GGuest UserOverall it's average, not cost-effective. There is no indoor swimming pool, the location is a bit far from the city center, there is a shuttle bus, one way takes 15-20 minutes.

They send cleaning staff according to the travel arrangements every day. They are cleaned twice a day, morning and evening, and the services are very targeted. The front desk staff are sincere every day Send greetings, we are very grateful for the attractions and food recommended by the front desk manager~ The entire hotel environment is completely beyond imagination and dignified. We even bought the same fragrance in the hotel lobby in Florence~ After returning to Beijing, we smelled the fragrance The taste seems to be in palazzo vecchietti~ It is definitely a luxury hotel worth experiencing (̀⌄ ́)

GGuest UserWe are very satisfied with this hotel, the location is excellent, close to the old palace, Uffizi, the Lord's Square, the old bridge, tired of shopping at noon to rest and then set off, quite comfortable. It is also very close to Baihua Cathedral and the Academy Art Museum, and it is no difficulty to walk back and forth.
The hotel is artistic and practical. The family room we booked is much more spacious than expected, making people feel that the size of the hotel room is too sincere. Shower equipment and space are beyond expectations. The room was cleaned very neatly. The breakfast is also exquisite and delicious. It can be said that this hotel meets all our requirements for the Florence hotel, impeccable and cost-effective, even if I have never been too lazy to write a review, I can't help but praise.

The room is large in size and much larger than the average European room. There are very few types of breakfast in the hotel, but the desserts are very beautiful and delicious. It is too happy to eat different small bread cakes every day. It is worth complaining that the room actually provides instant coffee powder. Get rid of this but in Italy, will the heart not hurt?

MM9906****I arrived early on the day of check-in, and even though it was before the official check-in time, the front desk staff proactively helped me get into my room early, which I really appreciated. However, the room I was assigned had a noticeable issue: not only was it right next to a storage room (for some reason, I always get these kinds of rooms in Italy), but there was also a strong sewer smell inside. I initially thought that since they had already accommodated my early check-in, I should just put up with it. But after I showered, the odor got even worse, making it impossible to endure for three consecutive nights.
Upon returning later, I went to the front desk to request a room change. This time, a different female staff member was on duty. She seemed very reluctant, her expression showing annoyance and a lack of professionalism. Although she eventually did change my room, the bathroom in the new room was almost half the size of the previous one, and I'm not sure if it was even the same room category.
It wasn't until the next day that another front desk attendant proactively apologized for the previous room issues and acknowledged the bad smell. Overall, this stay was a mixed bag, with inconsistent service quality.
