Excellent 5* resort, UAI has all the varieties of a la carte restaurants, premium alcohol of any kind. Service is top notch everywhere, rooms are nice and clean! The territory is huge and well maintained, plenty of places to walk around and the beach area is also very nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing holiday I have even had! Free flow alcohol and food from 7am till 2am in the morning….food is absolutely delicious!! We don’t feel crowded at the resort even though the hotel is full of guests. Staff are very friendly and warm that make you feel home and don’t want to leave the hotel. Hotel has lots of activities and shows every day and night, believe me….you don’t get bored if you decide to stay in the hotel and not go anywhere! Love this hotel and we are planning to coming back soon!! Well done 👍🏼

A place where you really feel welcome
Our stay in this hotel was simply fantastic! As soon as we arrived, we had the feeling that we were in a special place. The rooms are not only beautiful, but also decorated with so much attention to detail that you immediately feel at home.
We would particularly like to highlight the team: Each and every one of them was incredibly warm and attentive without being intrusive. It felt like being a guest of good friends - only with the luxury of a five-star hotel.
The food, the atmosphere and the many little touches made our stay unforgettable. We have rarely felt so well looked after and will definitely be back. A big thank you to everyone who makes this place so special!

Lovely hotel building and it is right next to the beach, only downside is that the aircon never seemed to work. It was on the lowest but it never cooled the room. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly, however the staff in the 10th floor restaurant could have been a bit friendlier and more responsive. The hotel has a nice pool area, with a good happy hour.

I am only writing this review because trip.com has bad reviews.
I want to thank the company for a wonderful vacation, ours was chic, they offered champagne, instead of an economy room they gave a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I will say the opposite, in my experience the trip was excellent🙏 I will definitely book hotels and more than once through this site. As for the hotel, the hotel is cool, the food is good, the area is large, there is any alcohol, I advise 🙏 I am a public person, through me and my advertisement many of my subscribers came to rest in this hotel and they liked everything 🙏

Hotel of decent level, lived in a room for the family mainly the building. In general, it was very much liked, but there is something to aspire, to Baruta is not unfortunately reached, but also at the price it is cheaper 🤷

My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

It was a very nice experience. The aqua park section is very nice and sufficient. Ms. Olga is a perfect host in guest relations. I definitely recommend it as an all-inclusive hotel. It is also clean and has a nice atmosphere. I would not normally repeat the hotel, I would like to be different, but I am thinking of going to this hotel again. The hotel had everything.

Ttravel4051I believe that my review is affected by visiting ”off-season”. Due to visiting in November, the staff was smaller and several of the facilities were off/out of service, such as the air conditioning, beach chairs, and apparently the use of the pool.
I expect we would have left a better review if we had visited during peak season. Lovely cats around.

GGuest UserI recently spent my summer holiday at this resort and overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The resort offers a great combination of comfort, family-friendly activities, and beachfront access that made our stay memorable.
The rooms were comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. The beds were cozy, and the housekeeping service kept everything tidy and fresh.
The food was another highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of dishes available, with something to satisfy every taste. From freshly grilled meats to well-prepared vegetarian options, we found the meals consistently delicious. There were also plenty of kid-friendly choices, which made dining as a family much easier.
For families traveling with children, this resort really shines. There are numerous activities tailored for kids, including a dedicated water splash zone that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The resort features two swimming pools, one for adults and another specifically for children, so everyone has their own space to relax or play.
One of the biggest advantages of this resort is its location, situated right next to the beach, it only takes a few steps to get from your room to the sea. The beach area was clean and well-maintained, with loungers available for guests to relax and enjoy the view.
In the evenings, the resort comes alive with music and live performances. These nightly events create a vibrant atmosphere and offer a great way to wind down after a day in the sun. It really added a fun and lively touch to the overall experience.
That said, there were a couple of areas where the resort could improve. The staff's knowledge of English was quite limited, which occasionally led to miscommunications. For instance, I ordered a pide with meat on two different occasions and received a cheese one both times. Similar mix-ups happened with other items as well, so it's something to keep in mind if you don’t speak the local language.
Another small issue was with the room service system. The resort provides door tags to indicate if you don't want your room cleaned, but unfortunately, those signs were often ignored. Even when we hung the “Do Not Disturb” label, housekeeping still entered the room, which was a bit frustrating.
Despite these minor issues, the resort offers a great value and a wonderful setting for a family holiday.

GGuest UserCrystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!
We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

GGuest UserThis resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.

The drinks, meals and desserts are great. The rooms are clean, spacious and airy. Animation, live music shows are enjoyable. The disco is great. The beach, sand and sea are very enjoyable, there is a large pier alternative. It is a very large hotel complex and despite hosting that many guests, there is no inadequacy or crowding. We have accumulated many beautiful memories to come again.

AAngelaHotel was lovely clean and helpful. We were unlucky with the weather we couldn’t leave the hotel because of the weather. I feel there could have been more inside entertainment during the day as there was not much to do beside swim.
Maybe this could be improved in future when weather is bad.
Overall we enjoyed the break food and drink.
