and well-equipped! The bathtub is also super comfortable! Super satisfied! bring it on! bring it on! It’s definitely worth the trip!

I stayed in Sanya for 4 nights, and there are star hotels and homestays. I think Mubai is the best accommodation in this trip. The room is simple, clean and tidy, the view is first-class, the sunrise is the best, the price is reasonable, and the town life is convenient and lively, with a local life atmosphere.

My Wife and I booked the Wutong Aromatic Hotel for a 4 -night stay during Chinese golden week in October 2024. What we love: 1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance. 2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy, Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us. The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge. The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean. The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean. What could be improved: No. 1 - The breakfast. The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk. I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :) You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me ) No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time. So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:) No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee. I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.

Today, I went to the new store with my family. I was so immersed in it that I didn't have time to take pictures. It was very fun. I have been here so many times and have never made a mistake. It is very good. I can rush here if I want to. The elegant environment is matched with soothing music, and the friendly and considerate service is hoped to be maintained as always.

Well, this is the second trip after no more COVID restricted in China! We didn't expecting from this trip at all because it's winter and and Chinese New Year periods but its turned out that it was our best holiday yet! The hotel location call Haiho or Haitang if I am not misunderstood. The hotel is very convenient for everything, food.and beach. very simple, check in and we get the key card, staff can't communicated in English but willing to. Room quality is matching as price , not bad at all my children thumb up! Beds are comfortable we were stayed for 5 nights, everyone was snore. One thing is the best for our trip is there are free washing machines!!! 6 of them! I LOVE. on the 14 floors there was a soft play for children , a bit dirty and.old.but my children hardly complain also table tennis. A small hanhing out are for everyone to watch sunset and view at night time or while you are waiting for your clothes in washing machine. Staffs are nice, helpful. My husband doesn't like BF that much he said it could be improve but for me thats not a big deal compared to the price we paid. Conclusion, we are looking forward to go back soon.

The location is excellent, the sanitation is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the price is very affordable, Xiao He at the front desk provided great service, and it was a very pleasant stay!

The room was pretty neat and the service of the front staff employees and the housekeepers were great. The breakfast (if you have opted for it) was alright, nothing too spectacular. The only downside I could think of was the lack of a mini-fridge. I'd say that this hotel is a great location where there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby.

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. I like the decoration style of the room very much. The color matching and layout are very beautiful. The children also like it. The suite is very large and the family of four lives very comfortably. Breakfast is on the first floor. Although there are not many varieties, it is very refreshing and tastes good. The environment is also very clean and tidy. There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The hotel is really great. The location is also excellent. Turn left and walk about 300 meters to the beach. I stayed there for two days and went to the beach every day. Scan the code at the door and ride a bike for about 20 minutes to the Nanhai Museum. Great! (I have agreed with my children to stay for a few more days next year) Facilities: The wardrobe in the room is a bit old, but the room space is great. It is very spacious. When you open the window, the sea breeze blows on the balcony. It is beautiful. We all like it. Environment: It can be said to be a forest hotel. The hotel is in Building A. Go downstairs and take a walk to Building BC. Building C is the naughty castle, and there is a swimming pool at the door. Children's naughty castle: The child also played for a while. Call her friends to come and play. Service: Responsive. The guy at the door carried the luggage as soon as I got off the car.

Came to stay for 4 days with my family, damnn I like the hotel. has a good view at least of the sky outside of our window, we live on the 10th floor. It's very convenient to go out and eat around the area, there's small shops that sells pows, noodles and a few blocks away you can get to eat some dim sum restaurant already. Few miles away from the hotel is the wanquan River. I've tried to walk back to our hotel from there, if not you can also use their app DiDi to call for a cab. I really love the area around. Hotel is good, eventhough the toilet is quite cramp as I have long legs so it's hard to close the door.. haha..but I just close the big door. the shower cubicle, there's only light coming frim side ceiling so is dim.. but i like their shower gel fragrance! so lemonish~ there's no fridge, but have all the toiletries you need. It's a good stay, will totally book again next time cause of the area around. There's night market across the street too. The staff was good, and they also have free sweets and cookies at the counter which is nice! The staff at the entrance was friendly 😊 and helpful with directions! you can even play piano there at the entrance!! so cool~

Xiao Zhu's service is good, and the surrounding guide is particularly good. The room is clean and well-equipped, the breakfast buffet is available, and the environment and location are also good. Recommended. Will come back next time

I went to Lecheng to visit relatives and chose Citadines. The front desk also thoughtfully upgraded the room. Thank you Xiao Feng for your warm and thoughtful service. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with kitchen and household appliances. The rooms are large and the facilities are new, making it suitable for long-term stays. Just before Christmas, the hotel also built a creative Christmas tree with mineral water bottles strung together, which was quite interesting.

The sanitation is very clean and the service is very good. When the air conditioner in the first room didn't feel cool, I immediately changed the room and solved it. It was very helpful and dealt with it as soon as possible. I called in advance to ask what time I would arrive at the store. I informed my friends and gave them sand digging toys. , fruits and drinks are in the room, and children’s toothbrushes are also prepared in advance. I am very satisfied with the service.
