Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

The hotel by the sea, the balcony can see the sea, the service is super good, there is 24-hour food room servive , no matter how the food tastes, at least convenient. The room is not too big, but the bed is a big bed, the pillow is just right, and the sleep is very comfortable. There are almost snacks and fruits and drinks at the front desk during the day. The complex of resorts of the Costa do Sauípe impresses the size, but the structure is old and many of the rooms' comforts (shower, fridge, telephone, air conditioning, etc) are defect or not functioning. As for all inclusive, the quality of food was OK, however the variety of food and drinks left unwanted, deserving to draw attention to the lack of options for anyone vegetarian, like my wife. There are no food support points on the beach, and the drink kiosk was a little away from the sticks. With some adjustments in these points, the quality level would take a step and experience would be much better.
