5-Star Hotels in Tuscany, Italy

Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

The hotel was nice and Tidy as you'd expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. What I found strange was that you had to pay to use the spa (use of sauna etc.) With hefty price tag of €70 PP on Friday. My mattress was knackered springs broken and one side virtually collapsed. The bathroom door was taty with bits peeling off. Admittedly, I couldn't be bothered to complain and get my room changed after unpacking our stuff and noticing the state of mattress late at night. And parking was €18 per night, which I didn't notice of any mention of their website or Trip.com. They charged me for 2 instead 3 when I mentioned the mattress before checking out. To be honest there has to be some level checking the condition of the beds by the supervisor. The pool on the roof was very small, not worth bothering with except if want to sit beside it for suntanning. I didn'tnotice any offer of drinks or food at the pool. I gave service a four star only because we asked for couple of things to the room which didn't happen.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It offers an affordable price and ample parking, making it very convenient for independent travelers. While its exterior might not immediately impress, the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. A short path from the hotel's restaurant leads directly to the beach, allowing you to soak in the natural ambiance. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

Many hotels in Tuscany were closed and it was hard to find this one. When I checked in, the waiter introduced that it was left by the Medici family. There was also a picture introduction. It was an unexpected surprise. The room was fully heated and spacious, and the window opened to see the valley view. Check in There is a welcome card and gift box on the day, and breakfast is available.

The Hotel is amazing, the location is just next to Florence cathedral. So close to good restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to go for extra mile to fulfill customer's needs. The rooms of the hotel is definitely one of the best with many layouts to choose from. Highly recommend the penthouse suite with a terrace, room 401c has a breathtaking dual duomo view and city view. The room is spacious and worth the money for sure.

The front desk on the first day was not very good. The attitude of the front desk on the second day was very good. The other service staff were also very good. The surrounding scenery is nice. It is not far from the city center and can be walked. If you have a lot of luggage, it may not be convenient

During this trip to Italy, this hotel in Florence is the most satisfactory. It has high cost performance, good service and environment, and beautiful and large rooms. The location is invincible. It is opposite LV and Cadier. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called ”Master Ba”. The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day. The bed is made every night. If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop. The pictures are all photos of the hotel I took. I have to mention that the flowers in the room are all fresh flowers...

Very close to the train station. Just during the epidemic, but the hotel is still very good at service. The location is also good, very convenient to the old town. The restaurant food and service upstairs is also very good 👍

The hotel is in a good location, close to major attractions, and has a high sa*ety *actor; The weird experience was that the *irst person who received me was an Italian ***** *at male sta** member whose name started with *, and he did not *ollow the room level I booked; a*ter that, I spent time recon*irming the hotel order and reported it to another sta** member at the *ront desk. The sta** reassigned a room that met the booking level, a completely di**erent room type, and I was *inally satis*ied with the room. I hope that in the *uture, Italian hotel sta** will provide Chinese 🇨🇳 customers with rooms that meet the booking type as soon as possible.
