The staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

This is a beautiful, welcoming and heartwarming resort. We live on the mountains and the temperature difference between day and night is very large. The children wore long sleeves when they had dinner. This is our first time staying in a hotel with a stove, and when we have dinner, the waiter asks if our living room and master bedroom need to turn on the oven to warm the room first. When the children were going to bed, they opened the bed, and each bed was filled with hot water bags. It was warm and comfortable. It warmed us all [Wangchai] [Cave teeth] and there was a place that moved us. When choosing dessert after dinner, I told the waiter that we wanted vanilla for ice cream, and he told me they had a mix, a ball of vanilla and a ball of strawberries, and I said it was okay.
