The quality of the guests staying in the hotel during the Spring Festival holiday is really worrying. Some guests don't know where they came from. A family of two adults and two children had breakfast. They took 8 tea eggs, 6 poached eggs, and made at least 6 cups of coffee. They were still thinking about adding a few more bowls of noodles. In addition, some women flipped up the lids of the self-service breakfast containers one by one, took their mobile phones and clicked, and chattered in their mouths. It's really speechless😑😑😑

My friend and I shared a twin room at Citywell hotel for 3 nights and it was really comfortable! We stayed on the fifth floor in a quieter room where there wasn’t a window facing the street. Fortunately the fifth floor has an artificial garden with a skylight in the center that allows inner rooms to also receive natural lighting through a large glass window. Other things we appreciated: - free use of the laundry - the corridors having a fragrant tea scent - convenient location

The place is quite strategically located near Zhong Shan walking street . However our room air con and water heater was not working well . The heater temperature was fixed at 40 degrees despite multiple attempt to turn it Around it around to check . The staff was trying to check only when we came back at 6pm and move us to another room but it was not in time as we are checking out early morning soon . Unfortunately checkout was not smooth In the early morning as there was no one at the counter and we waited for a fair bit of time and finally the staff appeared . The other kitchen staffs were not responsive to us despite calling sadly .

The room is quite comfortable, check-in was quick, the environment is nice, clean and tidy, the facilities are quite smart, there is Xiao Ai, the service attitude is very enthusiastic, it is very close to the scenic spot, and it is very convenient to check in. There is a seafood stall next door to the hotel, both of which are worth recommending. It is recommended to visit Dongshan Island.
