I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel boasts a convenient location in the heart of Jiangmen, complete with its own underground parking. It's also right near Wanda Plaza and Huiyue City, making shopping incredibly easy. The hotel facilities and equipment are all very new, and both the front desk and room staff are exceptionally friendly. Plus, there's an executive lounge on the 21st floor offering great views of Jiangmen city. I was very satisfied with this stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This was an absolutely unforgettable and flawless stay! Every single staff member demonstrated top-tier hospitality and incredible warmth, making me feel completely at home from the very beginning. The upgraded room was not only wonderfully spacious but also featured absolutely breathtaking panoramic views. Staying there was a pure delight! The wellness experience was definitely another major highlight of the trip. I am so grateful to Hannah at the Spa; her genuine and engaging introduction is exactly what convinced me to treat myself to a spa session. I also want to thank Karina for her incredibly detailed walkthrough of the fully equipped gym and steam room, which made me feel completely comfortable enjoying the facilities. Furthermore, my therapist, Abby, was exceptionally professional—her expert techniques provided deep healing and total relaxation during the treatment. The evening at the Bar was equally impeccable! A special shout-out to Lawrence, who went out of his way to secure a fantastic seat and handle my booking perfectly. He paid close attention to my needs and was a brilliant conversationalist, which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy a deeply relaxing and delightful time at the bar. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. It is a rare, ultra-attentive, and truly immersive luxury experience. I will undoubtedly be returning on my next visit to Guangzhou!

Booked two river view rooms. One was upgraded to a Guangji Bridge river view room, and the other offered views of an ancient pagoda on the other side. The rooms are very spacious, and the flower arrangements in the public areas are fantastic. You absolutely must try the hotel's breakfast buffet! There are four live cooking stations: various cheung fun (rice noodle rolls), kway teow/noodles, Chaoshan porridge, and Western-style omelets. The Cantonese dim sum selection is also extensive, with many different Chaozhou kway (dumplings/cakes) – they were delicious! A special thank you to Belle for her excellent service; she helped check my InterContinental membership, which allowed us to enjoy the in-room minibar for free.

As one of China's first five-star hotels and a landmark in Guangzhou, the White Swan Hotel's luxurious river-view rooms encapsulate 40 years of history intertwined with contemporary luxury. My family and I stayed here for the Qingming Festival. Our room directly overlooked the confluence of three rivers at Baietan, with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Pearl River's nightscape – the glittering lights of Haizhu Bridge, the silhouette of Pazhou Exhibition Center, and the illuminated passing cruise ships, all forming a dynamic urban tapestry. In the mornings, Shamian Island emerged through the mist, and at dusk, the sunset painted the sky in fiery gold. This is an unparalleled scenic advantage within urban Guangzhou. The room masterfully blends Lingnan elements with modern simplicity. Within the 55 square meters, rosewood furniture converses with Italian marble, and the headboard's Canton embroidery pattern adds a touch of understated elegance. The bathroom features a double vanity and a separate bathtub, with floor heating allowing for a relaxing bath while watching TV and enjoying the river view. Notably, the mattress's support system is specially calibrated to meet international standards while also catering to Asian sleeping habits. Our dim sum breakfasts over several days, enjoyed at various restaurants such as the 3rd-floor Flavors, Jade Garden, and Hongtu Mansion, all came from the same kitchen, though the serving dishes and steamers seemed to vary slightly. I highly recommend the classic shrimp dumplings for their refreshing, crisp texture. The tea quality was the best I encountered during my Guangzhou trip. Coupled with the river views from the window, it was the ultimate expression of Guangzhou's lifestyle. Jade Garden's Sunflower Chicken and Sachima remain signature dishes and require advance booking. At a four-figure price per night, it's mid-range among the top-tier river-view hotels in Zhujiang New Town. However, the cultural value-add of the White Swan is irreplaceable – it's not just an accommodation space but a living museum that has witnessed China's reform and opening-up. It's ideal for anniversaries, business dinners, or for experiencing Guangzhou's heritage with elders. If you prioritize purely novel and modern facilities, the neighboring Rosewood Guangzhou might be a better fit; but if you wish to touch the city's memory, the White Swan remains the only choice.

Facilities: Quite complete and well-maintained. They promptly replaced the charging cable and delivered a working one to my room. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The housekeepers did a great job cleaning and were very proactive in refilling water and towels. Environment: The location is excellent. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it's close to a shopping mall. Everything from dining to entertainment is convenient. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Xia Tian for the delicious souvenir!

Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

The room view was impeccable, and the facilities were up to standard. Complaint 1: The parking lot is shared with K11, and it's very narrow and messy. It took me ages to find the hotel entrance, and there was no one to guide me, not even at the hotel entrance. Complaint 2: The hotel corridors are a bit creepy, winding and dimly lit. Complaint 3: At 11 PM, just as I was about to fall asleep, I was startled awake by the sound of a door closing next door. At 2 AM, I was woken up by noise in the hallway. At 4 AM, I was startled awake by some rustling sound outside my door... In short, the soundproofing is terrible. Complaint 4: The pillows were as soft as clouds, offering no support whatsoever. I had to pile four of them up to use.

Irene from Guest Relations called ahead to ask about my room preferences and even added me on WeChat, so I could contact her anytime with requests. She replied quickly even at 9 or 10 at night, for which I'm very grateful. The hotel faces the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and is a 15-20 minute walk from Gongbei Port. There's a convenience store downstairs, and popular restaurants like Jin Yue Xuan and Xie Cheng Seafood Hotpot are nearby. My personal pet peeve: I can accept a hotel not having a smart toilet, but no soft-close lid is just something I can't understand.

I really love this hotel, it's definitely one of the top ones in Zhanjiang. The high-floor indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its incredible sea views. The sea view rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge too. The hotel's buffet ingredients are decent, though the food isn't kept warm very well, and the taste is generally just average. However, the cheong fun at breakfast is excellent. It's super convenient to step out of the hotel and take a stroll across the street; the scenery there is lovely.
