We stayed for 2 nights. The service was excellent, and the place was very clean. Its location near the South Gate made exploring the ancient city incredibly convenient, and they offer self-service laundry and drying facilities. For breakfast, you could order main dishes à la carte, with delicious options like wontons, Er Si noodles, and rice noodles. The afternoon tea and complimentary evening wellness soup included in our booking were also a nice touch. It's a pity it rained throughout our stay in Dali, as we hardly got to enjoy the rooftop terrace.

This was my first time visiting Shangri-La, and naturally, I chose to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The entire hotel features a comprehensive Tibetan-style decor, with all its decorations and furnishings exuding authentic ******* charm. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by the distinct scent of ******* incense. Its location is superb, offering views of various landmark buildings right outside the windows. While the facilities are somewhat dated, they are well-kept. The staff were also very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. There were a couple of minor issues: during checkout, someone else's expenses were mistakenly charged to our room, and we had a slight problem returning an umbrella. Both were eventually resolved, but it was a bit of a hassle.

Highly recommended! 👍👍👍 We originally booked for just one night, but once we got to the room, the view was stunning and the room was spacious. The kids loved it, making it perfect for a family, so we immediately extended it for another night. It has its own private pool and a huge balcony, facing Erhai Lake – the view is impeccable! The B&B is located on a hilltop, so it's quiet. There's a path downhill, and Erhai Park is a short walk from the entrance. Service: The service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even hung our laundry out to dry and delivered it to our room. They even asked about breakfast times the next day and prepared it in advance. Absolutely impeccable! I'll definitely stay here again!

I always think that staying in a good hotel must be experienced from morning to night. For example, I have always liked Linwu Niaoming~ It has a unique geographical location and extremely private rainforest vegetation. The butler provides intimate service at a distance, which makes guests feel both belonging and exclusive. Every time I come to my hometown, I stay at least two nights. First, I feel the quietness of the night and the chirping of insects in the starry sky; after a deep and silent sleep, I feel the morning fragments and dewy rain forest; the afternoon is a bit noisy, but there are special coffee and amazing desserts to heal. No one can miss the afternoon sitting on the outdoor lawn, the sun passes over Cangshan Mountain and falls on the tourists, warm and drowsy. Vacation is like this, first relax completely, then chase the wind and find the sea.

Perry and the entire staff of the hotel made us feel like VIP guests from our arrival through to check out. The room was beautiful and the location was great for walking. The hotel’s restaurant was also great. Perry speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The porch outside the hotel’s cafe is a great place to relax and people watch in the afternoon.

The hotel is next to Gaozhuang, with good privacy and not noisy at night. The swimming pool faces the outside of Gaozhuang and has a high platform, so you don’t have to worry about being embarrassed by the crowds when swimming, and the view is very wide. In particular, the hotel front desk service was very good and helped to upgrade the room type. We came in the evening and they booked afternoon tea for us the next day. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the front desk noticed it. Because the kitchen was off work, they said they would cook longevity noodles the next day. Then I went out for a while, and when I came back, the front desk had already ordered a cake for the room. It was a little surprise in life, and the service was really amazing, it was worth it.

First, regarding the location: it's a pleasant 7-minute walk to Lijiang Old Town's South Gate, and the hotel's North Gate offers direct access to the Old Town itself. There's also a convenience store near the North Gate, handy for buying oxygen tanks. The hotel is comprised of individual villas, ensuring excellent privacy and a wonderfully quiet atmosphere. The gardens are beautiful, with lush greenery throughout. A major highlight is being able to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from the lobby! The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and satisfying. For transport, Zhongyi Market bus station is just a 5-minute walk away, providing access to the 101 bus line for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and other direct scenic shuttles. We stayed for 3 nights and were thoroughly impressed. Electric carts shuttle guests between the lobby and their rooms, which is a nice touch. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly; the attendant at the North Gate, for instance, always greeted us with a warm smile and opened the gate. My only suggestion would be to offer a pick-up/drop-off service at the Old Town's South Gate. It's not far, and getting off the airport shuttle there meant navigating challenging cobblestone streets with luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shuhe Ancient Town and Lijiang Ancient City, with easy access to both the high-speed train station and the airport. Service: Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted me and assigned a personal butler who introduced the hotel and recommended local attractions. When it rained that evening, they even called to check if I was out and if I needed someone to pick me up to avoid getting wet and catching a cold. Facilities: The hotel's overall decor and furnishings have a distinct Lijiang flavor, blending seamlessly with the serene and comfortable environment. It's perfect for business travelers to relax and even work on presentations. Hygiene: The room was very clean, and I didn't find many mosquitoes in the courtyard, even with the friendly pets interacting with guests – there was no mess or dirtiness. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips to Lijiang.

Arrived at the front desk was greeted and served by 大肘子 swift and polite response with a friendly and caring team. 大肘子 constantly checking on guest for any concerns and comfortability during my stays. The hotel is located in the heart of great amenities, shopping malls, 24/7 street food stalls as soon as you stepped out. Walking distance to Old Beijing street with lots of shops and attractions. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. The room is cleaned and spacious, well equipped with a good hair dryer and a clothes steamer. There is a gym, laundry room with detergent for Free usage. The breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. Overall the front staffs are helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel .

Very good homestay, it rained when I went that day, the boss specially drove the battery car out to the hotel entrance, because it rained and upgraded the room type for free, the hotel and the Bohai Sea have zero contact, and the view is excellent. The direction is the west bank of the Bohai Sea instead of the other side of the homestay blocking the view. There is also a terrace. All in all, I am very satisfied with my stay. I recommend everyone to try this one. For the hydrophilic homestay, the price of this home is also much more than other people! ! ! And it is very convenient to go out and turn right 50 meters to the entrance of the ancient town. It is also 5 minutes away from Yang Lixuan Sun Palace. It is very convenient. It is highly recommended to try this one! ! !
