Great hotel. Beautiful, quiet rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
Unfortunately, the restaurant in the lobby is completely dysfunctional. I cannot and will not recommend it. It takes 1.5 hours for the food to arrive after ordering.
Then the taste and quality were inadequate, and it was extremely expensive.
Traveling to the Munich border, just the ball game caused Munich to have no room, booked to Austria, this section has no high speed, no charge. The hotel is on the old street, the location is prominent, there is a free parking space not far away, the breakfast is too rich, the bread is very delicious, there is nest honey to eat, the room decoration style is unique, this town is really bright
Myself and wife (both Singaporean) celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and just wrapped up a 15-day self drive vacation to Switzerland and Austria.
Our seventh stop 1 night stay in Alphotel Innsbruck: from warm and smiling reception staffs, to spacious/absolutely clean well laid-out room with balcony/delicious breakfast especially croissonts pastries/3mins walk to shopping mall, sports shop,McDonalds etc/clean and cool air ..... no words can describe our immense joy and amazements.
Strongly recommend Alphotel Innsbruck for anyone looking to stay close to Innsbruck city with peace and manageable cost. Thank you once again entire staff at Alphotel Innsbruck .... till we meet again :)
Because of skiing, I lived in this small city. The hotel is average, the room is not big, the breakfast is not good, the opposite building is being renovated, and the noise of throwing garbage is very early. The only desirable thing is that the window is facing the castle.
The room was really chic, the view was very beautiful, the breakfast was varied, the staff was friendly, the night cost almost €400, and it was strange that for that price, the room didn't have a kettle with tea and coffee or even free water. I would also have liked a better hairdryer, not the smallest Valera hairdryer, which overheated after a minute of use. This really caused inconvenience when drying my hair.
The hotel is located in the city of Innsbruck, with convenient transportation and complete facilities around it. The hotel rooms are larger than other hotels of the same price, and this hotel has a very good sense of design. I will consider staying here next time I have the chance.

Wonderful hotel with a great attentive good service! The food is fabulous. The great is not to leave the hotel at all. There is a great bar with good music.
Always the perfect selection of hotel choice in the heart of Kufstein. The hotel rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

AAnonymous UserLove this hotel. Perfect location to prime attractions and well connected by buses to everywhere. Bus 540 goes straight to Kletterzentrum and to haupbahnhof in other direction. Sightseer bus stop and train to nordkette are right in front ad well. Eurospar supermarket next to it gives us everything we needed
TTAOSimple hotel with very welcoming front desk. There are questions and answers, and it is recommended that the tour routes, surrounding traffic, parking, and shopping are introduced in detail! Also recommended local famous restaurants, very good! Breakfast is relatively good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good! The price is very good.
WWanderlustYiVery strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself was luxurious, with beautifully designed interiors and a high-end feel. The location was average—not too far, but not very convenient either.
Service was a bit mixed. One staff member wasn’t very welcoming, which left a poor first impression. However, another staff member was fantastic and went out of their way to help us book a taxi when we were running late for our train trip—truly a lifesaver!
The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options that added to the overall experience. Despite some minor hiccups, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
TTravel_AiLingI recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus.
Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day.
Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.
SSock KengNice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer.
Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car.
Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

GGuest UserI hardly leave reviews because I find it a chore but NALA really lives up to its reputation. The hotel is so unique and comfortable .. I don’t even want to go out. I enjoyed staying in the room and even going to the garden to do some reading and work .. it’s just a 10 mins walk to old town and I like it that it’s quaint
CClairemfalveyLocation was excellent and 5mins from the main train station. There was construction going on across the road, but the double glazing meant it was blocked out a lot. The air conditioning seemed to turn off after a certain time period at night, so I woke up hot but I was easy to turn things back on. Decent amount of ammenities. The restaurant was convenient if needed and was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel
