4-Star Hotels in Upper Austria, Austria

Had a really nice stay it is located near the center of Linz old Town which you can easily visit by foot .For me the only downside was the parking fee .The Hotel does not have a parking area and there is an underground parking right next to the Hotel but the parking fees are about 25 Euros for 24 hours which was not bad considering for shorter periods of time you pay 3 Euros for an hour and if was like this almost everywhere which i find a bit annoying because if you take time to really enjoy your espresso that we are counting 20 Euros in total with the parking .Even in the streets it was 3 Euros for 90 minutes the reason i made this review is i myself appreciate it a lot when someone else writes an honest review and it helped me with my stays and i want to help the next one have a nice trip .

The hotel is situated near the main street of Linz. You can easily find your foods and drinks in the vicinity. You can take public transport, tram, at the main street to the biggest shopping mall in Linz or to the train station.. This is the hotel I will recommend for those who are looking for decent hotel amenities with many restaurants and stores nearby.

The room space is quite large, the facilities are very old, the floor drain in the shower room is offensive, so it gives people an impression of poor hygiene. Breakfast is OK, that is, there are more flies, flying around, so the impression of poor health is more impressive. When the luggage was stored, the front desk asked to put it directly on the ground, saying that she would watch it. As a result, when we came back, we found that no one was watching at all. There were 4 events in the immediate vicinity over the 2 days. From 12pm to 10pm, music was played through 2-meter-high speakers with the bass and volume turned up to full volume. Someone at reception literally told us that you would have to expect that in the summer on the Danube. The hotel's furnishings, built in 1975, are also showing their age. We were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment. Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason. Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.
