The location truly can't be beat. It's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The Bell and Drum Towers are right across the street, and Kaiyuan Temple is nearby. However, the stay also had some significant downsides. The soundproofing is a major issue; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway at night. The TV volume was incredibly loud; even on a very low setting, it was still too much. As a light sleeper, I really struggled and didn't get a good night's rest. The shower was another headache. The water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and I spent ages trying to find a comfortable setting, making showering a constant source of anxiety. While the location is definitely a plus, the shortcomings in service and facilities really impacted the overall experience. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

Traveling to Xi'an, I had my eye on this hotel before I arrived, and the reviews looked great. It definitely met my expectations! You can even see the Bell Tower from the room, and I was lucky enough to be there during a snowfall – Xi'an transformed into Chang'an, 'a snowy Chang'an, half-dreaming in the human world.' The staff's service was impeccable, practically fulfilling every request. The facilities are comprehensive, and Chang'an is wonderful. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely stay again to experience the beauty of Chang'an.

Facilities: Very new and clean. Environment: The environment is very quiet, and there's no noise when sleeping. Service: Excellent, I'll definitely come again. There are also many unique restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around.

Love love love this hotel. My friends and I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Their service is top-notch, clean and staff is always helpful.We booked the Yuantuo Suite for 3 of us and the room is super spacious, bathroom comes with separate bath, toilet and a bathtub. The toiletries they provided was really good- I ended buying a bottle of shampoo home. The location is definitely excellent- subway line 2 is just outside, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Muslim Quarters. Many eateries nearby, pushcart stalls outside the hotel from breakfast to supper. Big malls and shops nearby if you want to shop. Best of all, hotel is quiet though it is near all these attractions so we can have a good sleep without the bustling noise.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again next time we are in Xi'an.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Yongning Gate city wall, and conveniently, next to Heshunhui Shopping Mall. Upon checking in, you can enjoy a Hanfu experience at their Hanfu studio on the 8th floor. We took our child there, and she looked absolutely beautiful after getting dressed up and having her makeup done. You can then wear the Hanfu to the city wall! The metro station is just a two-minute walk away, and the hotel is perfectly situated for visiting nearby attractions. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and I found the staff to be incredibly warm and welcoming. Their service was outstanding; when we checked in, they offered us tea, helped with our luggage, and even escorted us to our room. The room itself was spotless and the service continued to be excellent. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an because it was truly wonderful.

I thought the experience was overall very positive. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. A young woman at the front desk named 小干 helped me check in and even let me take a look at 2 different room types as I was unclear on the difference and wanted a room with a good desk and chair to work on my laptop. For the price point, this hotel is 10/10.

First time visiting Xi’an and had an amazing stay at chalet hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Room is really big, spacious and clean. Will definitely recommend anyone going to xi’an to stay at this hotel. For terracotta warrior visiting, the hotel provides two way transportation at an affordable cost. Definitely recommend to go with it for the convenience. Just inform the front desk staff and they will arrange for you! Transportation: Walkable distance to nearest metro from hotel; from airport to hotel(vice versa) didi ride 1 hour and cost between 75~100 RMB. Xi an bell tower, drum tower, muslim quarter within walkable range as well Nearby shops include restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, clothing shops, miniso etc.

What a pleasant surprise! The service was absolutely fantastic, and they even provided transportation. The driver was so friendly, and they offered dinner and even late-night pickups. Plus, they prepared thoughtful packed meals for our journeys. I'd definitely come back to Xi'an again if I get the chance.

My stay here was a delightful surprise! The hotel's location was a huge plus – it's right in the Muslim Snack Street, a mere 6-minute walk to the subway station, and next door to Sajinqiao Food Street. Even better, on the way back to the hotel at night, there were 24-hour convenience stores and late-night food stalls, making it incredibly convenient for grabbing food and essentials. As someone who prefers a firm bed, I specifically booked a tatami room, and I was very satisfied. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – it was completely quiet at night. The front desk staff processed my check-in quickly. They even provided a complimentary food map of the hotel's surroundings and tourist information cards, which was incredibly thoughtful and tourist-friendly! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to this area.

The location is excellent, right next to Qingliang Mountain (also known as Xinwen Mountain) and the former site of the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University. I stayed in a cave-style room with a large area, and it was very clean, hygienic, and tidy. The hotel is located above Wanda Plaza, making dining and getting around extremely convenient. I stayed for two consecutive nights and left Yan'an with a very satisfying impression.
