Not our first and it won't be our last stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, but we are used to a different service. This time the room wasn't as clean as one is used to from the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The room was dated.

This hotel does not leave any wishes open! The suite was very spacious, very well maintained and clean and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is only the ”tip on the i”. The light as well as the Non-Disturbing function or the request for room cleaning can be controlled centrally via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, especially the sauna landscape has impressed us very much. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect address to make the evening out of the hot stone at a Vienna slice or steak. Also the staff is very friendly and welcome. All in all the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or even longer. We will certainly come back!

Great hotel, my room was large with bath and shower very comfortable. Balcony with views along the valley. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Great sauna and pool area, the outdoor pool is a good size for swimmers. Only issue was the bar area and 'smoking room' within the bar/lounge area, the smell was unpleasant.

In the Alps, there are ski towns nearby. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the price/performance ratio is actually quite high. The swimming pool is also big, I will stay here next time

Motorcycle travel came to this place and the scenery was super beautiful. Unfortunately, I didn't catch up with the sauna, and the hotel's restaurant was delicious, although the price was a bit high. The room is very clean and should be the best hotel nearby.

The hotel is located in the Alps of Austria. The room was very satisfactory. Full of Austrian national style. And the hotel is very concerned about environmental awareness. The roof of the parking garage is fully equipped with solar panels.

Amazing steakhouse restaurent. Very friendly staff and great indoor/outdoor pool with many different saunas, a steam room and relaxation room to unwind after a day of skiing.
