I rarely write reviews, but booking this hotel was the best decision I made this trip. I've already recommended it to my friends. The location is great, close to several temples, and there are plenty of food options right outside. The front desk staff was lovely and even upgraded my room. For the price, it's excellent value for money – much better than hotels I've stayed at in Xiamen for a similar price. The room facilities are very new, and I was very satisfied. On my last day, they even held my luggage after check-out, so I could enjoy another half-day of sightseeing before heading to the airport. If I ever come back to Quanzhou, I'll definitely stay here again!

Overall, I had a great experience. The first hotel I stayed at was incredibly noisy, so I went around checking out other hotels, and this one immediately felt comfortable and inviting! I decided to stay here without hesitation! Even though it's across from a road, it was generally quiet at night, not too noisy at all! The location is also pretty good, very close to the Eight Market (Bashi Market), and Zhongshan Road is just past the market!

The hotel is very close to CATL, which is very convenient for business trips. There are many types of breakfast, which suits your taste. There is also a small gym on the fourth floor, which is very convenient for working out after get off work in the evening.

First time in Zhangzhou, and I felt a welcoming vibe. The hotel is located inside the ancient city, with a charming, traditional courtyard style that's perfect for taking great photos. If you're driving, you have to park in a designated parking lot (15 RMB for 24 hours) and then take a shuttle or walk to the hotel. Right outside the hotel is a lively snack street, bustling with lights and activity. I took a stroll around the ancient city at night; it wasn't too crowded, which was quite pleasant. The only downside is that they don't offer breakfast.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Right inside the airport, a few minutes' walk. The greenery and environment should be very nice, but I woke up late after staying overnight and didn't see anything. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was excellent. He alleviated my anxiety about missing my flight when I missed the shuttle and helped my mother with her luggage into a taxi. When we checked in at night, he thoughtfully provided breakfast, which isn't easy to get early in the morning the next day. Both the hotel and Airport Baixiang Media are subordinate and equal-level enterprises of Xiamen Airport, making them trustworthy. Drawbacks: The phone operators and front desk staff could use more training. The hotel actually has designated parking spots with signs at Airport Gate 6, but the staff didn't mention it, perhaps because they haven't seen it themselves at the airport. This would give customers more confidence in finding a spot. It's also quite difficult to reach the driver by phone, probably because many people are calling. When boarding, it would be best if staff could maintain order, perhaps by issuing numbers. People were haphazardly loading luggage and getting on, and then some had to get off because it was full. Also, it would be better if the signs clearly indicated where to get off for each stop. There are 3 stops, and the stop names don't perfectly match the room/hotel names, which makes it confusing, so you have to ask the driver each time.

What stands out most about this hotel is the quality of its service. From the young front desk staff to the slightly older cleaning aunties, everyone is well-trained, enthusiastic, and attentive. The official breakfast time is 7 AM, but many guests need to leave earlier for morning flights or subways. The breakfast staff kindly informed us that since it wasn't yet the official breakfast time, some items weren't fully prepared. For those in a hurry, just getting a bite to eat was greatly appreciated! I think this really reflects the genuine, down-to-earth hospitality of the local people, something you don't often find elsewhere. If I had to offer some constructive criticism, I'd say the hotel might lose its competitive edge in the AI era if it doesn't update its hardware. For instance, the in-room TVs and the long wait times for elevators. Other smart home features in the room clearly need improvement. Of course, updating hardware involves significant costs, so I hope this aspect is carefully considered in future strategic planning!

I compared many hotels, including several similar ones in Sanfang Qixiang, and ultimately chose 'Shuxiang Wenru'. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few dozen meters from the entrance of Wenrufang on Tonghu Road. The hotel's main gate is truly grand and antique. Though, climbing over the high threshold was a bit of a challenge! In the lobby, you're greeted by elegant and impressive water features and a long row of bookshelves. I booked a king-size room on the third floor. Even though it's an old building, there's an elevator available. The furniture in the room has a distinct Han, Tang, and Ming dynasty style, which I absolutely loved! The toilet, shower, and vanity areas are completely separate. The bed was very comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. I was especially pleased that the hotel was incredibly quiet at night. It's definitely a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The breakfast offered a good taste of Fuzhou cuisine; while the variety wasn't extensive, it was refined and just right. The only thing I didn't quite like was the thin, crinkly duvet. Even though the heating was on at night, the duvet felt a bit like sleeping under advertising paper.

The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The service was good, and we appreciated being able to cook – especially since we had elderly family members who prefer home-cooked meals. It was a nice touch. The location is very convenient for transportation; it's close to the seafood market, Zhongshan Road, and a supermarket. I'd recommend getting your fruit from the supermarket, it's less than 50 meters away. Getting a ride-sharing car was easy and affordable, and there were shared bikes available too. Even though it's in an old neighborhood, it has its own charm, allowing us to experience the daily life of people in Xiamen's old quarter. The streets and alleys are well-connected and lead everywhere. We also tried Drunken One Seafood Restaurant, and even at 11 PM, it was packed! The grilled eel and steamed grouper were absolutely delicious. Overall, this guesthouse has a great location and was easy to find.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel. Every winter, I come to Xiamen for a few days, and I keep choosing this hotel because I'm very satisfied with it. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, the facilities are excellent, the surroundings are pleasant, and transportation is convenient. The service is also top-notch. From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, everyone is incredibly patient, professional, meticulous, and attentive when answering questions. It's a hotel truly worth considering and trusting.

Location: The hotel is ideally situated on Wusi Road in the city center, less than 100 meters from Fuzhou Metro Line 1's Shudou Station Exit C. It's just a two-stop subway ride from Fuzhou Railway Station. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops, convenience stores, and numerous restaurants. During my trip, a screw in my glasses came loose, and I was able to get it fixed right away at the Baodao Glasses store directly across from the hotel. It was incredibly convenient! Amenities: The hotel offers a full range of amenities including a restaurant, gym, and laundry room. They even have robots that deliver takeout directly to your room. Environment & Hygiene: The hotel is exceptionally clean and luxurious. The room facilities are comprehensive, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The room was promptly cleaned every day, and the bed linens were kept spotless. Service Attitude: The service was truly excellent. Not only does the hotel have great facilities, but the staff's service is even more proactive and comprehensive. They are enthusiastic in providing various services to guests, always considering things from the customer's perspective and helping to solve any issues. I will definitely stay here again next time; it was simply too comfortable!
