I enjoyed the room It was comfortable and had a nice big tub and a big separate shower, that surprised us it was really nice. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food totally worth it!! I had the chicken parm it was absolutely delicious my husband had steak it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel so much to do in walking distance also.

My overall impression of the JW Marriott Chicago is excellent. It's a high-end business hotel that perfectly blends quality and comfort. Overall, the front desk and restaurant staff provided great service, making me feel respected as a guest and not discriminated against. The hotel's facilities and atmosphere are wonderful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was a very pleasant check-in experience.
