Service was good with friendly staff. Room was very old, floor was unevenness, although was clean with nice seaview. Seagulls doesn't allow to sleep if you stay on the top floor room

Nice location and the hotel had a spa out the back that cost only £4 for use of Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and 10m Swimming Pool. Towels were only an extra £1 to hire whilst there so a very reasonable £5 for an afternoon of relaxation. The hotel itself was pleasant whilst a little dated but this meant large rooms with plenty of space without bumping in to each other when moving around. The shower was in the bath which was reasonable with warm but NOT hot water. The tap on the sink could only be described as explosive when it was turned on and sprayed forward and onto anyone standing in front of the sink unless you did it very gently and only turned on about a 10th of it's full capacity. 

The room was clean, tidy and perfectly located. I had a very good night’s sleep on the incredibly comfortable bed. I found it a bit tricky with the shower not having a door or curtain which made the whole bathroom wet when it was used. Other than that, staff were friendly and check in/check out was extremely efficient.

Amazing stay , always such a positive vibe on arrival and on our extended days . reception has been superb as well as the breakfast stay in the morning . Which reminds me to also comment the mouth watering Full English which hit the spot ! Would recommend for family’s and couples , also travellers as it’s great for quick access to town and having the opportunity to enjoy a nice walk around the countryside

This is a lovely hotel! The staff are very friendly and considerate - when I was there I was a solo traveller and they had a wedding on, as I wasn't part of the wedding party they made sure I had a room away from the festivities. The room had a fantastic view and there was no noise from the wedding. There weren't many power sockets but you rarely have everything you want in life! Great stay, I'll definitely return one day.

The location is decent and convenient for flights. However, during check-in, the front desk made an error, recording our room as 117 instead of our actual room 41. This led us to go to room 117, open the door and disturb other guests, forcing us to return to the front desk to sort out the confusion.

Hotel is close to airport. You can use public transport every 10 minutes no.10 single is £3 or no.100. Not much around hotel. Hotel has restaurant, but did not used. At reception are checking in machines. We had little help from Hotel staff Jozef very friendly and helpful. Room is not big, but comfortable. We arrived late and departed early for our flight, so didn't used any hotel facilities. I think the price for the stay was reasonable.

The location is great. After arriving, wait for half a day before a clerk comes. Very noisy outside on weekend nights. The Wifi is very unstable, and the video cannot be watched. The milk used to make instant coffee has expired.

very good! The waiter was very patient and kind. Breakfast is not bad.

Great hotel however dreadful noise early morning from the building site next door! We arrived in the middle of the night from a flight so really needed to sleep! Not that close to Gatwick either for a middle of the night transfer but there is a shuttle bus during the day . Was offered late check out as an apology but we’d already left.
