On the morning of the second day of my stay, my credit card was charged with BRL 3048 by a Tango Tur Agencia. The tour guide helped me check that this company was located in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. I confirmed that I had no contact with this company, which meant that the card was stolen, but I immediately cancelled the card. Because I stayed at this Sao Paulo hotel right after entering Brazil, my credit card was used to pay the deposit, and I had never used it in Brazil before, so I suspected that the hotel staff sold the guest information...
Also, the half board dinner menu was limited, the steak or chicken breast were overcooked.

The room was OK, relatively large and spacious. Although not new, it was not bad. We arrived early and the hotel had not yet cleaned up the room, so we had to wait a long time, but overall it was OK. There was a tall young girl at check-in, and the service was average. Everything else was good, except for the bad morning.

Positive : Comfortable hotel , excellent bed , wonderful breakfast , cuts service , spa , exceptional restaurant
Negative: Old furniture, exorbitant prices in the restaurant, I went up and went out with my bags - no one was able to help, small pool, spa disabled my massage maybe because it was courteous, small fridgebar

I have to give a big thumbs up to this hotel! I stayed in three hotels in Brazil: Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, and this one! This one is the most cost-effective! Breakfast included is 1200+, and the room is also very good! The toiletries are L'Occitane, and there are conversion plugs! ! ! The most important thing is that it is very close to Avinida Paulista, a 30-second walk, and Paulista Street is on the right when you go out! ! The shopping mall is 2 minutes away, and MASP Sao Paulo Museum of Art is only 5 minutes away! ! ! I strongly recommend staying here! It is much better than the Grand Hyatt which costs 2000 yuan! ! !

Very good hotel, safe, convenient travel, ten minutes walk to paulista street, surrounded by high-end community, good restaurant service, delicious food, will come again
I bought a promise (experience) and it was given a completely other.
We are very unhappy with what happened ... At the time of check-in it was reported that the girlfriend's dinner had changed and that only CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU
Not only we are disappointed as several couples.
That was totally discriminatory in fact .... we could prosecute them by claiming that reason.
The couples were all forced (including us) to dine inside the room ... was super boring and strange.
This is completely out of the consumer's code, we are forced to buy a dinner at that value or you can't eat inside the restaurant.
It was a pity.
abs,
The hotel is good, location is convenient, but not worthy what it charges (about USD250). It's old, conservation is just ok. Not deserving a Mariott flag.

I love this hotel. The highlight is the staff, always friendly and welcoming. In addition to being delicious, the breakfast was accompanied by a sensational pianist (Léo Ramos). The size and comfort of the room is another difference. Additionally, hotels use olfactory marketing, taking advantage of aromas that can be smelled before entering the hotel lounge.
GGuest UserI made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!
NNaiharaMy stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

CChristopherA nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

GGuest UserThere is a shuttle bus, the breakfast is rich and delicious. If you are transiting in Sao Paulo, you can stay here. It is a very good hotel and the surrounding area is also safe. It is worth recommending.

MMilsonA bit dated for the price. But good Hilton standards in Brazil are maintained. Good breakfast. Location is convenient to go around the city but not many walking distance options for food except the mall in the underground.
