we stayed for 7 days in this hotel.This hotel has a good location,many stores nearby,10 minutes walk to the beach,but it's a bit old hotel,also the rooms are not upgraded,you can see old things inside room.breakfast is very rich and delicious.and swimming pool is also big and great.one bad thing they don't have laundry room.

I arrived in Haikou around the 12pm, and waited for a 14 hour transfer flight to Sydney. So I booked this hotel. The hotel is close to terminal 1, I took the airport bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1, just across the road and went to the shopping centre, you can see the sign to go to the hotel and take the lift to level 1, the lobby is there. So easy going there. Also you can waiting for hotel shuttle bus.

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

A pleasant hotel! Everything looks quite new. Comfortable bed (I especially liked that there is a choice between regular pillows and memory foam pillows). Good value for money (especially compared to hotels in Sanya where I am now and where hotels in this price range seem much lower quality). Friendly staff at reception. The only thing that could be better is sound insulation, in particular noise coming from outside the hotel. Even with the window closed, it felt as though it was open (what you hear is mostly traffic noise - which I got used to pretty quickly - but one evening also some loud music which annoyed me more; that stopped at 22:30 though, so not too bad after all). If I return to Haikou, I might certainly consider this hotel again.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

The last stop of the island tour was to the beautiful Haikou where the coconut breeze was blowing. I stayed at Atour Hotel, which I have always liked and is famous for its service. It is located near Qilou Old Street. The hotel lobby is on the eighth floor of Wanguo Metropolis. It has a simple decoration style. , unique and unique, the hotel is located in the city center, with an excellent geographical location and convenient transportation. Miss Qingjiu at the front desk has been following up on my service from the time she answered my call to the time I checked in. She carefully inquired about my housing needs and was very enthusiastic about arranging an upgrade to a comfortable room for me. Xindi turned on the air freshener in advance before I checked in and served fresh fruits. It was so nice and very comfortable. It made us feel full of surprises and joy after we were tired from the journey. Manager Wan Xin who handled the check-in patiently introduced the hotel's dining times and locations, nearby restaurants, and various check-in precautions, and helped deliver the luggage to the elevator. A small problem arose after checking into the room. Although Ms. Qingjiu was off work, she still responded to the message in seconds and helped to communicate and solve it immediately. Manager Wan Xin said, ”We are very happy to help you change rooms. A good sleep is more important than anything else.” He also thoughtfully provided eye masks and earplugs. His warm words like a spring breeze instantly relieved our worries and made us travel. Feeling more friendly and warm. Sincere smiles and considerate services make every stay at Atour a wonderful memory. I will choose Atour again in the future!

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and the shower room are separated into dry and wet areas. The air conditioning in the room is also very powerful. Each room type is equipped with a chair and table for dining and some writing operations. Overall, it is a very satisfactory stay. The room automation equipment is also very complete. The only drawback is that it may be due to the typhoon that just passed. I hope that the breakfast can be richer, in terms of snacks and drinks, to meet the breakfast needs of more customers.

This is a good place to spend the night if you are arriving on a late flight. It’s a short walk from the exit. There is Starbucks, McDonald’s, Luckin’, and shopping mall all within walking distance.

This is a relatively new hotel that was opened in 2024, located near Qilou Old Street (10 mins away by car). Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. Pros: 1. The room is modern and big enough to put 1 big luggage on the floor and 1 medium size luggage. The bed is comfy with 1 memory pillow and 1 soft pillow. The toilet and shower are separated, which is good. The curtain has cool features (at the push of a button, it will close the curtains automatically). 2. The front desk staff are friendly. The housekeeper is good at helping clean our room and friendly too. 3. Breakfast has a good spread with Chinese and Western food options. Cons: 1. Location – the hotel is situated at the entrance of the flyovers and a turn to another main road, so most Didi drivers would often miss the turn up to drop off point in front of the hotel and just stop at the roadside (on the pathway with lots of motorbikes which is dangerous) to fetch us. I would suggest the hotel put up a lited signboard just before the entrance to the hotel to help direct taxi drivers to come up to the front door. 2. Air conditioning does not seem to work. I have set the temperature to cool or windy mode at 20 deg but still, it felt hot. 3. We did not realize that the window was opened by the staff, and only noticed when we were woken up by the drilling noise from construction nearby.

Hotel is located next to a mall selling big brands internationally. Food wise, there are lots of restaurant surrounding the hotel that serves good food. Free afternoon tea provided by the hotel from 1400-1700. Staff are friendly. Rooms include basic kits like toothbrush, combs, one time use sandals etc. overall a very decent hotel in general

The facade and the hotel structure were less pleasing and I was worried when I arrived. There was no proper drop-off area. The moment you step in, you don't feel the typical hotel because it's a museum kind. The reception was at the back and the whole place looked put off. I entered the room and the aircon conditioning was very poor and the room was hot (I stayed from 29 Apr to 1 May and the outdoor weather was hot!). Honestly, I felt uncomfortable but after the initial impression set in, I began to feel the charm of the hotel. The hotel painstakingly put up ornaments and the history's of Nanyang. It wasn't like a typical commercial hotel. The room was spacious with no lack of amenities. Bed and pillows were good for sleep. They provided laundry detergent and free laundry and drying service. Breakfast was bad (please skip). The location was superb!!! In the heart of Qilou Old Street, walking distance to Clock Tower (less than 10 mins) and Century Bridge (45mins by walk and 10mins by car). Excellent foot massage (郑远元） within walking distance (less than 8mins).

My final stay was at the Mercure Haikou City Center. I booked a Deluxe room, which was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and even helped us check out from the previous hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks and malls. The room came with a bidet, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was weak, and since we couldn’t open the window fully, we had to sleep without blankets. Overall, for the price and space, I can’t complain. It’s a great hotel for city explorers who just need a place to bathe and sleep. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance, and you can easily rent a bicycle to explore Evergreen Park, Century Park, and even Qilou Old Street.

If it's a sunny day, you can enjoy the unbeatable sunset in the room. The room itself is not perfect, mainly because the facilities are a little old (such as the TV), but isn't the purpose of living here to enjoy the beautiful view? And there are also things I like about the room facilities, such as the large shower area, the bathroom light is automatically controlled and will turn on when someone is there, so you don't have to leave a light on when you go to the bathroom at night.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite it only being for one night. The hotel was actually split into two: the hotel building where you find the lobby, restaurants and various amenities, then the hotel room complex across the road - little villa type housing with individual hotel rooms and pretty outdoor pool. The room we stayed in was spacious, if a little dated in terms of room decor. Staff were as supportive and friendly as they could be. But the hotel’s amenities (mainly the gym) were worse than expected. When we asked hotel staff where the gym was, they happily directed us to it (a couple of floors up from the lobby, on a floor that looked like it was going through renovation). It was a small fitness room that was dirty, had non-functional machines (but no word from hotel staff or signage to say not to use the machines that we could see) and no AC. I tried turning on the treadmill, only to see it go from 0-20 with a second (thankfully I wasn’t standing on it!). Bit of a shame. One thing we loved about this hotel, and the room we stayed in was the close proximity to the beach. We could walk there within a minute!

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and tidy, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was cheerful, polite, warm and attentive, giving people a sense of intimacy, which was great. The scenery is first-class, you can see the sea view, it is worth recommending. Very cost-effective, I will stay here again next time

Located at the far side(if looking from Sanya) of the Yalong bay, just by the beach. Overall a decent place for a reasonable price as far as Yalong bay is concerned at least. The suite is really spacious and has a working stove and a washing machine. Also, on top the AC the room also has the ceiling fan which was great, because it kept the room cool enough even with the AC turned off. The pools have a nice layout, are almost clean, but tend to get seriously hot by the evening. The beach is just in front of the hotel though. The cook that led a baking activity for the kids was really nice.

I stayed at Haitian for five days. The experience was good. The service was very good and the breakfast was very rich. I would like to thank the two staff members in the picture. One is the cleaning lady, Aunt Zhong, who is very friendly and considerate to the children. The other is the security guard, Master Sun, who helped me carry my luggage when I was about to leave the hotel. He was very enthusiastic. Thank you very much! I recommend Haitian Hotel!

We stayed here mainly for the pool, well cleaned and spacious. Room was okay, little bit of smell but you get used to it with an air conditioner on. Welcome staff are friendly and helpful. Had no problem understanding each other using translating apps. The little store at the reception has almost everything you may need except any medicines. Location is bit far from other travel areas. Oh the yacht tour, i wouldn’t recommend it if you are not chinese national. We regret going there, to get to 2nd and 3th floor we paid 150yuan per person and still wasnt worth it just better not going. The restaurant there have decent foods the little girl is really cute and can speak some English. Overall loved staying there except the yacht tour

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Close by to a lot of amenities, local cuisine, western restaurants, bars, beach activities and most importantly…..shopping!!!! Able to easily order food from around the area and have it delivered to your hotel door. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This little receptionist was able to carry my gigantic luggage by herself! The room and views were excellent and the room was clean. I would definitely make this a yearly trip. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Fantastic hotel in a small town of Qionghai. The room we booked has 1 queen bed, 1 spacious single bed and a huge sofa which can easily accommodate 1 adult. The room is spacious and very high tech with electric roller blinds. Room is very clean too

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

Because of the consumption voucher activity in Qionghai City, I booked a family suite in this hotel. The two living rooms and two bathrooms are very suitable for traveling with parents. The room is newly decorated. Although the floor is not high and the view is average, it is quiet and comfortable. This is the first hotel I have encountered that has Ulysses, which is very interesting. A coffee voucher is given when you check in. There is a coffee shop on the first floor, which is very good. This brand has a good impression. There are rice cakes and sweet porridge on the first floor at night. It's a pity that there is no gym

The room was very clean, the towels and sheets felt like new, and the facilities and equipment were very complete. The bed is very comfortable, Simmons bedding is different [strong] I have a light sleep but I slept soundly, and the sound insulation is very good. The hotel also has a free gym and free washing machines and dryers. The restaurant looks very upscale, and there are many varieties of breakfast, which taste very good. It is very pleasant to have afternoon tea in the afternoon! The stay experience is very satisfactory, worth recommending and worthy of praise!

I went to Lecheng to visit relatives and chose Citadines. The front desk also thoughtfully upgraded the room. Thank you Xiao Feng for your warm and thoughtful service. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with kitchen and household appliances. The rooms are large and the facilities are new, making it suitable for long-term stays. Just before Christmas, the hotel also built a creative Christmas tree with mineral water bottles strung together, which was quite interesting.

The room is clean and quiet at night. Although it is old, the design and maintenance are good. For a house facing the sea, it is not easy for the housekeeping staff to maintain it to such a good level. Although the room is slightly damp, it is understandable, and the room is equipped with an air purifier, which is rare in hotels, to minimize the damp smell. The next day's breakfast was rich in dishes and tasted good. The service staff was friendly, and the room type was upgraded when we checked in, which gave us a very good accommodation experience. A five-star rating is a must!
