位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy.

Por ser um hotel 4 estrelas o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O maior problema é em relação à arrumação do quarto. Esquecem de repor as toalhas e papel higiênico. Aliás, assim que entramos no quarto não havia nenhum papel higiênico. Ficamos hospedados 5 noites e teve 1 dia que não limparam o quarto. Falta capricho na arrumação das camas e não lavaram e nem trocaram os copos nenhum dia. Deixaram do jeito que usamos. Um ponto positivo é o filtro de água disponível na recepção para enchermos nossa garrafinha pois pagar 10,00 por 1 garrafa de água é demais.

Accommodation location, cleanliness are OK But one problem is not acceptable is that the hotel water is very small. The water temperature is hot and cold! This is very bad for long hair girls to wash their hair... You can wait a little bit in summer If the water suddenly gets cold in winter, it will definitely catch a cold.

Hotel com localização excelente, ao lado do pátio Batel. Quarto bem espaçoso, cama muito confortável e banheiro bem limpo. Café da manhã excelente, com muitas variedades de pães, bolos, omeletes, além de ter duas máquinas grandes de café, mocha e etc.
