The hotel is close to the lake. The owner is Chinese and very friendly. He upgraded the room so that you can directly see Lake Taupo and gave us milk. The facilities in the room are very complete and the kitchen utensils can fully meet the needs. It is a very good stay experience. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

Disappointingly average. Just small things but overall meant it was not the excellent experience you should get from the Hilton brand. For example, room not services until about 5pm on one day, running out of food items and cultery at breakfast and tables being slow to clean, and carpet to restaurant area needs a good clean or replaced (very dirty in places). However, staff friendly and quality rooms.

Note that the room type is not a villa. Each house is an independent entry and exit of the two houses upstairs. If the room for you is upstairs, there is a terrace. If it is assigned downstairs, there is a lawn without a balcony. . The view of the yacht in our three-bedroom and one-bedroom balcony is the biggest highlight. There are two rooms in the three rooms and the living room facing the harbor. One room is facing the community. Everything in the room is good. The shower is very hot and the water is hot. This is good, the kitchen is big enough for you to cook and eat. It feels that each house has a different owner, and it is given to the management company for unified renting. The curtains in the bedroom are curtain-type, and there are gaps between the two. In the evening, the light is shining through the outside. At 6 o'clock in the morning, it starts to see through the sun. If it is not a good sleep, it should be difficult to sleep more than eight. There is nothing to play in the community, there is no place for a walk. The service is basically called no, except to get a key. Also please note that this two points will never let you stay in advance! There are two big supermarkets not far from driving, but there is not much to watch and play in the whole town.

風景優美，兩位老夫妻經營四十年的旅館，充滿了藝術和家庭氣息，兩衹雙胞胎的狗狗活力滿滿。美中不足的是早餐八點半定時開始，八點會提前用意大利歌劇喚醒…喜歡晚起和社恐的慎選。不過，和來自世界各國的遊客同桌用餐其實也是很有意思的體驗。

特別推薦入住，最少也要住上兩晚。這間酒店不愧是英國女王伊麗莎白二世入住過四次的酒店。它坐落在陶波湖胡卡瀑布河畔，佔地約68796平方米，曾獲評2022年全球最浪漫旅館第六名。酒店房費是包含早餐和晚餐的費用，不允許10歲以下的小童入住。設施、衞生、服務、環境都是一流的，也有中文服務。迷你吧所有飲料、酒水、食物都是免費的。房間出去就是湖邊，黑天鵝、野鴨、麻雀就在腳邊溜達。步行10分鐘即可到達胡卡瀑布。酒店有專車可以接送去陶波市區。照片都是在房間內和房間外露台上拍的。

GGuest UserWhat an amazing place to stay. The detail is impeccable in every part of the hotel. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are so great. The only thing I would comment on are he pillows. They weren't very comfortable.
