LLas7imeThis hotel is located within the Huangshan Scenic Area, right next to the lower station of the Yuping cable car. If you're driving, you'll need to park in the hotel's designated lot outside the scenic area, and a hotel vehicle will pick you up. Even though it's inside the Huangshan Scenic Area, if you're not climbing Huangshan, you don't need to buy an entrance ticket to get through the main gate when using the hotel's shuttle.
If you are hiking, you can use the hotel's shuttle service for transfers to and from the cable car station, saving you from queuing for the public bus at the scenic area's transfer center. This is a significant advantage, especially during peak season.
The hotel maintains high standards for both its facilities and service. All the staff we encountered were very enthusiastic. Since the occupancy rate was low during our visit, breakfast wasn't a buffet but served individually, which was pretty standard. However, the complimentary dinner was excellent.
Overall, we were very satisfied.

MMaddiesaurusWhere do I begin? Me and my family is completely blown away by this gem of a hotell. The service, the food, the rooms, the views....everything is top notch! We stayed in a family suite, 3 adults, with our own little infinity pool at the balcony, with views of the stunning valley and river. The beds are comfortable, and the room had the latest technology that made everything even more comfortable! The butler service they provided via wechat was excellent. The hotsprings was also excellent. As I said, I'm blown away.
All the good words I know in English, I want to write here. The road to the hotell was beautiful, with stunning views of Huangshan. I would even boldly say, that it's foolish NOT to visit this hotel.
They have so much to offer! I could kick myself for not staying longer! It couldn't have been a more perfect spot to bring my family to for the first time to see gems of China.
A big thank you to the wonderfull staff, and the owner of the hotell. Thank you!

AAfeng168We came to Jiuhua Mountain this time and stayed in this hotel again. The hotel is right at the entrance of Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area, with very convenient transportation, complete hotel facilities, good environment, and very good service attitude of the hotel staff. The hotel provided a fruit plate when checking in and souvenirs when checking out. During this pilgrimage, the accommodation added a lot of happiness to us.

She knows everything about Hefei's attractions and cuisine like the back of her hand, and the itinerary she planned for us was perfectly balanced – a great mix of classic sights and delightful hidden gems. Cece was incredibly responsive and always on top of things, even more so than us when we encountered any issues. It's truly reassuring to have such a reliable concierge when you're traveling. Seriously, if you're coming to Hefei, you *must* reach out to her; you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserMy friend and I travelled here while sightseeing the Huangshan Mountain area on off-peak season in early February and stayed here 1 night. Shanyu Life and Design team were amazing at assisting us with organising transport from before we arrived. Really appreciated the quick response times and helpfulness!
When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome tea and snack, the kitten was super playful and great fun. Overall, the service was excellent, the best wholesome meals with good portions and nutritient rich. We ordered the stinky fish and pork ribs at night, and had a lunch with noodles.
The room was two beds as we had requested and was a really nice, modern fitout. Only thing was the shower/ bath not in a separate room - might be better for families, and some dust on the lamp shades but otherwise we were very happy. The lighting was also a struggle as some soft ones stayed on all night and the light switching was missing ones for the reading lamp on each side. Extra amenity like the loud speaker, slippers, picnic gear were all bonuses.
Appreciated the large spaciousness and privacy we had, with a road view. The communal areas had lots of seating for groups in the dining and offered more outdoor areas to explore.
A+ experience, would return!

Its location is superb, close to the West Sea Grand Canyon and Paiyun Pavilion, making it incredibly convenient for watching sunrises and sunsets, sea of clouds, and unique pine trees. The facilities are high-end, and the rooms are comfortable, with heating, hot water, and smart bathroom amenities all available even at this high altitude. The service is thoughtful, offering butler-style assistance and abundant gourmet food. It's definitely a quality choice for accommodation in Huangshan!

SSweeHNestled next to Hongcun village, the hotel provides a deeply relaxing environment. They focus a lot on relaxing and rejuvenation activities. They have a spa, gym, swimming pool, yoga room and their resort spans a wide area with very scenic views of anhui / huangshan mountains. You wake up by the chirping of birds. I enjoyed our rooms a lot. They were beautifully decorated and the incense scents they provided has a calming effect to the rooms. I used the tea set extensively and tried the different teas the provided for free. Overall, a good stay!

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks.
Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

WWYNmeizhaStaying at Xiangyuan Yungou for three nights in Huangshan was an absolute delight, all thanks to their fantastic suites! 👍 When it was raining, the shuttle driver picked us up directly from the parking lot, helped with our luggage, and was incredibly polite. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming, and gave us a very detailed overview of the Huangshan sightseeing routes. I really loved the room – it was huge, and you could tell a lot of effort went into the decor. The room was super warm and the afternoon tea was excellent. The hotel coffee was surprisingly good too, and the stone ear chicken soup was absolutely to die for! 👍 We even bought four boxes of stone ear on our way out at check-out and put them in the car. ☺️☺️ This is a divine hotel, I loved it, and I'll definitely be back to stay again at the end of the year! 👍
