We arrived at 2259, the staff Wendy and the chef on duty that night were so nice to whip up a tasty bowl of noodles for us. Hats off to their kindness as it was closing time and they were already packing up to leave. A five star experience except for the constant smoke smell in the air conditioning. Also, the washer and dryers were constantly in use, it was difficult to get a slot to use them. Walking distance from airport, new hotel, clean, modern and comfortable.

Thank you to Ms Kiki for the assistant during check out. This hotel have very polite front office's staffs with smile face always. Strategic location within walking distance to Wanda Plaza. Next door you may drop by SPA center for stress relief, reclaim your calm. Space and cozy rooms. Will stay again in this hotel for my future trip.

A wonderful stay at Citywell hotel. Excellent customer services at the reception & housekeeping . The staff were really wonderful, patient, helpful & cheerful ! Room is spacious, very clean & comfortable. The breakfast spread has good variety. The location is great , close to attractions and in midst of eateries & shops. Excellent value for money & I enjoyed my stay!

The appearance of the hotl building look old. However, am impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Actually, whenever the location is convenient, i like to book Holiday Inn wherever i visit. Because Holiday Inn never fails me - very clean and tidy room. Simple cafeteria set up but good breakfast.

Located a short walking distance from Metro Line 1 Shudou station, this hotel has everything needed for a great stay for first timers in Fuzhou (central and safe location with local food options; compact but well designed and furnished rooms with comfortable beds; delicious breakfast buffet with proactive and efficient restaurant staff; and good facilities including laundry room, tea shops and tuina massage centre within the compound). During our stay, we needed urgent help to manage a situation and the staff on duty (小邓) went above and beyond to sort things out and we can’t be more grateful to him and the front desk staff. Thank you again. Would definitely come back again in the future!

The quality of the food and the pleasant dining environment made for a great morning experience. Overall, this hotel near the airport is a perfect choice for travelers. With its convenient airport transfer, beautiful beach access, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast, it offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We stayed for two nights and my family really enjoyed staying here. The room is clean, spacious, well lit, and modern. The free wifi is fast and easily accessible as it doesn't require users to register their local mobile numbers to access the wifi network (i experienced this with another hotel, and it's frustrating). My elderly mom is a vegetarian, and she loves how the free breakfast includes rice porridge, a variety of stir fry veggies, hard-boiled eggs, and soy milk, among other things. They seem to change their part of their menu every day, which is good for people who want to stay there for more than one day. There are nearby shops for food, fruits, and groceries. There is a free pick-up and drop-off service from/to the Xiamen North railway station. You just need to organise it with them in advance. No local number? No problem, as long as you have a wechat account, you can get in touch with them for pick up service. That's how i organised my pick-up service with them. What I love the most about this place is the staff members. They are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for accommodation near Xiamen North railway.

Came to Ningwang on a business trip, they recommended it, it's very close. The breakfast is OK, not many varieties, but there are Chinese and Western styles, enough for business. The lake view room has a good view, the only drawback is that there are too many trucks coming and going on the main road, which is a bit noisy.

Very comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Guest service super helpful. As i am solo traveller, I enquired a lot of things. Special mention to Li Xia(李霞) . She went extra mile to help me check and call pub for reservation and even hair spa. Thank you very much. Definitely will recommend to friends.

I had a great stay at the htoel. The place was spotless, and the reception team, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Ting, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for directions, they not only provided clear guidance but also shared contacts and recommended lots of great places to visit. Highly recommend!
