Highlights include an 18th-floor infinity pool boasting breathtaking views of the Shenzhen skyline, and a sky bar where guests can unwind while enjoying the spectacular night cityscape. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to Huaqiangbei Metro Station and surrounded by bustling shopping areas and serene parks. The service is top-notch, with warm and attentive staff.

Front desk service is very professional and excellent. As this is our first stay in this hotel, we also get to have free room upgrade. The room is clean and tidy. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We have order many parcels and the staff are very helpful in finding our orders and send to our room. The hotel breakfast contain different varieties and able to cater to all customers of different nationalities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to stay in it again.

The Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Shenzhen's Luohu district, offering excellent transportation links. Conveniently located right next to the interchange station for Metro Lines 1 and 3, it's just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly easy to reach key commercial hubs like Futian and Nanshan. The surrounding area is well-equipped with commercial amenities, including major shopping malls like MixC and KKMALL, all within walking distance. This means you'll find abundant options for dining, entertainment, and recreation right at your doorstep. The hotel offers an elegant and comfortable ambiance. Its lobby features a modern and stylish design, exuding an artistic flair. It also boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, offering guests perfect venues to relax and rejuvenate. Eason and Mina from the guest relations team were particularly polite and courteous. Despite being located in a bustling commercial district, the hotel provides a tranquil retreat. Its excellent soundproofing ensures a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance. Honghu Park, a pleasant escape just a short walk away, is perfect for a leisurely stroll in the early morning or evening. Overall, with its excellent location and environment, the hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure stays.

Beta Zhou and Jonathan Yang was very helpful and generous with everything I needed, very internationally friendly hotel with travellers across the globe, cool robots that deliver drinks and food, rooms are very good value and in a very convenient shopping area, the lounge is really nice at night to sit and relax with your friends overlooking the city skyline.

We booked the 3-day, 2-night all-inclusive package for two, which included unlimited access to Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom. The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotless, designed with a delightful, child-friendly theme. Hotel service was exceptional, with staff being consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Spaceship Park is conveniently located right inside the hotel, making access incredibly easy. Getting to Ocean Kingdom from the Spaceship Hotel was also a breeze, with a shuttle bus service that takes only about 5 minutes. The Chimelong Show on the first day was absolutely breathtaking. Day two at Ocean Kingdom offered a fantastic blend of marine animal performances and numerous thrilling rides, appealing to both adults and children. We enjoyed a perfect balance, switching between the attractions and watching the shows when we needed a break – just be sure to keep an eye on the showtimes! Day three was dedicated to Spaceship Park, an ideal spot for kids to learn about marine life and even get up close with the magnificent orcas, truly the 'kings of the ocean'! A huge plus is that the entire park is indoors, so you're completely sheltered from wind, rain, or intense sun. Overall, this 3-day, 2-night getaway was incredibly enjoyable and entirely stress-free!

I really like this hotel, convenient to the subway, major shopping centre, great restaurants. The staff are great and always helpful. The room I stayed in was large and fully self contained. Front facing the shopping centre. Breakfast was also good

My last experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen was so fantastic that I didn't hesitate to choose it again this time! Bringing my family along, we revisited the first Hard Rock Hotel in China. The place is bursting with rock 'n' roll vibes, all elements I absolutely adore. The spacious bathtub in the room is the biggest I've ever seen in South China or Shenzhen. From the tub, through the glass, I could soak while taking in the magnificent views of the Mission Hills Golf Course – truly a feast for the eyes. Considering the excellent value for money, staying in such a uniquely styled, high-end hotel is absolutely superb! We also sampled the buffet dinner with outdoor BBQ on the 5th floor. With delicious food and fine wine, we ate until we literally couldn't walk straight! That was another highlight! Throughout this stay, Mark provided exceptional hospitality and assistance at every turn. I truly want to extend my gratitude to him!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during the national day holidays. The service and amenities were great. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the hotel set-up the room for us and also provided a complimentary cake! The staff is very polite and helpful! Our late check out request was accommodated, which we highly appreciated. Breakfast options are great! The swimming pool was clean (but not heated as advertised). The gym was clean and spacious! The kids club was the highlight for the kids, they really enjoyed playing there every morning after breakfast. The housekeeping staff was very nice and replenished all toiletries instantly! The boys at the check-in counter were very polite and deserve a raise! The location is excellent and there are many restaurants and shopping facilities at walking distance. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a room with two double beds. We have two kids and we booked the family room, which comes with a king bed and an extra single bed. The little one had to sleep with us and the sleeping space was tight for the three of us. I recommend adding rooms that can accommodate 2 children or a bedroom with a bunkbed option. We recommend this hotel overall.

It's really close to the metro station. The hotel is gigantic, which is a bad thing. It takes a long time to get to the reception or the pool. There was a construction site right outside my window, and at 11:30 p.m., the excavator workers started blowing their whistles. I had to go to the reception to ask for a different room. The staff gave me a different room. The breakfast food was delicious, and there was a good selection. However, I probably won't stay here again.
