It was a bit late when we arrived, but we could still check in, but the room became 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Originally, we booked 2 single beds, and then there was no water provided in the room, but there is a small kitchen that can boil water and microwave food, which is great if you want. You can make reservations at the hotel to go to the waterfall. We participated in the waterfall and bird park and also took a boat into the waterfall. It was really fun. The price is also cheaper than buying on site.

Very satisfied hotel, located in the batal district.
Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

Por ser um hotel 4 estrelas o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O maior problema é em relação à arrumação do quarto. Esquecem de repor as toalhas e papel higiênico. Aliás, assim que entramos no quarto não havia nenhum papel higiênico. Ficamos hospedados 5 noites e teve 1 dia que não limparam o quarto. Falta capricho na arrumação das camas e não lavaram e nem trocaram os copos nenhum dia. Deixaram do jeito que usamos.
Um ponto positivo é o filtro de água disponível na recepção para enchermos nossa garrafinha pois pagar 10,00 por 1 garrafa de água é demais.

GGuest UserOur stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou

GGuest User位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy.

Mmelody_tutuThe room is OK, the front desk brother is very warm, very close to the waterfall bird garden, but the hotel does not have a laundry room, the room does not have screen windows, the lights are insects at night, so I dare not turn on the lights. It’s not very good to meet in the rain. I have to bring slippers, toothbrushes and so on. Breakfast is quite rich in the local area, but not comparable to domestic.

GGuest UserImpeccable and welcoming service from Alicia upon our arrival and departure. Great facilities, excellent breakfast, famous location and privileged view of the cathedral. I don't think it's fair to take a note for cleaning, but I noticed that the windows in the rooms were full of forehead and face marks (to admire the cathedral, obviously) and it went unnoticed by the cleaning staff. The pool was very clean, even with the trees and constant wind that occurred during the days...
